Possibly a Head & Shoulders Breakdown for WEED.Canopy appears to have broken the base line of support of a micro Head & Shoulders, the blue line is where I have the base of support for the pattern.
The RSI is starting to creep into an area where WEED has seen support, the green arrows pointing to the right is what I am referring too.

Ascending Channel for TNY?TNY has seen some consolidation into an Ascending channel, which is another Bullish Pattern coinciding with multiple other bullish patterns that have played out recently.
Noticeably the green bullish flag I have outlined is a recent bullish pattern, and there was also a giant inverted H&S that played out to the upside, the right shoulder being the green bull flag & the head of the pattern is the green human icon.
How long the channel has lasted will help determine the trend's underlying strength.
In the context of technical analysis, a channel occurs when the price of an asset is moving between two parallel trendlines.
A channel consists of at least four contact points because we need at least two lows to connect to each other and two highs to connect to each other.
Notice a possible divergence on the RSI?
Turning bullish on CGC, but still might get lower buying oppCanopy had a massive 40x run from 2015 to 2018, and has since been in a prolonged correction. Starting to look like a bottom is forming around the $10-15 range. I began averaging in and plan on building a core position over the next 6-12 month. Looking for a 10x move to $150 area on this upcoming cycle.
MEDIPHARM LONG SETUPLooking at a potential low risk high reward play here.
Although i pointed out the previous bull run above, I don't expect anything close to that happening at all.
We are currently under a death cross and earnings are coming up, note it usually dumps at earnings after all-time-highs.
This is a company I am looking at long-term though so I will buy small at this level only because of the number of opportunities in the market right now, but will essentially look out for lower prices and possible bullish divergences in which case I would up my bet.
Any rally here I would anticipate a breakout and continuation possibly to that .618 fib level which seems to be respected a lot throughout this bear market, and just so happens that the 50MA is lining up with it as well.
Not investment advice, just my opinion on the market. Safe trading, cheers.
Are Pot Stocks Back? Potential Breakout OpportunityCRON has broken out of the descending triangle pattern (reversal) with a strong bullish candle (+21%) on 6/8/20. This is an interesting setup since the descending triangle chart pattern seemed to form at the end of the downtrend. Over the last several months pot stocks have gotten hammered. Some stocks even falling +90% during the bear market. The fundamentals are beginning to align, and general market sentiment has greatly improved. If sentiment remains positive, there is a possibility that CRON will continue to rally into election season. If there is a strong push for more states to legalize marijuana, then except additional momentum.
Is APHA about to break out of a Bullish Flag?On a micro trading level APHA appears to have formed a bullish flag pattern, but the top resistance of the bullish flag is the same resistance of a more macro Ascending Triangle. Interesting.
The breakout to the upside will be modestly significant in terms of shaping the macro trend, IMO.
Inverse Head & Shoulders breakout? The RSI is displaying a bullish flag pattern that is currently breaking the downward sloping resistance, meanwhile, the Inverted H&S pattern is noticeability visible on the RSI as well.
Is WEED trading in a Bullish Flag?Potentially a Ascending Triangle as well, but we haven't seen a retest of the blue upward sloping support, instead Canopy has created a series of higher lows forming an inverted head & shoulders, next week will confirm the trend.
An inverse head and shoulders, also called a "head and shoulders bottom", is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends. This pattern is identified when the price action of a security meets the following characteristics: the price falls to a trough and then rises; the price falls below the former trough and then rises again; finally, the price falls again but not as far as the second trough. Once the final trough is made, the price heads upward, toward the resistance found near the top of the previous troughs.
An inverse head and shoulders is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends
An inverse head and shoulders pattern, upon completion, signals a bull market
Investors typically enter into a long position when the price rises above the resistance of the neckline.
Bullish flag formations are found in stocks with strong uptrends. They are called bull flags because the pattern resembles a flag on a pole. The pole is the result of a vertical rise in a stock and the flag results from a period of consolidation. The flag can be a horizontal rectangle, but is also often angled down away from the prevailing trend. Another variant is called a bullish pennant, in which the consolidation takes the form of a symmetrical triangle. The shape of the flag is not as important as the underlying psychology behind the pattern. Basically, despite a strong vertical rally, the stock refuses to drop appreciably, as bulls snap up any shares they can get. The breakout from a flag often results in a powerful move higher, measuring the length of the prior flag pole. It is important to note that these patterns work the same in reverse and are known as bear flags and pennants.
An ascending triangle is a chart pattern used in technical analysis. It is created by price moves that allow for a horizontal line to be drawn along the swing highs, and a rising trendline to be drawn along the swing lows. The two lines form a triangle. Traders often watch for breakouts from triangle patterns. The breakout can occur to the upside or downside. Ascending triangles are often called continuation patterns since the price will typically breakout in the same direction as the trend that was in place just prior to the triangle forming.
The trendlines of a triangle need to run along at least two swing highs and two swing lows.
Ascending triangles are considered a continuation pattern, as the price will typically breakout of the triangle in the price direction prevailing before the triangle. Although, this won't always occur. A breakout in any direction is noteworthy.
Time will tell I suppose.
Inverse Head & Shoulders breakout for ACB?ACB has been on a nice bullish uptrend since the 12 for 1 stock split, that was a great move on their behalf, however, it is interesting to see them buy a U.S asset & issue shares immediately after lol.

