NZDUSD Short Opportunity Hello dear traders and investors, We had price locked in liquidity box ( price was gathering traders), after long move. As far as we all know - price need fuel to move, the key for now is accumulation phase. We have to ask our self is destribution phase on the go? Or its just an another provocation? We will get our answer on fibo extension: If we retrace between fibo 40% and 61.8% - most likely we will get back to our liquidity box If we go above fibo 80% - most likely we will bounce from the upper border I will follow up price with volume profile and price formations, Look for following updates on this idea below !

NU Bearish Butterfly IdeaThis is probably a long shot, but ultimately, I'm looking or the price to retest the 0.72950 level for a short position. To get there, price may jump around and potentially form a butterfly pattern. Harmonic patterns are useless to predict until at least the C leg, and we aren't even there- but hey, that's what I'm doing. I'm looking for the price to react at 0.72130 off of the 0.382 of the X to A, which is roughly where the 200MA (1h) is headed. If an hourly candle closes below this level, this will invalidate the pattern (but not necessarily the location of the short). My target to enter a short is 0.72950, as mentioned above. I'll update my idea if/when we get to that level with TP and SL. The 09/05/17 jump in price is iffy PA to short, but we're still in a downtrend on the 4h even at that level. NZDUSD Short off NFPNFP pushed NU skyward in what appeared to be a stop loss grab. This pair has been on a steady rise for some time, but it appears that a medium-term correction is in the works. I'm looking at multiple timeframes and will post additional charts below. Looking at the daily, we are up against a descending trendline and a double-top. The RSI is signaling overbought. I placed vertical orange lines to indicate what the price in the past when it was at these higher RSI levels. On lower timesframes, such as 1h, the price has crossed over, then been rejected by the 200MA. We are also looking at some divergence on this 1D timeframe (bright green line). Here is my trade: Entry- 0.72940 Stop-loss- 0.73590 Take-profit target- 0.71455 (also the 0.382 fib level from the previous rise) Thanks for looking an good luck. -Zedro
