However, there is an unusual volume on this specific stock, and their tech partnership with Microsoft might act as a short term catalyst.

Decent amount of new support confirmation on the 15-min chart. Momentum is present, and the RSI / STOCH / MACD are on our side. My priority is to enter with a Buy Limit in order to decrease risk. However, a higher-risk appetite might justify chasing the run with a Buy Stop.

Momentum is set to continue with the company increasing dividends and announcing an increase of Real Estate acquisitions next year, strong of a good relationship with their tenants.
Decent amount of new support confirmation on the 15-min chart. Momentum is present, and the RSI / STOCH / MACD are on our side.
The only line of concern is that it is set to open below support according to Pre-Market data. I would wait a few minutes into the trading session before entering an order and potentially slightly change my entry/stop based on it.
