Binance.US Is Being Sued by Investors Over Terra MeltdownThe cryptocurrency world has been buzzing about the Terra LUNA crash since it happened last month. And now the drama continues and reaches over to Binance.US. A TerraUSD investor is claiming that the crypto exchange disregarded federal regulations and as a result, users experienced "disastrous consequences."
The stablecoin, which lost its peg and 99% of its value, plummeted last month and has since inspired lawsuits in South Korea. Now we are seeing the first lawsuit in the U.S., as a U.S. investor sues Binance.US and its CEO claiming that the exchange marketed Terra USD as a secure asset prior to the crash. Binance allegedly claimed that it was safe because it was backed by a fiat currency, when in fact it was an unregistered security backed by its sister coin LUNA, whose value was tied to it.
These accusations are brought forth in a class-action lawsuit in California by Jeffery Lockhart, a Utah resident and crypto investor. In a statement in his lawsuit, he claimed, "Binance U.S. profits from every trade, and therefore has a stark incentive to sell cryptoassets irrespective of their compliance with the securities laws." And went on to say, "From Binance U.S.'s perspective, the less disclosure, the better." Lockhart takes the stance that Binance knowingly promoted the volatile project based on vested interest. Not only that, but the cryptocurrency exchange also supported Terra Labs attempt at a revival when they launched Terra 2.0 and a new version of LUNA.
The lawsuit states, "Binance US's parent company blithely added insult to injury when, on May 31, 2022, it began selling Luna 2.0 — a new token which, just like LUNA, is centrally controlled by ." Plaintiffs feel misled by the exchange, which touted these coins as "safe."
Binance is not backing down, however. The company reasserts that it is registered by FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). The exchange's spokesperson came out to say, "These assertions are without merit and we will defend ourselves vigorously." They also said the exchange will delist Terra USD, but that decision was made prior to the lawsuit (and for obvious reasons).

LUNC Terra Classic Ponzi SchemeThe collapse of Terra's LUNA and TerraUSD cost investors over $40 billion.
Some of them lost their lifetime savings, others lost borrowed money and some even committed suicide.
This project made investors lose trust in the crypto space as well.
The CEO of Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, is facing criminal charges for building a Ponzi scheme in South Korea, Terra investors being victims of fraud. Billionaire Bill Ackman also considered the project to pyramid scheme.
Do Kwon was the one behind Basis Cash, another failed algorithmic stablecoin in which people lost $54 million.
Terraform Labs also lost US Appeal Securities and Exchange Commission Subpoena.
I don`t see a future for this project.
There is a chance that its founder, Do Kwon, end up in jail if the criminal charges for building a Ponzi Scheme will turn out to be true.
LUNA2 USD : TERRA LUNA IS DEAD, GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN! LUNA2 is dead, the company and creator have fallen apart and are being investigated for the massive rug pull they just did. This project is going to disappear like Bitconnect cause everyone involved in the Terra Luna project will either go to jail or end up as fertilizer. Will LUNA Recover? The Chart Says ...So much going on with Luna (Terra) after the major crash...
Remember the bear run?
Even though they are trying, this thing is doom... Based on the chart.
It can easily go lower.
There are better options/choices out there.
Move away.
The chart does not support additional growth.

TERRA LUNA 2 USD : Dip down to $6-$7 then run up to $17LUNA2 has some potential upside, I'm not sure how sustainable it is but I have my buy orders set at $6, $6.5, and $7 and selling around $17 to complete the 5th wave of this mini cycle. After that we will revisit and see if this price can be sustained or another major dump party to new lows. LUNA2 right now is only alive on hype and speculation and I don't believe it has legs for the long term outlook. Good trading in the short term, you can make an easy 300% if this plays out. Pullback from the ATH, will the trenline hold? Hello, so we did get a pullback back to the 0.618 retracement from the high.. We need to get above the green box, where we see resistance, I really love the big candle we got here.
We should see some kind of a move up, and continue the trend.
6 candles range, and a 0.618 fib pullback. So we did get this pullback, it was a bit stronger then i did expect, we need to see some sign of strength upwards now.
We do have a high of 0.00018808, and a swing low (pb) of 0.00012600, let us see if we can break the upwards trendline, and continue the trend.
