FEB 26TH - MARCH 5TH TRADE PLAN FOR #NZDCHF? GOOD DAY SUNDAY TRADERS!
From the desk of The Trading Regime, we have discovered an opportunity for NZDCHF.
Here are some simple reasons for taking a trade to the downside on this pair:
Weekly Bearish price action candlestick with closure to the bear side
Break in Daily Structure
Daily Bearish Engulfing candle
Potential correction in CHF currency this week.
OANDA:NZDCHF
As always, risk no more than 1-3% per trade, and don't risk more than you're afraid to lose.
The Trading Regime.
NZD/CHF Major Trendline BreakoutThis broke above a major trendline last week and has now retraced to test the trendline again. If this continues to drop then it will just be a false breakout but momentum seems to be with this as NZD is strong at the moment and CHF has not been great. Looking for this to turn higher from current price or slightly lower at 0.382 Fibonacci. Also need to see EMA's cut back for long before entering a trade.
Target 0.66047 although there is resistance between current price and there so there could be some hold up in that area.
NZDCHF | Perspective for the new week | Follow-upIt has been a good ride since my last publication (see link below for reference purposes) has price cruised 180pips in our direction and it appears we shall be looking forward to Higher Highs in the coming week(s) as the structure continues to support a Bullish run.
Tendency: Uptrend ( Bullish )
Structure: Reversal pattern | Supply & Demand | Double Top | Breakout
Observation: i. I noticed that Fr0.64200 has served as either a Supply or Demand level in the last 30 days and this makes it an area to focus on in the coming week as price finally comes back after the Breakout (Retest).
ii. Since the Breakout (@Fr0.64200) that happened during the first week of February 2021, the price has been going through a corrective phase.
iii. Our duty at this juncture in the market is to seek the expiration of the correction and find a Demand level to join the rally.
iv. Last week saw price form what looks like a Double Bottom; However, I shall be patient to seek confirmation as the price might decline to find 61.8/78.6% retracement of Leg AB (@Fr0.63900) before the rally begins.
v. As we can see, we might be looking forward to the completion of a harmonic pattern (AB = CD) in the coming week(s) as Buyers gain momentum.
vi. And for the cautious traders :) - a Breakout/Retest of Neckline @ Fr0.64500 might be a good signal for you... smiles.
Trading plan: BUY confirmation with a minimum potential profit of 130 pips.
Risk/Reward : 1:5
Potential Duration: 5 to 12 days

Watching and waiting .. will NZDCHF drop? 26 Jan 2021Price has arrived at the 0.6420 region again and as you can see this is an area of interest, especially for swing traders. NZD has been strong and CHF rather weak recently but as we all know that can change any time. Both options are possible, a break above or a reversal.
As per my weekly chart I would say the long-term bias should be bearish and this region may be a reversal point once again.
Price action on the H4 chart is supportive of my bias, but we need to see some real signs of reversal before we commit to a trade. I will be monitoring PA on H8/H12 for any signs that a short trade is viable. Obviously a strong break above the zone will negate my analysis and I would look for a pullback entry to go long.
We could have a nice Multiple R trade either way.

As always, please use sound money and risk management in all your trades.
NZDCHF Buy (Long) Trend ContinuationWe have a sell setup on this pair, which has ran into a key level. However, NZD was overall on an uptrend before falling into it's current range. We're looking to buy near the bottom of this range and aim for the upside, with a trend continuation possibility if the supply level fails to hold.
NZDCHF Short (Sell) Trade Setup IdeaPrice sliced straight through a sell zone where we were looking for a potential short and is now heading towards a slightly stronger supply zone. We wait to see if there will be good price action from this zone, signaling for a potential short opportunity. The two areas in the middle of lighter green are potential supports where you may want to book some profits but the stronger demand zone is at the very base of this move and would be our final targets.
