Nikola
NIKOLA - Don't get fooledNikola is falling true it's support like a beer down my throat. I don't see why it should stop falling here. It might have a little bounce towards the blue MA, but after that I believe it will go down further, testing the pink and maybe the yellow MA. That would be around it's previous high.
After that I believe it will put on it's rock climbing shoes, because Nikola is here to stay, and might use the climbing ropes that Tesla left hanging on the walls.
NKLA Nikola Corporation - the new Tesla? If the fuel of future cars will be hydrogen, then Nikola is already there, offering long miles hydrogen electric powertrains.
Nikola Motor Company is a pioneer in electric heavy duty applications. Nikola offers both pure electric and also hydrogen electric powertrains.
Nikola Badger EV pickup will debut at Nikola World 2020 in December offering 0-60 MPH in 2.9 Seconds and a Range of 600 Miles, 906 HP, 980 ft. lbs. of torque, 15 kilowatt power export with 220V and 110V.
Even though the Market Capitalization of 19.575B is high, investors continue to bet on the growth potential of electric transportation.

Just using robinhooder confidence, youtube algorithm and EV rush as my indicators. Completely against my investment but this is a YOLO trade.

Nikola (NKLA) Technical Analysis -The idea is to go long and take advantage of the good momentum of electric cars.
Nikola (NKLA) — An analyst at JPMorgan upgraded the electric truck maker to “overweight” from “neutral,” noting the stock is “starting to look attractive for long-term investors in view of a number of potential positive catalysts in coming weeks and months.” Nikola shares rose more than 7% in the premarket.
GE is my blue chip for the decade and here's why...This is NOT investing or financial advice. It's my opinion but a damn good one. Cheers.
GE isn't going anywhere. It's here to stay so let's just end any of that nonsense.
COVID IS GOING AWAY. A VACCINE WILL COME. PEOPLE WILL FLY!
Anyways,
Anyone watching what $tsla is doing? Insane? Yup!
Electric cars are the future. I mean it only makes sense that we move from gas to electric. Right?
Exactly. You see where I am headed with this... GE.
Check out this article:
Electric cars, of course, would help GE's bottom line. The company sells the WattStation charging station, but also transformers, smart grid equipment, sodium sulfur batteries and all those other components that will be required to beef up the grid for electric drive.

History says this is the bottom and over the next few years this has the potential to double. I mean it could overnight when a vaccine in delivered.
Either way... this is my retirement plan. GL. Cheers!
Further Exploration, Halting Impulsivity - Reveals $NKLA fraudWhile Nikola was all the rage following its 600%+ daily increase a bit ago, halting on pulling that buy trigger was prudent (Though I did not). The Nikola website is impressive in design: It even features the vehicles that are NOWHERE NEAR being produced. It looks "Sweet" really. Then: Take a look at the HIRING section. This company has existed since 2015, and so many key positions are utterly vacant. After five years, it went public in March, still nascent, still nowhere close to being a viable automobile manufacturer (OR, any threat at all! to $TSLA itself).
Many were quick to think "Next Tesla!" but a simple look at the fact this company is so incomplete, so fractured and forming (hopefully for those hanging onto it)...reveals that massive gain to be very, utterly and totally, FRAUDULENT.
This is a stock not only am I happy to have rid myself of, but also one that I will not re-enter, no matter how LOW it dips (I say this unequivocally even!)...
FOMO hit many of us, and many have bailed, taken that rather substantial loss, and moved forward. The excitement around electric vehicles and lithium-ion battery tech is enormous, but as some would simply say colloquially, "THIS AIN'T IT." Sell, dump, and run. This company is nothing close to the hype-monster it was generated to be, and Hype is funny: It builds, and builds, then explodes. The deeper look at this company's lack of development over five years is exactly why. But in the moment, many of us trusted the notion of the "NEXT TESLA."

