NY news release saw the USDCAD chop a bit until settling down to go a bit higher with the DXY dollar index
It's tough to figure out USDCAD follows the WTI or the DXY, just depends on the news

Took another 10 pip scalp, This time, on a much lower time frame.
Figured I'd scalp this on a 30 second after all the Oil news release....

I have always theorized, when there is no impactful news on the docket, NY has a high probability that it will give us. boring slow chop day.
So far, it's holding true.
Dont like the price action on these consecutive candles......so far

Waited after news to settle down...I guess I waited too long, or it REALLY settled and took a nap on me.

Crazy NY morning, waited until the dust settled and charts refreshed back to the normal ebb and flow.
Wanted EU, but I saw UJ setting up, so what the heck, 10 pips hard TP hit....

No fancy terms, no fancy commentary, NO fortune telling here from me.
I don't pretend to know how the market makers play everyday, no one can, as we are mostly just home gamers sitting home trying to pay our bills.
AND NO, no one know how the banks trade, if they knew, why are they posting to us home gamers?
I just use some cool tools to help me get some scalps here and there, that is it.

It was really slow today, as the world watch and celebrated the new King.
Closed out a really small scalp and called it a day, but looking back, my entry triggers worked outa few times...
What am I going to do? No FOMO here, don't care, i'm + on the day.

On paper, market makers waiting with pressure on the dollar to head lower.
So with the new British King and holiday, nothing to do here today, unless you want to swing something....
