PEOPLEForecasting PEOPLE is like trying to describe the scent of Saffron. It's currently sandwiched between Support and Resistance on the 2H chart. Couple sizeable Lower Highs are developing into a Descending Triangle, I'd wait for one extra Lower High to be sure. I'm "quite" confident PEOPLE will retest the Support, after which we might see that 3rd Lower High. If it breaks below the Support, then Descending Triangle is in play.
