GME GameStop - Short Squeeze in the Making! If you haven`t bought GME before the previous breakout:
Now you need to know that GameStop (GME) is creating a buzz in the options market, especially as it gears up for an exciting week ahead!
After experiencing an astronomical increase of over 121X in less than four months in the past, GME has captured the attention of traders and investors alike.
This dramatic surge in price has raised speculation about the potential for another gamma squeeze, reminiscent of the impressive rallies seen in the past.
With calls at the $125 strike price set to expire on January 17, 2025, there's palpable optimism in the air!
The notable volume of these calls suggests that investors are positioning themselves for a significant move.
Traders are eager to capitalize on the momentum that GME has built, especially with historical patterns indicating that such surges often lead to increased volatility and price spikes.
The options chain for this Friday looks extremely bullish, with an uptick in activity signaling strong demand for GME calls.
The convergence of high open interest and the upcoming expiration date has the potential to ignite a new wave of buying pressure, further fueling the chances of a gamma squeeze.
As more traders enter the market, the cascading effects of rising call prices could push the underlying stock higher, benefiting those who are well-positioned in the options market!

Could it be... GMEEarnings next week. Kitty head master tweeted.
Let's see what happens. Looks nice on the weekly but who knows if it has another move in it. Keeping an eye on volume.
If anything GME could see one last major move higher but that's based purely on gut feel and chart setup right now.
Could also dump, but $20 seems to be pretty sound support. The break of the major downtrend is pretty bullish after years of downwards chop.
GME/CHWY ratio. GME looks to be near the bottom of range could see another top towards high of range.

Another GME Rally?Overview
Usually I stay away from meme stocks but when opportunity knocks, I can't help but check the door. NYSE:GME appears to be gearing for a double bottom pattern which may see another spike in the share price back to $65. I haven't extensively researched the idea I'm about to present so please take it with healthy skepticism but in my few years of trading I believe I've noticed a trend: when the traditional stock market is doing well, crypto and meme stocks sink. And when the traditional stock market begins to fall, crypto and meme stocks rise. I chalk it up to recycled profits being moved from one market to the next.
Technical Analysis
Dwindling share value on decreasing volume; MACD and MFI have retreated from overbought territory; MACD and RSI are both underneath their signal lines which suggests the next cross will be from beneath which is bullish (the question is when it will cross though).
Because of GME's past volatility and unpredictability, it would be best to approach this asset like a lottery ticket. You don't expect to win, but it's fun to play.
GAMESTOP: The Party Is OverRemember when Elon used to tweet about Dogecoin, causing the entire market to react wildly? Market cycles repeat, and this one is no different. What we've learned is that driving up prices through tweets, Saturday Night Live appearances, or YouTube livestreams is unsustainable, and the positive effects are diminishing.
Yesterday, expectations for the livestreams were high. Despite multiple market halts, the disappointment was evident as GME's price retraced to its pre-pump level from the start of the week.
AMC PullbackAMC coiling here near a key moving average after pullback from its initial move. Our premium indicator has giving 2 blue continuation signals + GME looks to be in a similar position.
Besides the risk of how volatile this name is, this play also has significant overnight risk. A realistic stop on the position is around 15-25% meaning the sizing has to be very low.
Gamestop WatchGME is the most talked about name in the market at the moment with the roaring kitty saga. We have it on high watch. Our premium indicator nailed the initial move and gave two blue continuation bars which captured the last move.
Although we believe the "squeeze" is likely through, we will be watching for another continuation setup to punt over the next week.
Can Roaring Kitty and WSB team push Gamestop to $184If u copy the price range #1
and add it to the high of 2008
We get a log price #2
This could be useful to have some insight to where #GME could possibly go if things go crazy!
And it not only challenged it's ATH but goes on into blue sky territory.
This is also extremely bullish for #crypto and #shitcoins