Inverse Head & Shoulders for CUSP.P?CUSP.P has been hiding under the radar since Bruce Linton & the CFO of Cronos joined last year, I wonder what cannabis-related ventures are awaiting announcement?

CURA Structural Support| Resistance Confluence| Declining VolumeEvening Traders,
Today’s Technical Analysis – CURA – holding a key support with the current volume clearly declining, a move will be imminent with a subsequent influx.
Points to consider,
- Macro trend bearish
- Resistance confluence
- Structural support being tested
- RSI above 50
- Stochastics projected down
- Declining volume
CURA’s overall trend is bearish with consecutive lower highs, currently recovering from oversold conditions that needs momentum follow through.
There is resistance confluence with the .50 Fibonacci and the 100 EMA; price needs to trade above it to establish a higher high for the local trend to remain true.
Structural support is being tested; current candle closes have been bearish, indicating weakness in the bulls.
The RSI is trading above 50, likely to break if current support does not hold. The stochastics on the other hand is at a key level, if the higher low projection does not hold, the sell cross will increase momentum to the downside.
Volume is declining; technically this leads to an influx at key trade locations.
Overall, in my opinion, CURA needs to hold structural support for a probable higher low. With the declining volume at support, this is an indication of an impulsive move. If support breaks then the macro trend is still intact.

I'm Going Long Aurora Cannabis. (ACB)I'm firing long on ACB.
I like the chart setup.
I'm aware of the reverse split on may 11th.
We will see how it plays out.
Wish me luck! 😁
Cannabis Looking Strong. (MJ)Last post on MJ Alternative Harvest we started we were opening longs @ $11.90
Currently sitting up 5%
We took this position based off the large timeframes, the weekly and 2 week.
Now you see a breakout with a settlement back on old Resistance to test as support.
Key is to play this as support. If it shifted right and than turned to break support back below the pattern upward support. We would than look for possible Retracement.
I'll stay put with my position for now.
This could be a really good time to diversify into the cannabis sector.
Enjoy, hope she keeps trucking!
Will keep you updated
CGC Breaks Above 38.2% Fibonacci Resistance Canopy Growth Corp(CGC) closed at $17.53 gaining $1.94(+12.44%) on the trading session today. Price closed above the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level which had been acting as resistance for the past month and is bullish move considering how long it was pegged below the 38.2% level. While this is a bullish move, we need to see price close above the 50% Fibonacci retracement level which is where price hit resistance on todays move. The 50% Fibonacci level is the midpoint between the total Fibonacci range from the January high of $25.97 to the March low of $9.00. Price trending above the 50% level indicates a bullish trend while price trending below the 50% level indicates a bearish trend. Should price see more gains tomorrow that would be a bullish sign, but a move above the 61.8% Fib level is needed to signal uptrend continuation. Worth noting is that todays price candle closed green after nearly a month of gray price candles. Green indicates that price momentum is now bullish according to my candle color algorithm.
The Relative Strength Index(RSI) shows the green RSI line rising above the 50 level which is the midpoint of the total RSI range. An RSI reading above 50 indicates short-term bullish momentum while a reading below 50 indicates short-term bearish momentum. The RSI crossed above the 60 level today which indicates that there is strong momentum behind price right now. The purple RSI signal line is also rising which indicates intermediate-term momentum is bullish as well. In general, you want to see the green RSI line rising above the purple signal line, and for both lines to be above the 50 level as a sign of bullish momentum.
The Price Percent Oscillator(PPO) shows the green PPO line rising above the purple signal line, both lines trending up and both lines crossing above the 0 level. This indicates bullish momentum in the short-term as a PPO reading above 0 is considered bullish while a PPO reading below 0 is considered bearish.
The Average Directional Index(ADX) show the green +DI line rising above the purple -DI line which indicates positive direction behind price when comparing recent highs to recent lows in price. The histogram behind the DI lines is still low which indicates relatively weak strength behind price. In general during a price move higher, you want to see the green +DI line above the purple -DI line and the histogram bars rising above the white dotted line at the 25 level as an indication of bullish strength behind price.
The volume indicator shows that volume today was at its highest level since March 26th, and also in a recent trend of increasing volume. Rising volume as price moves higher is a bullish sign. Today’s volume bar is bright green and indicates that volume and price are both higher than they were 10 days ago and is considered a bullish price/volume day.
Overall, the move today is bullish as price broke above 38.2% resistance, the lower momentum and trend indicators are all bullish, and volume is increasing over the past few days and broke to a new 1-month high today. The tentative stop-loss level for long trades is shown in blue and is just below the most recent consolidation lows prior to the breakout today.

The cannabis sector. The holy grail of money to be flooded to. These cannabis prices are insane. I've been wanting to buy into this ETF but clearly this has not been a good sign in a while. When market corrects I think the cannabis sector will take off running. Will keep watching to see if it wants to correct lower. Obviously I'm on the weekly so I'm looking for a good transition.

