KULR Technology Group Options Ahead of EarningsAnalyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of KULR Technology Group prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 0.50usd strike price calls with
an expiration date of 2024-10-18,
for a premium of approximately $0.40.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

$KULR Sits in Bullish Breakout Pattern as Dark Horse in EV SpaceKULR has been pushing higher in a steady bullish trend since mid-2020 as the company lines up a barrage of positive catalysts.
But it remains under the radar in the EV space.
The stock's current pattern could be seen as an ascending triangle breakout pattern with a strong trigger in place above $3/share.

KULR Technology Group Inc (OTCMKTS:KULR) develops, manufactures and licenses next-generation carbon fiber thermal management technologies for batteries and electronic systems. The company offers lithium-ion battery thermal runaway shields; fiber thermal interface materials; phase change material heatsinks; HYDRA TRS battery storage bags; internal short circuit device; and CRUX cathodes.
Its technologies are used in electric vehicles and autonomous driving systems, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, and energy storage and 5G communication technologies. It developed some of its technology solutions as part of its partnership with NASA.
KULR has been stringing together strong catalysts over the past few weeks. The company recently announced that it was being uplisted to the NYSE American Exchange, where it began trading on June 7.
“I am very pleased to announce that KULR has been approved to begin trading on the NYSE American Exchange,” said Michael Mo, Co-Founder and CEO of KULR Technology Group. “This uplist to a senior U.S. exchange represents another important milestone in our Company’s history. I want to thank our employees for their hard work and perseverance in support of this great accomplishment, and concurrently, our shareholders for their patience and continued support of KULR. Trading on the NYSE will provide the Company more visibility to a much broader pool of investors and, in turn, increase liquidity. As a result, we are even more confident of KULR’s growth potential going forward.”
This follows recent news that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has awarded it a patent on the company’s Thermal Runaway Shield (TRS) - a passive propagation resistant solution designed and successfully tested to reduce the hazardous risks associated with thermal runaway in lithium-ion battery packs. This is the third patent the Company has been granted on its TRS technology.
KULR Technology managed to rope in revenues representing a rate of top line growth of 297.8% compared to year-ago data in comparable terms. In addition, the company has a strong balance sheet, with cash levels far exceeding current liabilities ($8.9M against $2.9M).
$KULR Sets Up Bull Pennant Breakout as Space Theme GrowsKULR Technology Group Inc (OTCMKTS:KULR) has developed a proprietary solution, in partnership with NASA, for a very difficult problem: how to 3D print a passive propagation resistant (PPR) and internal short circuit (ISC) augmented battery that even works in space.
The stock now sits in a type-specimen Bullish Pennant pattern under clear target resistance above $3.75, which would represent an additional 50-60% upside ahead of a possible further breakout as the company continues to pile up catalysts as an emerging play on the growing Space theme.
"Through our partnership with KULR, we will now have the incredible ability to build space-optimized battery pack systems in-orbit," said Brandon Lewis, Human Landing System Cross Program Analysis Coordinator. "We take the safety of our astronauts very seriously. KULR's technologies will enable us to build safer battery packs that prevent dangerous thermal runaway propagation and protect our most valuable assets."
As noted in the company’s release, the ability to 3D print in space has numerous advantages, including the potential to make human space exploration less costly; allowing for extended missions; and reserving cargo capacity for other valuable items and/or equipment.
"The optionality to repair and replace battery packs in space with parts 3D printed in space is a complete game changer," said Dr. Timothy Knowles, co-founder and chief technology officer of KULR. "3D printing of KULR's PPR battery design will help lower the costs associated with battery pack transportation for the upcoming Artemis missions, where NASA will build sustainable elements on and around the moon in preparation for an eventual human mission to Mars."
$KULR Pullback Setup Works... Now, What's Next?KULR is an emerging EV play that recently broke out to the upside. We recently noted that the stock's run from $1.20 was under constructive consolidation with key support in play in the $2-2.20 area as a nice pullback territory.
That quickly led to about 35% in upside action. Now, the stock could be poised for an extension breakout if it moves above the $3 level as momentum picks up, highlighting its potential to test the $3.75 range resistance target above.
KULR Technology Group Inc (OTCMKTS:KULR) is an emerging player in the electric vehicle battery tech space, which has become one of the most engaging focal points for the seemingly unstoppable EV investing theme.
Everyone has started to weigh in on this theme, from Buffet to Cubin to Branson to top Wall Street houses like Goldman and JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley.
The theme strikes a chord with this moment in history because it resonates with the fence-top tipping point we face as a society where fossil fuels are concerned. The current moment is infused with significance around the choice-point of that transition, with stocks in the space leading the major averages over the past three months as investment pours in to position for the shift in flows related to the larger theme.
But, while many players have already run to price in the shift, KULR is still pricing under $3 share despite its development relationship with NASA and its recent advances toward marketing partnerships and increased exposure. It may just be the only stock left in the space that offers true deep value given analyst projections for EV battery technology.
The simplest way to understand the value proposition for KULR is as a de-risking technology for EV plays, where one bad headline related to a fire or accident can mean the difference between a billion-dollar future and oblivion.
$KULR Sets Up on 'Perfect' Pullback Technical ScenarioKULR Technology Group Inc. (OTCMKTS:KULR) is an emerging EV play that recently broke out to the upside. The stock's run from $1.20 is now being constructively consolidated, with key support in play in the $2-2.20 area as a nice pullback territory.
The upward trend in the EV space and in the stock are both unchallenged on a technical basis, with major MA's trailing far below.