$NKLA Should Drop Down to at Least $32I was right to switch off from being bullish on Nikola to bearish right at the extremely profitable point. Now if you looked at some posts I made about Nikola on July 1st , you can see how I was very skeptical. I was already noticeably bearish prior, but after doubling down on my point, Nikola have immediately dropped down by -24.46% as of now. Many people were expecting it was on a route to positive retracement and some amateurish traders called me out for being very bearish. This serves as a lesson to not be overly speculative and value companies way more than they should be without brand equity. As always, this is on an opinion based basis, please don't take anything I say seriously or as financial advice. Pursue investments at your own risk.
When will $NKLA stop bleeding? This has been a tough freefall to plummet. Market high was over 80. Will it stop bleeding before the 1/2-point at 40? Or is this really going the whole hellaciously way down? It's tough to call. While $TSLA rallies absurd new highs, its progeny stock (if one can even call it that!) is struggling badly to stay above the water line. $NKLA is not $TSLA! Or close.
NKLA Announces Joint Venture with CNH Industrial This is a follow-up to my previous posts.
Today, Nikola announced the joint venture with CNH Industrial that I have been talking about for several weeks.
Why this stock is not moving way up on all the great news is beyond my understanding.
The IVECO unit of CNH Industrial has been building big rigs for decades, and will jointly start building the Tre in Germany with Nikola.
Nikola Tre
Featured snippet from the web
The battery electric NIKOLA TRE is based on the IVECO S-WAY and integrates NIKOLA's class-leading technology. It is the first step on the path towards the fuel cell electric model (FCEV). Dec 6, 2019

Nikola also announced it has $12 billion in pre-orders for its U.S. trucks, up from the previous $11 billion.
www.bizjournals.com
In a report by Cowen & Co. on June 17, 2020, the report essentially said, "by Nikola outsourcing production, it could mitigate risks that Tesla went through."
CNH is Nikola's partner in the venture. Is there something someone on Wall Street does not understand?
CNH owns over 25 million shares of Nikola or 7.11%.
CNH has a market cap of almost $10 Billion.
While investors are buying up stocks like Workhorse Group, buying on speculation, you have a company here, CNH Industrial, already making billions of dollars aside from the electric vehicles.
This is the stock to own in my opinion. It's all about common sense and profits.
CNH is already profitable so going into a joint venture with Nikola will just add more revenue to the company.
In the link below, CNH is mentioned in the paragraph after the chart. None of the news wires posted the link below to Wall Street news services today. It leaves me thinking, are people secretly buying up CNH before they run it up to $20.00 or $50.00 like they have done with several stocks in the electric vehicle industry?

