40% up-leg incoming in Harley-Davidson!Harley-Davidson is just starting to take off in wave III. The initial "wave I'' was witnesses in the stock through the period between late Oct-late Dec. Wave II was a mere 38.2% retracement of the impulse(a sign of strength) and now the corrective pattern of the wave II seems to have completed all legs. Wave III projected target zone comes to approx. $45-50. With the kind of current risk-reward potential that the stock is offering at CMP, looks like a good pick in the up-trending Automobile sector.

Harley is having a spring sale HOG LONG ?The chart shows HOG to have reversed above its intermediate-term support. Price is just below the near-term POC line of the volume profile and 30 % below the intermediate-term POC line where increased volatility could result in a rejection bounce or alternatively a push higher into the low-volume area above. The zero-lag MACD shows the lines crossed under the histogram and crossed over the zero line. The Bolliger Bands indicator shows a buy signal with a price near to the lower band. Overall, this is a good place to take a long swing trade of stock or even a call option of 4 weeks duration mindful that it might be strategic to "ride" the anticipation of earnings on April 25th but close out the option contract or stock position a few days before the earnings report. For the stock trade, stop loss and target are drawn onto the chart.

Harley DavidsonThursday, 24 December 2020 11:33 AM (WIB) Harley Davidson just breaks out from pressure to move down with three white soldiers yesterday, Wednesday 23 December 2020. It has reached 38.3 points from the previous 37.21 resistance. Since the structure pattern very clear between move up and down, I was curious to see what would happen next when the market opens. I'm expecting Harley Davidson to move lower in 8 hours periods. Although, three white soldiers movement success brings Harley Davidson to the middle lines of the channel, and the golden cross just gets my attention. Anyway, the big structure pattern for the Head formation should be complete in a few weeks or months. Just don't forget Harley Davidson successfully moving up with rising wedge formation from the death cross after 3 years under pressure from the downtrend.
