The company is currently undergoing major restructuring and has recently merged with Zyla Life Sciences. They have 7 FDA approved products in the marketplace. Assertio currently has a market cap of only $150 million and has raised $50 million in direct offerings over the past week. ASRT has been on a bullish run with the price is currently up 45% in 1 week and it closed at $1.09 yesterday. This is despite 2 offerings that have been announced. The price skyrocketed off the closure of the first offering priced at $0.62 and I believe it will do the same with the current offering. Prior to the announcement of the recent offering (@$0.98), the price hit $1.45 on Tuesday. SONA- POTENTIAL BULLFLAG BREAKOUTSONA Looks like its ready to break out of consolidation after a recent spike up in the last month. Ill be watching the current support level at around $1.62 and try to enter as close to that price as possible. Still quite a hot sector as this company focuses on administering Covid 19 tests as well as other Lateral Flow Tests which are used in various industries. They recently got their covid 19 test approved for use in the EU at the end of December, and could possibly be the reason this spiked up around that time from $1.14 up to +$4.00. Lots of potential upside left on the chart from a technical view. I'm personally looking to only play the breakout and exit at around $2.25 or so, however that may change depending on momentum and how well it breaks out (if it does) of this bull flag/wedge.
