$SPY - Bull Flag Formed, Caught Between Supply And Demand$SPY has been rangebound this past week forming somewhat of a bull flag ultimately stuck between 410 and 416.
Personally, I'm expecting a break of 416 eventually as bears will eventually lose steam bulls look to regain control of the market.
Longs are safe above 416, shorts are safe below 410.

GBPCAD is trading in a long-term bearish trend.
The pair started to consolidate within a horizontal trading range in March.
On Friday, the price finally broke its support to the downside and closed below that.
I believe that it may trigger a bearish trend continuation.
Next goal for sellers - 1.555

According to Ichimoku signals: Daily, 4-hr and 1-hr downtrending. For extra sell confirmation i switch to Stochastics and Bollinger Bands.
I will wait for price to break inside bar to downside. Stoploss @ 1.58149 (70 pips) Target is strong resistance @ 1.54862. Risk to Reward 3.85. Potential pips 235. I will exit early if price breaks yellow trendline in H1.
