$KDA Kadena buyzone and target. FA/TA.Kadena was always one of the promising yet undervalued Layer1. Their ecosystem is young, yet as they are using Proof of Work consensus, they are one of the few left PoW blockchain that support smart-contracts.
In term of price, $KDA was sitting at their support, ranging from $1.3 to $1.6 in the last 3 months. Now it's time for $KDA to boom or bust. Their valuation is fairly low (under $300M) compare to other layer1s, especially with their sharp competitive edge in the coming years.
In the long term view, Kadena valuation should be at least close to $800M - $1B market cap, with $KDA price ranging from $5 - $6. If there is a good market rally, $KDA price could hit $10, but that's unlikely to happen in the current bear market context.
However, $KDA still a good gem to buy. We've filled our position at around $1.3 - $1.45. Will buy more at $0.8 - $1.05 zone if we have the chance.

Buyzone 2: $0.8 - $1.05.
Cutlosses: As a long term investor, we will cut our losses if the team abandon their project or a heavy exploit occur. Traders should manage to cut-loss if they loss more than 30% of their position.

I have done some tiny research regarding KDA and to be honest I frankly believe it has immense potential(similar to EGLD, Harmony, Solana before their price peak), therefore I decided to DCA it. As you can see it is currently in overbought area per RSI hence correction will take place but if you check its weekly candle you will observe a bullish engulfing

We have two different pattern on this chart. The first pattern which is a descending triangle indicate a fall to $5.50.
The second pattern which is an ascending triangle indicate a short fall to the lower trendline before a rise to $8.10.
We need a confirmation with either a rejection or continuation on the lower trendline to be sure of kadena next direction.

- KDA could have a leg up to the first target area (orange arrow) which is between the 0.5 & 0.618 fib levels of the Elliot wave A length
- or KDA could retrace to the black line which is the 1.618 fib level of the wave A and then bounce up
- also there is a bullish TK cross
- 2nd target area is the top of the ichimoku cloud which would be valid if there was multiple candle closes in the cloud
KDA/USDT 15m timeframe- double bottom
- could range for a few hours then break out towards the top of the ichimoku cloud
- there is a bearish TK cross & a large gap between the conversion line and base line, but these 2 bearish indications could be invalid and cancel out due to the drop that has already happened.
- i believe KDA should recover in the next few hours
