My daily entry strategyI just wanted to hear what you think about this strategy and what you can give me as tips or tweaks to perfect it.
A system I have used to get pips every day.
This chart is just an example, but this is all trades I would have taken if I saw them. I will now tell you about the strategy:
After candle close on the 1D chart I am looking to see what the last candle did, for me to enter the trade, the candle would have crossed the MA.
If it is a bullish candle crossing the MA, I go long. And if it's bearish I go short.
But obviously I would also consider where on the chart it is.
Was it near a key level? Near a bollinger band? Is price in consolidation? Everything to consider, but the most important part is the MA price cross.
Things that strengthen the entry:
1. MA and EMA price cross and close (in this order)
2. Key level and MA price cross and close
3. If price have recently been near or outside the billinger band.
4. If price have recently been near a key level.
5. When price is trending
After entry I usually hold for one day before I manually close the trade, unless it's clearly trending, then I can use these "signals" to add positions or move stop losses.
So this strategy is a big "NO NO" when you look at the risk to reward ratio, due to my stop loss is at the wick or opening price of the candle, and you never know how many pips you can get out of the next candle.
But as you see on the chart, this is all entries that I would have considered taken, just 6 out of 22 entries would have ended in loss.
It has worked well for me this far, but how can I perfect it?
The settings I use is as follows:
MA - 5,1
EMA - 20
Bollinger band - 30,2,2

LITECOIN A BETTER SYSTEMSo here we have the Litecoin, one of the few state of proof crypto which can handling higher transaction volume than BTC. The Litecoin network is scheduled to produce 84 million litecoins, which is 4 times as many currency units as Bitcoin. Litecoin open source project is simply build on a better algorithm than BTC, like ETH also is. But yes the softwares and platforms will improve over time, and cryptographics will be a big part of this. Back to the Litecoin, we have a system just like BTC, just faster and better, there will be mined 21 millions BTC, which should mean that 4 litecoins could at some point gain the value of 1 BTC. 1 BTC = 2500 USD - 4 Litecoins = 160 usd. = possible profit 2340. This trade is based on fundamentals and the analysis above, your just have consider how big is the potential, compared to the risk. I find the technology behind LTC to be one of the best. STRONG BUY, i went long yesterday, but the potential is still here to buy now.
#XRP goes to official Japanese REGULATED market or only seems? @Ripple published third time post twitter.com with some allusions. Reason could be new level of merge Japanese regulated bank system to cryptocurrency technology or only seems like that. Will see in the evening tomorrow. I guess Japanese like be one of the most technological folk in the world.

ULTIMATE Strategy : Huge profit ratio : WATCH THIS**Hello traders !
My name is Alex and Im a 21 years old trader and business man from Canada.
For the last 3 months i've work on finding the perfect stochastic/rsi combo on multi time frame .
I've found and backtested a lot of system using 3 to 8 different time frame stochastic/rsi at the same time .
Some of these system are giving me a 75% win ratio with R/R : 1 , without** any other technical analysis . (584/786 trade test on 6 months , 10 major pairs , specific TP and SL ) -- Forex & Oil
But when we add these system with a technical analysis ( Fibonacci , trend , support , etc.. ) , It's another game : huge profit ratio , small or no drawdown & unreal risk/reward.
By following me you will receive some good technical analysis wich I use in combo with alot of different RSI/stoch system .
If you want to trade this strategy by yourself I recommand that you practice in demo before .
The indicator is CM Stochastic Multi-TimeFrame , thanks a lot to the creator ! ( See in related ideas )
Otherwise if you want some additional information you can contact me in private.
If wou want to thanks me , please like & follow .
Good trading !
Updated SetupMinor change...added LITS (line in the sand lines) to mark up key levels on the regression indicator...manually. I do that on M5 and then fine tune entries on M1 leaving those M5 LITS in place.
M5 = decide overall daily trend direction
M1 - fine tune entries
(TV won't let me post M5 charts.)
Why Most Forex Traders Fail... LEVERAGEWay too many traders trade with very little capital and they do this because their brokers allow them to by offering them insane amounts of leverage. We really don't understand it because you would think that these brokers would want their clients to succeed in order to continue placing trades which yields the broker revenue from commissions and spreads. It is inevitable that with such little capital ($50-$100) these traders will go bust and blow their accounts, especially if they are allowed to take position sizes of upwards of 500 times their account value. These retail traders have been conditioned to believe that this is the way Forex trading is and quite frankly it isn't. The most successful Forex traders in the game use little to NO leverage at all and they only return a small consistent return of 1-3% per month. It seems impossible to make money with such small returns but if you actually take the time to break out a calculator and calculate how much such a return yields over extended periods of time like 5 years or 10 years you will see it is immense. Take $10,000... in 8 years with a consistent 5% a month return... that $10,000 will become $1,000,000.
So please guys read through the information on the chart. It is long but it is very valuable!

