$OSTK center of uptrend pitchfork above 50 day EMA $24.8 next While OSTK is highly volatile it appears to have found support here above the 50day EMA and to be maintaining the uptrend. $18 will likely hold before the next leg up to $24.80. Healthy traffic levels on overstock.com over the last quarter are likely to have a positive impact on the upcoming earnings report along with progress made by several of the Medici Ventures brands in their respective markets of tokenized securities, land titles and voting. Short interest is maxed out. The possibility of an announcement this month or next having to do with the sale of the retail operation makes OSTK even more interesting and the market is taking notice.

At this time the Market Cap is around 110b. Ravencoin: A long term perspective*DISCLAIMER* - This post is just for fun. It is not meant to be considered accurate information. I own some Ravencoin so this may be biased despite my best efforts to be as objective as possible. Everything contained within this post is my own opinion and should not be treated otherwise, do your own research! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome, frens . Due to the lack of price data on RVNs chart both Bittrex and Binance and even CMC, this post will be more about the conceptual/fundamental bullish and bearish arguments for the future of RVN. For those who are not familiar with Ravencoin, in the shortest manner possible, it is a open source protocol that specializes in the creation, management and transfer of assets. For full details check out their website which you can find through the link on their coinmarketcap page. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looking at the chart We are sitting in a pretty large demand zone with two below us also, I expect the lower one to be tapped. I have set orders accordingly. There is not much else to say with regards to price as RVN is still a very young project. Will do a future update when enough data is available. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY AM I BULLISH ON RVN? Community // First and foremost, Ravencoins community was it's main selling point for me. I am going on 3 years in this space and I have never encountered a community as strong, helpful and engaged as Ravencoins. Usually after launch the community is highly active and then slowly dies about. Ravencoin community did the opposite, it went from strength to strength.. so shout out to anyone from the community if you are reading, keep doing your thing. Decentralization // Ravencoin is a POW network (proof of work) that uses the X16R hashing algorithm, I am not going to go into detail about this but in essence, the X16R algo chooses 1 of 16 different algos for any given block and the order in which they are chosen is changed each block (for full details see their website). It had a fair, public launch. No ICO. No premine. No founders tax. Ease of use // Has a great desktop wallet with a mobile wallet in development. The asset creation is seamless and costs only 500 RVN to create. I encourage everyone to download their wallet and create an asset themselves. Assets have broad use case // The assets one can create on RVN network can be used for anything, really you are only limited by your imagination for this. This is covered pretty well in Ravencoins whitepaper so here is a quote from it directly; "Uses for AssetsAssets or tokens can be used for anything the creator’s imagination can conjure. The ideas presented here are a sampling. Representing real world custodied physical or digital assets to tokens; -Gold bars -Silver coins -Physical Euros -Land Deeds -DC Comics Presents #26 -Energy credits (Electricity, Wood, Gas, Oil, Wind) Representing a share of a project; -Securities tokens: stock or shares of a company where the shares are represented by a token rather than a physical stock certificate -Securities or partnership interests with the built-in ability to pay dividends in RVN (legal in many free market countries) -Tokens which represent a coop, limited partnership, royalty sharing or profit sharing platform -A token which represents a crowd-funded item with the ability to transfer or resell the item Representing virtual goods -Tickets to an event such as a Baltimore Ravens game with the ability to resell -A license to allow an activity -An access token to use a service -In-game currency and items, transferable outside of the game platform Representing a credit; -Gift cards -Airline miles -Reward points" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY AM I BEARISH ON RVN? ETH // As with any asset oriented platform, ETH is the dominant leader in this regard. There is absolutely no reason why ETH cannot do everything RVN can do and more. Plain and simple. To add to this ANT (Aragon), is building an all in one DAO dApp on ETH for just this purpose that will include most if not all features of RVN. Regulation // Both existing and new securities and are more likely to favour a platform with KYC and address freezing built in on the protocol level. That being said it is possible that RVN could be favoured by DAO's. Scaling // An issue with most coins but in particular those with the ability to create assets on top. Leadership // Decentralized projects still need leaders, and right now Ravencoin lacks leadership. While Bruce & Tron and the rest of the community have done a wonderful job so far, the project does indeed need a 'face'. I know some people may hate on this fact but this is true within the human species, we are pack animals, a decentralized project is no different. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To summarize, Ravencoin is a brilliant project with a great community and it comes from where the original ethos of the space were founded upon, decentralization and censorship resistance. It is one of the few projects that I truly believe in and I think the community has enough will power and commitment within to keep it alive for years to come. It goes without saying that it has some bumps in the road ahead, but likely we won't need the road because.... Ravens FLY! KAWWW!!! Peace.