WOW, look how perfect that is TLRY cup & handle reversalTLRY up because it is a cup & handle pattern and it just looks so perfect. It matches the .618 retrace and it is amazing how it looks to fit so perfectly. We closed literally at the fib. Wow! This matches the fib level of the cup & handle, handle I linked. You can see how we are in a channel and that we are going to target 1 around 11.23, which would be around the 300 sma on the chart. You can also see how the dotted line perfectly lies within all of this (target 1) and then target 2 as I learned is the length of the depth of the cup and still within the channel. I drew three grey lines that are just relative resistances from the overall bearish trend. It is amazing how the second target matches the yellow follow through that is a copy of the prior days move. Great news just came about providing 40b in liquidity to cannibis sector in Canada! Also, it is so amazing how it looks how it is going to breakout and have a nice retrace to test the prior huge bearish channel.
The Difference Between A Death Cross And A Golden Cross? What Does The Death Cross Tell You?
The death cross occurs when a short-term moving average (typically 50-day SMA) crosses over a major long-term moving average (typically 200-day SMA) to the downside and is interpreted by analysts and traders as signaling a definitive bear turn in a market.
The opposite of the death cross occurs with the appearance of the golden cross, when the short-term moving average of a stock or index moves above the long-term moving average. Many investors view this pattern as a bullish indicator. The golden cross pattern typically shows up after a prolonged downtrend has run out of momentum. As is true with the death cross, investors should confirm the trend reversal after several days or weeks of price movement in the new direction. Much of the process of investing by following patterns is self-fulfilling behavior, as trading volumes increase with the attention of more investors who are driven in part by an increase in financial news stories abut a particular stock or the movement of an index.
Limitations Of Using The Death Cross
All indicators are “lagging,” and no indicator can truly predict the future. Once & while a death cross can produce a false signal, and a trader placing a short at that time would be in some near-term trouble. Despite its apparent predictive power in forecasting prior large bear markets, death crosses also do regularly produce false signals. Therefore, a death cross should always be confirmed with other signals and indicators before putting on a trade.
CGC Key Levels| Weekly Support| Lower High| Low Volume Evening Traders,
Today’s Technical Analysis will be on CGC, bouncing of its all-important weekly support, currently facing resistance from the 21 EMA. It must break daily support, or this is simply another lower high.
Points to consider,
- Macro trend bearish
- Weekly support respected
- Daily resistance is a key level
- RSI coming of oversold
- Stochastics projected up
- Volume below average
- VPVR Flat
CGC has been putting in consecutive lower highs on its macro time frame, a strong established bear trend. Weekly support held promptly, a sign of being a true trade location.
Daily resistance needs to break for a confirmed trend change, failure will simply mean a lower high.
The RSI is coming of oversold conditions, will most probably return to its neutral zone. Stochastics on the other hand still has momentum stored to the upside.
The current volume is below average, CGC needs an increase in bull volume to test daily resistance- it is looking quite weak at current given time.
VPVR is currently flat, means low volume of transactions at current range, CGC could trade in this region for a while.
Overall, in my opinion, CGC needs to break daily resistance, failure will simple mean yet another lower high, thus lower price levels likely.

Is Hexo trading in another descending triangle / bear flag?I am dubious as to why Hexo doesn't have cannabis beverages on shelves in Quebec where "only" Hash & Cannabis Beverages are allowed as 2.0 products, or elsewhere in Canada when they have a Alcohol company like Molson backing them & involved in a JV via Truss?
I just don't see why this pattern would play out bullishly when the company is diluting shareholders & raising money below the trading price?
Does Hexo have a trick up their sleeve that will surprise the market besides overpaying for the Newstrike Brands buyout & growing unlicensed Cannabis, I think so, but it's not a surprise for the Hopium addicts, be prepared for more disappointment as Hexo slowly bleeds into the penny stock range where they started & belong!
The 200 Day MA doesn't want to let Hexo break above it, very note worthy as the RSI looks like a H&S & Hexo has created nothing but lower lows since my previous chart linked to this one.
Ascending Triangle, is Canopy trading in a hidden pattern? There's also merit for a another Inverse H&S to play out here, after a few more trading days next week we may see the shoulder continue to develop or a retest of the bottom upward sloping line of the Ascending Triangle, which would also negate the inverse H&S narrative, but the bottom of the ascending triangle could still hold & result in a bullish outcome, keep in mind these patterns have a tendency to finish roughly 70% to 80% way through the pattern in either direction frequently.
Key Takeaways
An inverse head and shoulders is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends

Ascending triangles are often called continuation patterns since the price will typically breakout in the same direction as the trend that was in place just prior to the triangle forming.

Is Canopy trading in a Descending Triangle? With earnings approaching next week & a new CEO that comes from STZ who also happens to be an accountant, I wouldn't be surprised if $WEED financials are becoming chaos in order.
Only time will tell, but this could end up being a giant bull flag as well. The 200 Day MA isn't that far away either, but on the RSI is looks like a H&S is forming.
