AUD/USD could move UP!Hey tradomaniacs, AUD/USD is currently re-testing a strong support-zone and could move up after confirmation! Previous US-Inflation-Data have boosted yields and DXY (US-DOLLAR-INDEX) as the market is concerned about Jerome Powells recent statements saying "inflation is transitory". This could cause chaos, volatility and so pullbacks in the forexmarket as NOONE knows how inflation is going to look like, thus we don`t know what the FED is going to say with its next statement. However, in confluence we see DXY (US-DOLLAR-INDEX) at a strong resistance with an bargain hunter in equities (Risk-On-Sentiment) would be good for AUD/USD-Bulls. let`s see, if we get a confirmation a good price to buy! EUR/USD BUY IDEAHey tradomaniacs, I will be fully back next week and was not really able to post anything. I personally took a short on AU, GU and EU today and consider to go long here for a possible pullback-trade 👉 The inflation-data today were really shocking equities and shows that the market was basically right with its worries. "The Labor Department said Wednesday its consumer price index rose 0.8% in April, and 4.2% year-on-year, the fastest pace since 2008. Excluding food and energy, core CPI increased 0.9% in April." The immediate reaction by the market was bettings on rising yields as cycles could repeat and it is very tricky as we don`t know how the stock-market is going to continue. These positive data actually show a recovering economy, which should be good for the stockmarket but on the other hand it is getting more likely to see less liquidity be the FED and higher interest-rates. What will overweight? Is this inflation really, as the Jerome always repeats, transitory? However, very exciting currently to watch how the market deals with it.

NASDAQ100 BUY IDEA!Hey tradomaniacs, looking at the market-depth NASDAQ100 looks pretty bullish to me as accumualtion is already happening ahead the NFPs. Generally, I think both scenarios whether bad or good NFPS will both be bullish for equities as a bad result would mean more liquidity and a good result a good improving economy with the expectation that the FED might cut QE in the near future. Technically we see a double-bottom and a potential breakout to the upside! Let`s see what happens! .-)

SPX500 could MOVE UP again!Hey tradomanics, after Yellens statement about potential higher interest-rates we`ve seen slightly a sell-off in equities. Read more 👉 uk.investing.com In this newsfeed you can clearly see how sensitive the market reacts to any kind of hints of a tighter monetary policy, which is why the market has been so chaotic yesterday. The market is currently torn between a positive progress in termns of corona, partially decent earnings and potential higher interest-rates in the future. This is also indicated by mixed equities as DOW&JONES has been way stronger than SPX500. Nasda100 suffered the most from that statement, but we can clearly see that there is no cashflow out of stocks, its more like a cashflow from value into growth and vice versa depending on fundamental circumstances. I personally took a long-.trade a little bit earlier as I´ve seen strong bullish orderflows in market-depth. Risky trade, but overall likely with potential high volatility!
