$ROOT: TRENDING BULLISHLY. POTENTIAL SQUEEZE. 🚀🚀🚀Hello, everyone!
We're seeing promising signals for $ROOT. If its price maintains above our key monthly indicator, we anticipate an uptrend. A very bullish trend will be confirmed when the daily indicator rises above the monthly one. Should this happen, we'll be on the lookout for the weekly indicator to follow suit. Our first price target (PT) is set at $76, with a strong move to $180 on the cards once the weekly crosses the monthly threshold. NASDAQ:ROOT has already made a massive move up, but this is only the start of something huge. However, if we see the hourly indicator fall below the monthly, this would need to be reassessed, as it could invalidate our current forecast.
NFA! Good luck, everyone!
Root
Breakout Buy in ROOTROOT is an app-based insurance company offering home, auto, and renters’ insurance in all 50 states. With a market capitalization of just $156MM, it is below the small-cap threshold making this a micro-cap stock.
In other words, it's small. But it wasn’t always. The company was worth roughly $6 billion when it IPO’d in 2020 - roughly 400X larger than its current valuation.
But the stock is showing serious signs of a turnaround. There was a huge volume breakout in June when shares shot from $6 to $14 in one day. A move that extreme needs to be digested since profit taking is almost guaranteed to weigh on the price over the short term.
After a series of shallowing retracements which I have highlighted on the chart above, ROOT is setting up for a potential breakout higher. I want to see a break of the most recent highs near $12 to give the best odds of success.
If the breakout is valid, it should take off and not look back. Traders could use a 10% stop to give it a little room to work but don’t give it too much rope. This is a volatile stock that can make big fast moves in both directions.
ROOT Short Squeeze candidateLook at that chart! Isn`t it beautiful?
ROOT, Root Inc. Cl A has the highest amount of FLOAT SHORTED in the market right now: 46.48%
The Average Volume is high, 8,099,037usd.
This should be a short squeeze candidate.
My price target is the 6.63usd resistance short term and 12.8usd in case of a short squeeze.
I look forward to read your opinion about it.
ROOT - Daily - Break or No Break?1. Indicators: RSI, MACD, and KDJ is well setup for a run.
2. Price and Volume just looks like the hulk wanna break out.
HOWEVER
1. financially pessimistic numbers and weak earning power
2. the past price performance is with doubt it will ever perform
3. the general "BIG TREND" is a downtrend, the consolidation started Aug 13 might just be a correction of the "BIG TREND"
If I were to play this, (in my opinion):
-Buy shares sell covered calls.
-option premium is great at the moment.
-sell some puts?
Win Big and Lose Small storyAugust 2021, was one of the best months for me.
While Major indexes (NASDAQ, S&P 500, Dow Jones, Russell 2000) gained between 1.5-4 %, I had 8 analyses with a 10-73% gain in one month, those which hit stop loss made 1- 4% loss..!
I also trade BABA option twice and close them with +180 and 100% profits..! and had 2 unsuccessfull trade with -30% loss
(use 3% of my capital for each trade)
I publish this review to talk about one of the most important habits(strategies) in trading.

Nash Equilibrium:
What Is Nash Equilibrium?
Nash equilibrium is a concept within game theory where the optimal outcome of a game is where there is no incentive to deviate from the initial strategy. More specifically, the Nash equilibrium is a concept of game theory where the optimal outcome of a game is one where no player has an incentive to deviate from their chosen strategy after considering an opponent's choice.
Overall, an individual can receive no incremental benefit from changing actions, assuming other players remain constant in their strategies. A game may have multiple Nash equilibria or none at all.(Investopedia)
What Is a Zero-Sum Game?
Zero-sum is a situation in game theory in which one person’s gain is equivalent to another’s loss, so the net change in wealth or benefit is zero. A zero-sum game may have as few as two players or as many as millions of participants. In financial markets, options and futures are examples of zero-sum games, excluding transaction costs. For every person who gains on a contract, there is a counter-party who loses.(Investopedia)
Conclusion :
Traders can make decisions and hurt themselves if they deviate from their main strategy based on Nash Equilibrium.
Most Important Question any trader should ask her/himself:

How I can make it better???

$ROOTRetail investing subreddit r/WallStreetBets has spun the short-squeeze-stock wheel this morning and it appears the arrow is landing on ROOT.
The company is exploding on the subreddit in terms of comments, and the stock is moving in massive quantities. Some are making their exit as ROOT stock sees a boom and bust this morning, whereas others are buying in and predicting a squeeze that will boost their long positions.
If you don’t know already ROOT is a car insurance company with an innovative model. It insures only good drivers.
Users must download a location-tracking app to leave on when they drive during a test period.
Users deemed by the app to be a good driver are offered a competitive insurance premium through the company.
The result is that the company only insures drivers who are typically much safer. This allows ROOT to offer lower premiums than other insurers who must account for more dangerous clients.
ROOT stock is one of the more heavily shorted by Wall Street institutions; about 19.5% of ROOT’s float is being sold short. The r/WallStreetBets crowd has been recently pouring into the stock as a result.
When we look at the technical side of things ROOT seems to be sitting in a huge falling wedge on the daily chart since going public.
This could give a good opportunity if we break above resistance.
I suggest keep things on your watchlist as we come towards the end of the falling wedge.
Watchlist activated!

Why did this happen to ROOT???It is easy to talk about it when it is ranked 2nd mentioned ticker on WSB, but it is not easy to talk about it 18 days before it happens..!
You must study WSB strategies very well to discover these hidden patterns!
ROOT is one of the most shorted assets in the market: short interest: 21.96%, and recently this is increased 205 from 15.8M shares to 19.08M shares!
Now it is time to cover for short-sellers, and because of low trading volume, they need to fight each other in the long position to cut their loss, which causes crazy price movement..!
Check my analysis on August 12, 2021, when ROOT was 5.51:
Be careful this type of price movement will not last long..!
Root InsuranceRoot - another runner I was all over and as time passes and more info shows up - seems like its set up to fail. Did anyone drive during the pandemic? - No! Most insurance rates went down....less driving = less accidents = more profit for insurance companies. Root on the other hand managed to spike their rates 20-30%. Guaranteed to loose customer.
Current price action is nothing but a short squeeze. It run higher to the upper boundary of the falling wedge formation but eventually this thing is going to $6 IMO.
Root Inc., buy opportunity 30% below its October high.
Stochastic at the oversold point.
In bullish channel since December.
Playing a stand on the inside pitchfork.
With potential to return to $ 24.
Some of its customers include American Airlines, Cheddar's, Holiday Inn Express, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Petco and Swarovski.