Robinhood Markets. Following the footsteps of Roaring Kitty
Keith Gill, the YouTube streamer known as Roaring Kitty, made tens of millions of dollars in a day from the GameStop meme stock.
YouTube blogger Keith Gill, known as Roaring Kitty, earned a paper profit of $79 million in one trading day from the growth of shares of the GameStop video game store chain, recently wrote CNBC. During trading on Monday, June 3, GameStop shares rose by 21% and closed at $28 per share.
On Monday, June 3, Keith Gill took to Reddit to share what appears to be a screenshot of his investment portfolio. The blogger revealed that he still holds 5 million shares of the video game store chain GameStop and 120 thousand call options on the stock with a strike price of $20 and an expiration date of June 21. Gill's bet on GameStop netted him an intraday profit of $33.6 million from stock gains and $54.3 million from options. As a result, these positions increased in value by $79 million.
A day earlier, Keith Gill posted on the social network Reddit a screenshot of the portfolio, which shows 5 million shares purchased at $21.27 per share and 120 thousand call options purchased at approximately $5.68.
A call option gives the buyer the right to purchase an asset at a fixed price on or before a predetermined date, and creates an obligation for the seller to sell it when requested. By purchasing such an option, a trader or investor takes a long position - long. It is opened in the hope of making money on the rise in the price of an asset, such as a stock.
If GameStop's stock price rises above $20 on June 21, Gill will be able to exercise the options at $20 per share. As a result, he will receive another 12 million shares of GameStop. In total, he will own 17 million shares, making him GameStop's fourth-largest shareholder behind Vanguard, BlackRock and RC Ventures, according to FactSet. At Monday's closing price of $28 per share, his stake is valued at $476 million.
Keith Gill rose to prominence in 2021 after posting a series of videos that investors took as a signal to buy GameStop stock. As a result, in January 2021, the price of securities of the GameStop video game store chain soared from $20 to $483 in two weeks, and the shares themselves began to be called meme.
Did you miss something? That's all right!... as frenzy trading is back to Robinhood Markets.
The main graph indicates on strong Bullish momentum in Robinhood Markets (HOOD) stocks, that are trying to recover after huge 80+ percent post-IPO decline.
GameStop Jumps Again - Up 118%GameStop shares recently surged by 118% in two days, coinciding with the return of Keith Gill, known as "Roaring Kitty," who ignited interest with a cryptic social media post.
This event underscores the ongoing challenge that meme stocks like GameStop pose to traditional financial analysis.
Historically, GameStop experienced a massive spike in January 2021, with shares increasing over 2600% due to coordinated buying by retail investors on platforms like Robinhood and social media forums.
Although the stock quickly lost nearly 90% of its value from its peak, showcasing the high risks of such volatile investments, it has shown signs of recovery.
After a period of stagnation, GameStop's stock rose sharply by 75% on Monday and saw early gains of 113% on Tuesday before settling to a 60% increase by the day’s end due to selling pressure.
With the stock's history of dramatic fluctuations, there is potential for surpassing its all-time high of $120, but significant volatility remains, with the $50 mark being a critical resistance level to watch.

AMC and GME Gamma Squeeze vs Short Squeeze durationYou are surely wondering how long this rally on GME and AMC could go!
Let's look at the 2021 short / gamma squeezes to find out!
GME rallied from Jan 13 to Jan 28 for 15 days and went up 24X at its peak! That was a gamma squeeze!
AMC, on the other hand, rallied from May 13 to June 2 for 20 days, during which it went up 6X at its peak. That was more of a short squeeze!
A gamma squeeze and a short squeeze are both market phenomena, but they operate in different ways and involve different types of trading strategies.
Short Squeeze:
In a short squeeze, traders who have sold a stock short (i.e., they've borrowed shares and sold them with the intention of buying them back later at a lower price) are forced to buy the stock back at higher prices to cover their positions. This buying pressure drives the stock price even higher, causing more short sellers to cover their positions, thus further increasing the price. It creates a feedback loop where rising prices force short sellers to buy, further increasing demand, and thus prices.
Short squeezes often occur when there's significant negative sentiment or speculation about a stock, and a sudden positive development causes the price to rise sharply, catching short sellers off guard.
Gamma Squeeze:
A gamma squeeze, on the other hand, involves options trading. It occurs when option sellers (who are often large institutional investors or market makers) have sold call options (contracts that give the holder the right to buy a stock at a certain price) and need to hedge their positions by buying the underlying stock. As the stock price rises, they need to buy more stock to maintain their hedge, which further fuels the price increase.
Gamma squeezes are typically triggered by a sharp rise in the underlying stock price, causing the delta (the rate of change of the option price with respect to the price of the underlying asset) of the call options to increase rapidly. This forces option sellers to buy more stock to adjust their hedges, leading to a feedback loop similar to a short squeeze but driven by options trading.
We could be entering a cycle here, let's see!
4hr Cup & Handle breakoutWhat an absolute monster Cup & Handle on the 4hr. GME has been on quite the run lately. If this continues we could see another $3 to $7 gap up over the next week or so according to the Fib Ext. And being DFV is now active again, this may be the catalyst needed to spark the fuse on this weekly Bull Flag that has begun to finally breakout.
