Multiyearresistance
CNC: ON WATCH FOR A $25 MOVECNC:
CNC is now retesting a multi-year resistance around $75. The resistance line has started in August 2018.
The trend is up.
Resistances are made to be broken and a stock that breaks through a multi-year resistance level can lead to a significant rally. It's often even better if the resistance level is at the stocks all-time high since there is no overhead resistance.
I will be looking for a break and weekly close above 75 to enter a long swing position.
This one is for patient investors/traders.
If we break, I would target a 1st target of $100.
Trade safe!
Will EPRTs steady climb break all time highs from last year?EPRT has been on a steady rise since the crash of March 2020 and now it's challenging the all time highs from February 2020.
Fundamentally:
* EPRT's expected to deliver a year-over-year increase in earnings
* This may cause the price to go higher and make new all time highs
Technically:
* EPRT's approaching it's all time highs and is expected to break above due to its earnings coming up.
* Not much volume but it's relatively stable volume coming in
Trade idea:
* Now would be a good time to get in if you want to be early
* There's not much volume so we may see a small rejection from the resistance point
* For a conservative approach look for a daily break above $29.34 before jumping in.
* A rejection from $29.34 may send it to retest the support of $28.70 so look for buying opportunities there as well.
JBL approaching resistance that dates back more than a decade!JBL, an electronic components company, is approaching resistance that dates back to more than a decade!
This is huge! When multi year resistances break you can be sure that the stock is going to shoot to the moon.
Looking at the price action on the weekly or even daily, it seems like this may approach or even break above $59.88 in the coming week.
Trade idea:
* Look for a weekly break and close above $59.88. Getting in before that may be a bit more risky since this may act as a strong selling point.
ACC challenging 2019 highs with high volumeACC is currently challenging 2019 highs. July 20th 2021 printed a bullish engulfing candle and now volume is kicking in.
Notes:
* Earnings per share is expected to increase over the coming year.
* Making new 52 week highs
* Increasing volume coming in near resistance.
Trade idea:
* Look for a weekly close above $50.94 before entering
* A rejection from $50.94 could send the price to $50.30. So, if you're looking for a discount that would be a nice place to enter.
* Target for this would be the all time highs from 2016 of $54.43
UDR approaching all-time-highs with tonnes of buying pressureUDR is extremely close to breaking its all-time-highs from February 2020. Not only that but it's been on an absolute tear for the past 7 months. That's 7 consecutive months it has been closing green.
Taking a look at the volume coming in, it seems like it will break in the coming week.
Not only is this setting up for a great trade, it's also a great long term hold. This REIT has proven to come out of a crash only to do even better than before.
Final thoughts:
* Strong up-trend with tonnes of volume
* Approaching February 2020 all-time-highs
* Great long term hold as REITs pay out generous dividends
Trade Idea
* This is a long term resistance so do wait for a confirmation of the breakout on the weekly time frame. A break and hold above $51.25 would be the signal.
* A rejection from here could send UDR back to around $48.90. Which, given how well it's doing, would be a great entry point