GBPJPY : yesterday my trade system and plan (Wave 1)PLAN :
Day : still down trend
4H: Double Top and HH - i think it is the C-W1
1H : LONG signal
Yesterday i trade with the system with EMA-14 cross over and Buy.
around 100 pips (161.8 fibo retracement) but i tested to run trend in 4H but got stop for long shadow. : (
EURUSD - 60min @ supportEven i have my long position setup on the Dayli, i would like to show you this setup.
Price price produces a slanted coil (small one), washes out the stops above and below and finally resumes the main trend. Here we even have a nice support zone (green), where it is super nice to enter.
I allways put my stop below the stop running spike, or on bigger scales even a pivot lower.
Nothing works 100% as we all know. But it is also important as a fulltime trader to TAKE opportunities when they setup. Because in the end, trading is a numbers game, where it's base comes from chances. And the chances are the setups we have, and which we shall backtest and verifiy biy stats! Because these stats are the only thing we can lean on in the long run.

TradeApe chart setupHad a few requests to share my chart setup, so feel free to make this chart yours and save the template.
Indicators used:
1) Ichimoku to get an idea of general trend direction and key support/resistance levels.
2) Directional Movement Index to get an idea about trend strength.
3) Candlestick pattern indicator (hammers, etc.) for confirmation. Tbh, you don't really need it.
That's all I use for trading forex, oil, gold and CFDs. Same setup for all of them. Works for stocks too.
The daily charts give me my overall trend direction. If DI+ is above DI-, you can't go short...and vice versa. I use custom settings giving me the monthly DI trend on the daily charts...and the 8hr trend on the M15 charts where I time my entries.
Exits are based on the trend changing on the daily timeframe. I set trades to BE if they survive the day and then simply try to keep 'em going until momentum changes. No fixed TP.
Just shout if you have questions...
I also recommend this if you're even remotely questioning whether longer term trades are worth it or not: www.forexfactory.com

I only use part of the Ichimoku indicators though ;)
Swing Trading strategy !! (A micro view on swing investing)Through out my time swing trading i have found that there are some desecrate tools and information i must look at in each equity before i make my final decision, certain criteria like Short interest , days to short , SQZMOM indicator along with a sweet chart that channels up.
1. it all starts at finviz where i search up stocks that fall under the lower priced Nasdaq equities, this is also the time i start to look for some nice setups on the chart. On the chart i mainly look for equities that are Channelling up.
2. i have filtered out the equities that don't have nice setups often charts that break the channel pattern, after this is done i start to look at the days to short on the Nasdaq short interest website. This is essential because if there was a big move down and a short share float of more than 20% it could mean that the stock is about to rebound 5-20%.
it also makes the game much easier when you can now how many days those shorts have until they have to cover.
3. Once ive gone a little bit into the fundamentals and short interest i like to then look at that chart again, The indicator SQZMOM on trade view is one of my last type of analysis i do on the equity before i make a decision. As i have shown in the chart if there are 2 green momentum bars on the indicator it signals a buy entry , and once the green momentum bars start to fade it signals a Sell alert.
4. Usually i take profits at 5-10% as i have a stop loss at -5%., remember the key is to grow your account and scale it up so it might start slow. for example most people start of with a $1000 account so your first trades should be making $50 of profit as you scale it up
Remember when you come into swing trading with a plan and prepared it becomes much easier to be successful in
trading the equity.
Its a marathon not a sprint
MM-Oscillator - as a Trading System [Concept]I was thinking about this concept while I was driving after dinner.
You do not need a fancy $500 Monthly subscription for an edge.
Here is the Concept, You can build on this.
Notice how the Murrey Math Oscillator works in finding the pullbacks with a trend. Experiment & create your edge .
NOTE : EVERY PULLBACK TRADING SYSTEM WILL FACE TRANSITION ZONE, ITS UNAVOIDABLE.
Transition Zone is when a Pullback translates into a Trend Change for those who don't know.
I will expand on this concept, If and when I find time to research.

Now for those robbers out there, Don't take this and sell it for a premium ;) For trader, Enjoy and Good Luck.