CNHI Owns 7.11% of NKLA - Weekly Chart Bullish, UndervaluedFolks, this news is listed under Worthington Industries (WOR) trading at $35.24 with a small market cap of only $1.96 Billion
"KeyBanc Believes Recent Nikola Motors IPO Creates Added Source Of Potential Liquidity Value For Worthington Industries, Says 'While WOR has limited materials content/ties to Nikola itself, the Company owns 19M shares of the stock..."
Worthington Industries only has $103.43 million on hand (Source: Yahoo Finance) - Current Ration: 2.15
CNHI Industries has $3.51 Billion on hand (Source: Yahoo Finance) - Current Ration: 3.61 (Very Strong Financially)
If KeyBanc thinks Worthington Industries is a good investment because of the 19 million shares of Nikola they own, imagine what CNHI is worth owning over 25 million shares of Nikola and a market cap of over $10 Billion?
I am re-posting this because I truly believe investors are missing the boat by not buying CNHI at its undervalued price of $7.00.
On 3/26/2020, Worthington Industries reported earnings...Horrible numbers they were... Q3 EPS $0.27 DOWN FROM $0.46 YoY, Sales $746 M, MISSED $775.5 M Estimate.
On 5/6/2020, CNH Industries reported earnings...Q1 Adj. EPS $0.060 Misses $0.070 Estimate, Sales $5.500 BILLION BEAT 5.340 BILLION Estimate.
We are talking about a company, CNH Industries, with billions of dollars in sales, and owning over 25 million shares of Nikola and sitting at $7.00 today.
The logic is so disconnected, it's amazing.
Today, with the market down, investors were slowly accumulating the stock of CNHI. I truly think the stock will spike soon given the partnership CNH has with Nikola and the 25+ million share ownership they have.
In the KeyBanc notes, they tell investors Worthington Industries has "NO TIES" to Nikola, they just own 19 million shares.
CNHI is a partner with Nikola in the electric truck development and in the charging stations rollout. CNH Industries has strong ties / connections to Nikola and will be the company to benefit, not Worthington.
You cannot compare a company with $775 million in sales trading at $35.24 with a company that has $5.500 Billion in sales trading at $7.00
The weekly chart on CNHI looks Bullish
It's just a matter of time, I think CNHI is going to double if not triple.
Long!
NKLA breakout tomorrow?Hello, today I would like to go over NKLA and what I believe in the company.
First NKLA and TESLA can coexist in the same place, neither one or another is better than the other. They just chose to tackle the problem in a different way. NKLA makes the argument that their business model will be more cost affective for consumers than TESLA approach with regulatory problems with electrical cars. When travling you might pay less or more depending on the state lines you are in with eletrical cars not much different with gas right, well it cuts the cost of fossil fuels so its a win, yet NKLA wants to even the playing field cutting the cost across all fuel recharge stations through its hydrofuelcells, also you can get a hybrid of hydrofuelcell or electrical truck if you want. Now NKLA stated that it isn't here to take over TESLA market, it only wants to focus on commercial trucking and will have a consumer heavy duty truck, which is the only competition with TESLA. Commercial trucking makes up alot of pollution in on the roads, so they are trying to solve the commercial problem as of TESLA solves the consumer problem, so win win.
News
NKLA is show casing its consumer truck, which is a mix of the F-150 and cybertruck, yet more modern and update looking compared to the cybertruck. (don't get me wrong TESLA has a solid truck and looks great, but from an ad perspective i go with NKLA in a modern feel to help get people that love trucks into electrical and clean energy vehicals. Plus they might not feel so silly driving a cybertruck as we transition.)
TA
Right now we could suspect a breakout tomorrow, yet the problem with whats happening is the short positions are growing at an alarming rate. Whos shorting this? Well you got insitutions betting on TESLA over NKLA, TESLA investors, and many analysis that just don't understand. Also before it was known as NKLA it was launched at around $9 and has been rising ever since unlike SPCE, yet it never launched as NKLA until a few weeks ago.
-RSI is over sold, yet not overlly oversold
-MACD has turned bullish
-We are holding the 50ema as support
-If you do want to buy and are too scared to go all in or whatever I do give a range of 62.95-65.59. a break above 69.89 could cause a major breakout hitting 73
Final thoughts
This is a very speculative asset and it best to buy in a few shares. I give the price target of eoy at 200 dollars (this guy is crazy), yet hear me out. We are gonna see the consumer truck at the end of this year, bullish, by the end of year in fall I do suspect us to get the numbers of how many orders they have for 2021 production, and last there is small chance that the consumer truck may come out early if they are show casing it now, may be a summer or fall 2021 release. For now I'll go lone and swing trade with other stocks like NCLH and SAVE.
CNHI Teams with Nikola - 25 Million Share Stake, NEWS There seems to be a disconnect between Nikola, Its Strategic Partners & It's Investors
CNHI owns over 25 million shares of Nikola, more than Worthington Industries. (WOR)
CNHI has over $4 Billion in cash on hand, more than Worthington Industries. (WOR)
CNHI's stake in Nikola is worth over $1.5 Billion dollars or 7.11%, more than Worthington Industries has.
CNHI has a market cap of around 10 Billion while Worthington only has a market cap of around 2 Billion.
CNHI stock price: $7.08, Worthington Ind. stock price: $35.65 - There's a huge disconnect here.
CNHI owns IVECO, one of its subsidiaries working with Nikola on its electric trucks and charging stations.
CNHI was part of the spinoff / merger with Nikola, this is how Nikola was started.
When you search the news on CNH, IVECO & Nikola, you will see more recent releases including the build-out of a charging network for Nikola vehicles. IVECO is building this for Nikola.
Not only are investors buying the wrong stock, as in Worthington Ind.(WOR), in my opinion, the price of CNHI at current levels is an early Christmas Gift.
I feel at minimum, CNHI should be trading upwards of $20.00 a share just because of the 25+ million share stake in Nikola, and this is aside from the partnership they have with Nikola through IVECO.

