and services to the steel industry in India and Globally. It is a market leader for special refractories in India and has many global customers for its international quality products.
KEY POINTS
Revenue Breakup
Presently, the company earns 74% of its revenues from manufacturing of refractories and 22% from trading of refractory items.
Dependent Industries
Demand for refractory is primarily dependent on steel industry, which accounts for 75% of total sales. Refractory products are also used glass, cement, non-ferrous, petrochemicals, etc.
Manufacturing Facilities
The company has 2 manufacturing facilities located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan and Tangi, Odisha for its manufacutring operations.
Capacity Expansion & Investment
In FY20, The company purchased certain assets of Manishri Refractories & Ceramics Pvt Ltd's plant situated at Cuttack, Odisha for ~44 crores. The plant has capacity of 10,000 tonnes of MGU bricks which will be increased to 18,000 tonnes post capex.
It also acquired 100% stake in Intermetal Engineers India Pvt Ltd for 10 crores for manufacturing of steel plant equipments which are exported to its customers in Gulf and African Region and caters to 400 plant customers in India.
Merger Scheme
The company proposed a merger scheme to merge RHIIndia and RHIClasil (promoter group entities) with the company.
The merger would issue ~4 crore equity shares to the shareholders of RHIIndia and RHIClasil which would have increased the equity capital of the company to 16 crores.
The scheme was rejected by the NCLT in March 2020. However, the NCLAT directed NCLT to approve the scheme without any delays January, 2021.
Acquisition by RHIMagnesita
RHIMagnesita acquired 43.6% stake in the company from the core shareholders in March, 2013.
It further acquired 26% stake through an open offer in April 2013.
RHIMagnesita is a global leader in refractories with largest number of manufacturing locations around the world.

Apple AAPL Being Pressured By The Inflation Apple stock AAPL had a rough day of trading yesterday, just like the rest of the technology stocks being pressured by the surging inflation data. Apple stock AAPL ended the trading session lower by 2.4% at $172, the dip was more substantial than that of the S&P 500 that declined 1.8%.
Still, from a seasonality perspective, Apple stock tends to produce its best few months of gains right around this time of the year. March and April rank among some of the best months, while February has historically been a bit weak for AAPL.
Apple stock AAPL could fall back slightly to test the lower boundary of the potential symmetrical triangle's lower boundary at $168 which would create a room for a buying opportunity at this demand region, then bulls could push prices to the upside testing $174 resistance.
A BULLISH MOVE IS BEING EXPECTED IN CARERATINGCARERATING seems to look positive on the chart, currently at around 615.
It is being expected that the stock can initially face a Resistance at around the levels of 651, 678 and 720. Whereas on the downside levels, it can face a support at around the level of 602 on a closing basis.

Why we have 45% profit on Tesla?We gave a breakout level of $700 back on June 24. There was a strong push and it was being tested. Half of August passed with a fix, but later we pulled out of the trade because the price wasn't going up, there were small volumes. The opportunity to re-enter again came a week later, on August 23. Then the price consolidated well and we were waiting for growth.
As you can see on the chart, the price periodically stops and "trades through". Thanks to this we can understand where we have stopped, when we can increase the volume or when it is time to exit the trade.
The technique to together with good fundamentals has brought us to $1,000 per share, successfully winning back to the long side. Watch for the following idea of when to expect a correction and where a bounce is expected to come from.

Google Shares Can Fall From Parabolic MoveTraders,
Google (Alphabet) had one the best runs since covid-19 crash last year. The move has just been nothing short of the best parabolic one in any stock in recent times. However it may be about to change. For the first time, Google price action has started to show sign of a correction.
