NatGas: Caffeine Overdose ☕️🔋Looks like somebody overindulged on caffeine yesterday since NatGas jumped quite high to complete wave a in pink. We're currently expecting the course to drop back below the resistance line at $7.221 to finish off wave b in pink, before starting another climb above this mark. As soon as NatGas has crossed $7.221, it should rise further to complete wave (B) in white near the resistance at $9.238. A 33% chance remains, though, that NatGas could continue the downwards movement and fall below the support at $5.547, thus triggering further descent below $4.750 and into the pink zone between $4.068 and $3.493.
USGAS TAKE PROFIT HIT 📉📉📉📉 I CLOSED ALL TRADES IN PROFIT ON USGAS, we are still bullish on this asset from a fundamental/tehnical analysis context. My last target for this asset is 6.0,i think we will go there but not before price makes a retracement back into 5.0 institutional figure H4 Imbalance + bullish orderblock area.
What do you think ? Do you agree on my analysis ?
NATURAL GAS INTO 5.50 - 6.00 📉📉📉📉 Expecting bullish price action on NATURAL GAS as we have fundamental reasons behind a strong bullish move the war between Ukraine-Russia + sanctions that will affect the supply/demand of this asset, another fundamental reason why price will go higher way above 5.0 is because we have a BULLISH MARKET SEASONALITY till July.
From a technical perspective institutional figures 4.0 - 4.50 keeps the price bullish, we have a clear bullish market strucutre just be patient and ADD LONGS.
What do you think ?
NATURAL GAS LONGS 📉📉📉📉 Expecting bullish price action on this asset as the price of natural gas should rise from a seasonality point of view, we have a bullish market strucutre on H4/D1 timeframe as price keeps making higher highs and lower highs during the move, i will switch my bullish bias only if price will close bearish below the 4.0 area which is a important institutional level.
What do you think ? Comment below..
Friday: Natural Gas - Week 29Hello Traders! Check Related Idea for market context - it's going exactly as we identified, the pattern in NGAS is clear and it's been moving beautifully and very lucrative!
I will update my idea as the trade progresses if any changes occur and my analysis is wrong, or need to be adapted to the new development of price-action.
Thanks for the support!

Gas Long SetupGas Long Setup (refer to the setup marked with "2")
🔵 Entry: $2.704
🟢 TP & RR: $2.898 (3.4)
⛔ Stop Loss: $2.647
Trade Reasons:
✔️ Support level
✔️ Close to the 0.618 Fib retracement
✔️ Diagonal trend line within ascending channel
📝 A few things to note here:
1. Seeing how price action develops, you may close the trade setup suggested yesterday (marked as 1). You should end up with a tiny profit or break even (depending on the comission you pay). The current candle formation does not look promising for a long setup. Alternatively, trial the SL up as soon as/if price starts moving up.
2. I personally avoid having open positions near my entry level before the weekend, especially if that weekend happens to be the end of the month. So for me, this is a disproportionate risk.
3. Setup marked as "2" is the order I will be looking to open if price retraces to that level. The Stop Loss is not ideal, as I think it should be slighly under the 0.618 level, but I leave this up to you. Your RRR will decrease in proporiton to the distance to your SL.
NATURAL GAS USD BUY ON WEEKLYWe going to continue to the price action between $1.862 and $1.957. Most importantly is its 50% level at $1.910. Trader reaction to this level will determine the direction of the March natural gas futures contract today.
A trade through $1.862 will signal a resumption of the downtrend. A move through $1.957 will change the minor trend to up and shift momentum to the upside.
If there is a breakout to the upside, $2.033 to $2.076 becomes the primary upside target.

NATGASUSD - H&S Pattern Idea If you look at the past 4-5 strong reversals, they have almost ALL been H&S reversals. I'm going to go ahead and throw this out there!
November is approaching quickly, and is a month where these prices tend to spike. Not always, but likely.
Price might go down to 2.13-2.15 area and back to neckline. RSI divergence on H1 plot.
If it breaks this, next strong levels are 2.0 and 1.8 based on fibonacci and past supports.
Just an idea -
Natural Gas Seasonal Bullish Setup Weekly / DailyNatural Gas is showing signs of strength aligning with seasonality data.
"Analysis has revealed that with a buy date of September 2 and a sell date of October 20, investors have benefited from a total return of 56.09% over the last 10 years. This scenario has shown positive results in 7 of those periods."
www.equityclock.com
Weekly chart shows price trading within a descending channel since 2009, which is actually part of a larger falling wedge originating from the 2006 high. When the wedge is drawn on a chart of NG futures contracts, it actually shows bulls attempted to break out of the wedge when price spiked Oct - Dec of last year. Three consecutive weekly rejection candles clearly show the attempted breakout before bulls gave up and price broke down. (Will post a snapshot in the comments)
The large spike in price 2018 occurred within the same seasonal range. Price rose from $2.75 to $4.88 a 75% gain in a matter of weeks. Natural Gas reserves have been steadily declining since 2016 (I charted data from ir.eia.gov), shown below. Peak reserves in 2018 were at the lowest level since 2005, a time when prices were trading around $14.00. Even considering a decrease in demand and new technologies increasing potential supply, last weeks closing price of $2.48 is still trading at a steep discount...
prntscr.com
Daily chart shows a smaller descending channel which was broken to the upside last week. Price is currently nearing short term resistance. Expect trend to resume to the upside. Looking for possible channel retest or pullback on the 1 hour chart to enter with trend. Technicals and fundamentals seem to be aligning for a low risk / high reward trade opportunity over the course of the next couple months.
$2.30 = channel support
$2.05 = YTD low
Commodities in general are coming off multi-year lows and seem to be gaining favor....
Will post daily chart in the comments for context.