A promising cooperation from the Capital Markets Day
CNH Industrial’s Capital Markets Day brought Nikola’s technological innovation to the new Iveco and Fpt Industrial spin-off. CNH Industrial, in fact, announced its intention to enter into a strategic partnership with the company based in Phoenix to accelerate industry transformation towards emission neutrality of Class 8/Heavy-Duty Trucks in North America and Europe through the adoption of fuel-cell technology.
The words of Nikola and CNH
Trevor Milton, Chief Executive Officer, Nikola Corporation, said: «Nikola has the technology but needs a partner with a European network to achieve it in a timely manner. By bringing CNH Industrial on board, we now have access to manufacturing know-how, purchasing power, validated truck parts, plant engineering and much more».
Gerrit Marx, President Commercial and Specialty Vehicles, CNH Industrial, added: «While today LNG delivers significantly lower well-to-wheel emissions, in the medium to long-term, fuel-cell and BEV technologies will deliver the ultimate goal of zero-emission trucking. With our LNG technology we have proven to be European disruptors, taking the lead in industry transformations including fuel supply and lifecycle ownership».

__________________________________________________
Today’s announcement of Nikola Corporation’s intended listing on the NASDAQ Exchange, New York, U.S.A. later this year, through its merger with VectoIQ, is fully supported by CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE:CNHI / MI:CNHI).
“This is exciting news and another key milestone for our joint project to deliver zero emission Heavy-Duty Trucks and hydrogen infrastructure through a unique business model. Nikola’s NASDAQ listing gives further impetus to the ambitious targets we have set ourselves, to be at the forefront of scalable clean technology investments transforming our businesses and environment alike,” said Hubertus Mühlhäuser, Chief Executive Officer, CNH Industrial.
CNH Industrial entered into a strategic and exclusive Heavy-Duty Truck partnership with Nikola in September 2019 as the lead Series D investor, with a $250 million stake. IVECO and FPT Industrial, the commercial vehicle and powertrain brands of CNH Industrial, recently announced they will manufacture, through their European Joint Venture with Nikola Motor Company, the Nikola TRE, battery electric (BEV) Heavy-Duty Truck, at IVECO’s Ulm, Germany manufacturing site. Start of production is anticipated within the first half of 2021.
“Nikola’s unswerving ambition to comprehensively transform our industry and its environmental footprint represents a great non-cyclical growth path for the business. Listing at NASDAQ, in order to raise funds in today´s market environment, is clear recognition and support of the project’s strategic direction,” said Gerrit Marx, President Commercial and Speciality Vehicles, CNH Industrial.
CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNHI /MI: CNHI) is a global leader in the capital goods sector with established industrial experience, a wide range of products and a worldwide presence. "Baby TESLA" Nikola ($NKLA) Pausing Before A Bull RunNikola ($NKLA) is an appropriately named stock: It may also be a "Tesla without the car," as the big up-and-coming producer of lithium ion battery technology. It increased 106 percent yesterday and is making more modest gains today during a bad-run for the market overall. It is still climbing but leaving something of a sell window open on this popular stock before it is fully out of the bag. A preemie of sorts, which debuted in March, it has the innovative technology one looks for in major long-term tech stocks. LONG, Super duper long. There is a ton of promise in "Baby Tesla," whether or not it is an eventual buy out of its copycat company, or not.
Houston Is There A Problem? - Nikola (NKLA)No discounting the fact that early buyers SHOULD BE doing the Scrooge McDuck dive in their gold coin swimming pools right now. But after looking through the hype, is there a true, near-term catalyst here? Is this a moon launch or just the top end of a bungee jump? Just a look at the filings raises some really good questions.
“Even if we are able to successfully develop and sell or lease our trucks, there can be no assurance that they will be commercially successful. Our potential profitability is dependent upon the successful development and successful commercial introduction and acceptance of our trucks and our hydrogen station platform, which may not occur.”
Quote Source: Is Nikola Corp (NKLA) An Overpriced Penny Stock Or The Real Deal?
CNHI Owns 7.1% of NIKOLA - Bullish Charts, BUYCNH Industrial ( CNHI ) owns over 7% of NKLA
7.11% = 25,661,449 Shares = Over $2 Billion dollars and growing
I am taking a good guess after researching CNHI, they might be supplying NKLA with powertrain, transmission systems, axles and other parts for the electric / fuel cell vehicles.
The Daily & Weekly charts for CNHI are BULLISH
CNHI is the stock to own along with NKLA especially if you cannot afford to buy NKLA at current levels.
Also, CNHI is the safer bet because the company is profitable "ASIDE FROM" the 7.11% ownership in NKLA
CNHI has a low P/E and a strong balance sheet too.
As NKLA continues to move higher, CNHI's stock price should follow.
At $8.65 cents, what do you have to lose? The positives outweigh any negatives if you buy CNHI
Long!