$KULR Less Known EV Play Gaining Market Traction Under the RadarKULR is back at key support. This is a less known EV play that is just now nailing down major market edge as a lithium-ion battery system upgrade system through its proprietary tech, developed with NASA.
Key inflection on Thursday could create an opportunity.
$KULR Tests "Sweet Spot" Zone as Levels Converge in EV PlayKULR shares are pulling back to a key confluence “sweet spot” zone symmetrically positioned around the $1.50 level, as Fibonacci 61.8% retracement support comes into play.
This hovers above bullish trendline and 50-day MA support just below, suggesting the stock retains its new bull trend mode at this point, with volume continuing to surge.

Its technologies are used in electric vehicles and autonomous driving systems, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, and energy storage and 5G communication technologies. The company serves electrical transportation, 5G mobile computing, cloud computing, and space exploration and communications markets.
Key Points:
• KULR is already on pace for over 59% topline growth as it begins to commercialize leading IP in the lithium-ion battery market, with applications in the booming electric vehicle and space exploration markets
• KULR has a small trading float, which suggests the stock could launch higher on any additional influx of interest.
• KULR is making real money, with trailing revs already coming in at $713K.
• KULR has expanded its core customers dramatically as it gains a foothold on penetrating what analysts believe is an $8B market opportunity
• KULR is pulling back after an aggressive run to test the waters above $3.50 last month, and is now running into strong support at Fibonacci, MA, and trendline benchmarks.
KULR Technology Group is sitting in the heart of the biggest themes driving the current bull market at a time when the retail investor is suddenly back with a vengeance and a distinct passion for everything that has anything to do with Elon Musk, electric vehicles, or space exploration.
KULR is a thematic tie-in to all of these ideas. And the company is already making real progress toward penetrating an $8 billion market opportunity in the process.
This is also another powerful play on the emerging ESG investing theme that has come to dominate the landscape for new active fund flows from emerging institutional investors. As the company builds operational momentum, it holds the potential to trade at strong multiples to sales and earnings over time.
But, most importantly, KULR is smack in the middle of the thematic sweet spot with real proprietary IP gaining commercial traction ahead of peers. The only barrier is visibility/obscurity. Once the crowd finds it, traders may have to pay up to gain access.
