CAD/JPY: Day-Swingtrade-Preparation Yesterday we`ve seen the first step towards a tighter monetary policy when the Bank of Canada announced it will lower its quantative easing and so the liquidity they provide to the market as the economy improved way better than expected. Additionally, there were hints about upcoming rate-hikes, which is why the Canadian Dollar pumped very hard. NAS100 with next pump?Hey tradomaniacs, When I look at the entire market I can`t see any real reasons for these moves as fundamentals aswell as monetary policy hasn`t changed yet. Banks keep printing money and the economy improves❗️ 1️⃣"We are getting a little bit of weakness ... even though the earnings and economic data is good," said Ryan Detrick" 2️⃣"The underlying fundamentals are extremely strong and it wouldn't be overly concerning after the rally we have seen in the past 13 months for the market to catch its breath a little bit more in the face of strong earnings." The only reason why the market is correcting might be the fact that it is overheated and that the margin debt has never been so high, as you can see on this chart. As many traders are long with leverage, falling rates can cause a domino-effect due to the rising pressure (margin-calls). We can soon expect a reversal, probably with good news as big players can play ping-pong with stop-loss-levels until then. Bitcoin Good Accumulation Area.For everybody that was upset they couldn't get back in at below $60,000 well here's your chance. Below the 50,100, and 200 day moving averages. We're very oversold on the 4 hour Relative Strength Index as well. Anytime I see Bitcoin drop that low on the RSI I believe it presents a great entry and accumulation zone. But I'm no financial advisor. It's beautiful to see Bitcoin holding well and strong above $50,000 further solidifying Bitcoin as a base floor price of $50,000. We shall see. Don't be that girl or guy wishing they purchased when Bitcoin was below $100,000 before it become "TOO EXPENSIVE." This is the greatest asset of our lifetime. Everybody should have a goal of owning at least 0.28 Bitcoin for your family and portfolios.
