HPIL Volatility Positive Uptrend HPIL offering some serious gains and losses over the last couple months. Expect violence to continue. Macro-trend currently positive, but buyer beware. This is one of those stocks that will not be here after 9/28 unless they become current before then. OTC still carries STOP sign...if STOP sign is lifted, the sky is the limit.
