LULU
LULU looking nice in those hot pants...KeyCode UpdateI made a key code of the price action then found an exact match to this move in the past.... one that matched at lease 95% or better. That way if the move is that close to the same shape we have now it must mean the sentiment of the market was the same at that time. Therefore, the outcome should be the same coming out of the move. I then used PTP which is Past Trend Prediction by tracing the trend it made after this move in the past and projecting it forward on to the current move.
Then I took the same move on the Daily which is a different Time frame then the first..and found the same move with out a key and traced its path and projected it forward as well.
Sometimes I use about 5 other Price Action tricks I have have developed over the last 10 months or chart out the Curve and what Stage it is in. The Curve is my own brain child and I compare that to Wycoff method. Taking all of these into account You have several different approaches to confirming direction and intent of the institutional buyers and where Retail resides during this move.
If you would like to have more information or videos on Any of the ways I chart pls comment below. Like, follow, Subscribe...share.

LULU Bullish Ascending TriangleReally nice bullish ascending triangle has formed on LULU. We just has a strong bounce off bottom support line and I believe the price will climb back up to 385 from here and then will attempt to breakout of the triangle. Price may hit resistance at this level however, If a breakout does occur I am confident LULU will hit new all time highs---$400+.
LULU -- waiting for pullback to enter longI like LULU, and so does all the gym goers and yoga goers especially if COVID restrictions start to loosen up over the next month or two approaching spring and summer.
Long term I like LULU long, but for now, I'm going to be patient and wait for a slight pullback to a better demand buying level. If we can get a pullback A B C pattern back to the 350's, I'll look to enter long a month or two out with some call debit spreads. If the pullback comes, I'll watch for the trend support line to hold, adding to any positions if it holds and some consolidation builds, strengthening corrective A B C count as valid.
Game plan: let (hope) for a slight pull back here. Long term, I think LULU can have a nice stretch up to the $480 price range if a full impulse wave plays out through wave v. My first targets up will be 386 and 407. I'll be bullish above 355. Invalidation / potential corrective pattern fully playing out if price goes below 345.
LULU Bullish Ascending TriangleReally nice bullish ascending triangle has formed on LULU. I believe the price will easily climb back up to 385 from here and then I will be watching for a breakout of the triangle. Price may hit resistance at this level however, If a breakout does occur I am confident LULU will hit new all time highs. Also, a nice bullish pennant has formed on the 15 min chart which further supports upwards price action in the short-term.
Buy the dip on $LULU after earnings? If past movement are not a guaranteed for future result, i did not get that memo... Because as it happened in the past, again $LULU had amazing earnings, beating both revenues and earnings and yet share are down more than 5% as this morning.
Here some number:
Revenue increased 22% to $1.1 billion
Comparable sales increased 19%, or 18% on a constant dollar basis
Diluted EPS of $1.10, Adjusted EPS of $1.16
IMO demand for athletics clothing will continue to rise. The mirror acquisition will guaranteed $LULU to take a piece of the pay from other player like $PTON and $APPL during lockdown orders.
Why am I bullish? On a technical prospective it seems to be holding well around 345-348 price. There are multiple factors for that:
1. Support at around 361$, 344$ and 325$. It seems to be holding at 348$ for the moment. If it does not, will be looking to buy at 325$.
2. Trend line still in up trend. It intersect quite well with support at 348$. That is why I bought some shares
3. Fibonacci retracement: also at around 348$ price.
Usually where there are multiple convergence of factors at once, stocks tend to do well.
In addition many analysts raise PT and reiterate their buying ideas.
AGAIN, past movement are not indication for FUTURE price actions. But $LULU seems to different :) Time will see.
This is not an investment advice. Do your own due diligence before investing.

LULU 1D TRIANGLE BREAKOUTTriangles are repeatable trading chart patterns.
Triangles are consolidation chart patterns that can breakout either direction.
Each chart pattern will have defining trendlines of the support/resistance levels creating the pattern.
What ever time frame you are trading this chart pattern, wait for a candle close outside of the trendline in the direction of the breakout candle. (Our time frame preference is the Daily chart).
Add volume indicator - Volume is the amount of $ that went into a particular candle or in Forex the # of trades that took place.
Add ATR indicator - Volatility is the amount of price movement that occurred. Use the ATR to measure the price movement.
When you see descending Volume bars and descending ATR line (which indicates volatility) this shows
a dis-interest in traders to invest in this pair creating consolidation which creates the chart pattern.
Trade Management after there is a breakout candle close.
1 - Position size (compare volume bar to volume ma line).
a - Breakout candle must be 100% of volume average for a full position size.
b - If 75% of volume average then ½ position size. (To find 75% of Volume
look at the charts volume settings – divide smaller # into larger # = 75%+)
If not 75% then stand aside from the trade.
2 – If candle breaks out of a trendline, 15m before the close of the day prepare your buy/sell order.
Enter two trades. 1st trade will have a SL & TP. It will close automatically when the 1st TP is hit. 2nd
trade only has a SL and will be allowed to run. When 1st TP is hit move the SL to breakeven. Look
at ATR and prepare SL at 1.5 of ATR. Prepare 1st trade TP at 1 of ATR.
3 - SL for both trades will be 1.5 x ATR.
4 - 1st trade TP will be 1 x ATR.
5 - No TP on 2nd trade – letting profit run and adjusting SL to follow price.
6 - When 1st TP hit – move 2nd trade SL to breakeven.
7 - Adjust the 2nd trade SL to follow price.
*8 – After Breakout candle – if price closes back into chart pattern close trade don't wait for SL to be hit.
*9 - When breakout candle is more than 1 ATR from breakout candle open.
a - Enter 1st trade at candle close with ½ position size.
b - Enter 2nd trade with a pending limit order that is 1 ATR of breakout candle open.
c – Price should pullback to that pending limit order for 2nd trade.
d – If Price returns back into chart pattern close trade before SL is hit.
