However it seems like there is potential Cup and Handle which might lead to Gold prices around 2500$ Ounce in the next few years.
A possible catalyst might be invasion of Ukraine, since Gold performs quite well during wars - however I truly Hope this never happens.

GBPJPY Prospect for next week (DECEMBER 2021)The current price is very critical, if the market breaks below the uptrend we could see the market spiral down to a deep slump. However if it fails to break the uptrend channel it will most possibly continue to be dictated by the uptrend. A key factor here is to really wait for confirmation either for a breakout or a continuation to the upside and remember this is the daily chart after all.
What if... we still have more time?The Pi cycle indicator so far was spot on with all tops on the long-term Bitcoin cycle.
We got back to the range defined by the two indicators the 111D MA and the 350DMA*2.
During the 2017 bull run we have had tests down to the lower indicator (111D MA) a few times.
IMHO the setup now looks fairly similar to that.
If history rhymes maybe we still have 6-9 months left to see another cross between these two...
