AtntI don't really need to go too into detail. Everybody knows this stock has some explaining to do....I think I caught price action.
The three major U.S. wireless companies spent heavily at a recent wireless-spectrum auction that raked in a record $81.2 billion and is expected to dramatically reshape the telecommunications industry for years to come.
1. Verizon Communications Inc. VZ, 0.72% was the biggest bidder in the auction for “C-band spectrum,” a type of wireless spectrum that the biggest U.S. carriers expect will prove crucial in the rollout of 5G networks. Verizon spent $45.5 billion at the auction, while AT&T Inc. T, 1.56% spent $23.4 billion and T-Mobile US Inc. TMUS, 2.76% spent $9.3 billion. Others rounded out the auction with smaller bids of their own — U.S. Cellular Corp.’s USM, 1.60% $1.3 billion haul was the next largest total after T-Mobile’s.
2. AT&T Inc. will offload its DirecTV operations in a deal with private equity firm TPG that values the business at about $16 billion, a fraction of what the telecom giant paid for the satellite-TV company in 2015.
The move caps years of AT&T deliberating over what to do with DirecTV, a pay-television pioneer that had increasingly become a burden as it hemorrhaged customers.
As part of the agreement, a joint venture with TPG will run DirecTV and AT&T’s other pay-TV operations, the companies said Thursday. AT&T will get $7.6 billion in cash from the transaction, with the new DirecTV taking on $5.8 billion in committed debt financing.

NZDCAD 4HR/1D LONG SETUP Hi and welcome to yet another analysis on the 4 Hour and One day time frame! In this analysis I have many confluences which help lead to my final decision on this trade. Currently were still waiting for the actual entry on this trade but its coming up soon. We look for a strong confirmation of the Fibonacci zone. As you may notice there are 2 different Fibonacci's Retracements one for the daily time frame and one for the 4HR time frame. These help in confluence to explain the movement of price to the upside. Its a simple process to understand. Were identifying the trend and using price action to help make a final decision. Longer term trades are always better in my opinion because there higher amounts of pips and come with fewer losses if analyzed correctly. I was asked by a friend of mine to actually break this chart down to help other understand like him. So let me know if the comments below if this is a trade you will also take. I also welcome constructive criticism or any of your opinions. Always love to chat with fellow traders.

Wendy'sI was hungry, so I started thinking about the best breakfasts. I'm letting my stomach guide me to the heavens. It's getting warmer. Wendy's normally has nice promos. What's better than a nice frostie with the fry dip? lol. Free cashflow slowly improving. Liabilities and debt slowly decreasing. Assets shrunk but not as much difference compared to the difference the liabilities and debt showed. I did a quick research so please don't take me for fact.
Hopped in an option that expires March 19th. Pray for me....

4th quarter results have been released. Although financials are improving, I believe that price running too hot right now and is in need of a retracement soon. I have price testing up to $13/$14 dollars in a best case scenario. Looking for a possible put option for the short term. Need to witness price action on smaller time frame.