RVN/BTC FALLING WEDGE?Good morning! RVN has been a coin i have been keeping my eye on for a while. Price action is very much slow and little volatility going for it, maybe because we are at the end of the falling wedge that has been forming? To be a valid, both the resistance and the support line need to have a “steep” down slope. The price should be narrowing into a tight range. The pattern ends often with a strong breakout. Be aware though that the support and resistance won’t always meet before the breakout takes place. The continuation falling wedge is similar in shape to the pennant. Unlike a pennant, the wedge doesn’t need to exist on a flagpole. By convention shorter duration wedge patterns are usually classed pennants rather than wedges. The “falling” pennant and the falling wedge are traded the same – as buy signals. If the falling wedge scenario does play out to the upside, i have set 3 targets for myself and to anyone interested in this coin. Price volatility for this coin could come soon, or, it will slowly rise in price as BTC moves sideways. I could be wrong, but i have a bullish feel about this project. Stochastic RSI on the daily is showing that it has room to push upwards, that is if, BTC doesn't ruin the party. Set stop losses at the risk you're willing to take. RVN/BTC - HIDDEN BEARISH DIVERGENCEAs much as it looks like a clear uptrend, RSI is moving down against price moving up for RVNBTC . IT'S CALLED BEARISH HIDDEN DIVERGENCE - COMMONLY KNOWN AS BULL TRAP. MOVING DOWN TO LOWER TF WILL PRINT A BETTER PICTURE OF THE CURRENT SCENARIO. I do not want to do over analysis on this and tried to keep it simple and on point. I also see this small uptrend as an "B" Wave of the correction wave. Previously completed ABC correction wave to me is sub wave of A wave. Will update this at next important turning point. For now, its a bull trap for me.

RVN near the bottomActually RVN formed similar chart to many alts - parallel channel where the price is currently almost at the bottom. For us it means that next BTC move will do the move for all. If it go up most of alts will fly to upper channel with possible breakout. But that is a long way from now. So far I am waiting for it at 370-375 support zone and keep faith in BTC and future targets at 410, 425 and so on. Bad thing about that setup is that support at 370 was tested already 4 timed at four hour chart and it makes it pretty weak. So in case BTC will be dumped there is no chance it will hold. Put SL below 365. Trade on your own risk.

Shaven #Raven or Beardy Weirdy? $RVNI'm going long on $RVN. Fundamentally, it strikes me as a good project. Psychologically, I'm gutted that I missed out on a trade recommendation earlier this year, so want to make something on it before the year is out! Looking at the 4 hour chart: Price is above and looks to have found support on the 13EMA Clearly defined risk with stop set just below recent swing lows Upside target of November swing high of 550 sats seems reasonable and offers good R/R Potential to MOOOOON The crypto market is currently experiencing a relief rally from the painful bear market smackdown that has defined 2018. Hopefully, bitcoin can run on for a few days and some of these alts can get a bit of breathing space too. However, I'll be looking to close all my alt trades when clear signs of distribution appear on the individual charts (long upper wicks, swelling volume at the top of a trade, corrective jagged price patterns creeping to the upside).

Ravencoin (RVNBTC) Correction Over?I am looking at Ravencoin (RVNBTC) after its massive really and it might be settling soon. Looking at the charts, it looks like it needs more time. If it can break and stay above EMA200 (orange line), then RVNBTC can go bull. While below this line and EMA100 (blue), it will continue consolidating sideways-bearish until the next wave up.
