GEO Group IncFirst off, I view REITs in general as completely undervalued in our markets and due a solid run. Now with GEO I see them weathering the "storm" of covid-19 due to them being in a safe niche. They are heavily involved in the "for profit prisons" which I don't see going away any time soon (opposite of commercial office buildings). GEO also has a high dividend yield of over 17% which protects any slight drawdown.
Technically speaking, the monthly candle is consolidating over a historic support/resistance zone. The zone originally acting as reistance, which led to a drawdown of -88% and a 7 year bear market. Acting as heavy support, GEO has seen surges of 175% and 221% from this zone. Add in a sub 35 RSI with volume steady increasing and the bull case gets stronger by the day.

EPR got beaten up really bad The EPR balance sheet is strong and dividends have not been cut by management yet which suggest they have strong confidence in the company. AMC theatres rents about half the properties and the rest are rented to companies like top golf and such. Their properties are geared towards people doing things and getting an experience out of it versus other REITs which are maybe retail or commerical focused. Management has announced it will buy back shares over time to ensure prices don't slide as much.
The RSI suggests oversold condition which may indicate a good buying opportunity. I would wait to see the peak of the virus and figure out from there when things are expected to return to normal then invest in this stock because people are dying to go back out and experience movies, play top golf, and enjoy activities.
SLG opportunity for short-term profitOffice REITs in the US have been beaten up for a long time since 2015, differently than stocks. SL Green seems to have finished a primary wave Y down and it is developing its first impulse wave in the upward direction.
