TESLA: TECHNICAL AND FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS - SHORT SETUP 🔔Electric cars and autonomous driving are the very forces transforming the auto industry today. As a pioneer in these technologies, Tesla seems poised to threaten the decades-long dominance of the leading conventional automakers.
After Tesla posted huge sales growth and positive net income for seven consecutive quarters, it seemed that the company had mastered not only the technology but also the art of doing business. The company's stock soared 20 times from $40 to $883 in less than two years. Investors who didn't get into positions sooner were disappointed, missing out on an incredible rally.
But now that Tesla stock is down 33% from its 2021 high, maybe there's a chance to buy the stock? Let's analyze whether the recent drop is an attractive entry point into a long position.
The recent decline in Tesla stock can be explained by many factors. To begin with, the company's performance in the most recent quarter did not impress investors. While the company's first-quarter earnings were up from the year-ago quarter, they declined sequentially. Tesla attributed the drop to a drop in the average selling price of its devices. Notably, the company did increase its gross margin, as unit manufacturing costs also declined.
Another problem was that the bulk of Tesla's profits came not from its core car-selling business, but from regulatory loans - which Tesla sells to other automakers, who can use them to avoid penalties under certain emissions standards. Tesla has also encountered some supply chain problems that could persist in the coming quarters.
Meanwhile, the opening of Tesla's plant in Berlin has been delayed by at least six months because of permitting problems. In China, the company is facing increasing competition from local companies, which led to a drop in car sales in April. That said, China is a key market for Tesla, accounting for nearly 30 percent of first-quarter sales.
Finally, last month's car crash involving a Tesla vehicle raised concerns about the safety of the company's autonomous driving features. The California Department of Motor Vehicles is investigating whether Tesla's FSD ( full self-driving) feature is misleading consumers.
Overall, Tesla faces numerous problems. With a high price-to-sales ratio of about 30, which the stock had back in January, a series of problems has clearly alarmed investors, leading to a steady drop in the stock price.
All of this may look scary, but competition, delays in plant construction, and supply problems are not uncommon for a fast-growing car company. Tesla has already proven that it can successfully overcome such obstacles in the past. The company continues to focus on increasing battery range, expanding production capacity worldwide, and developing FSD features.
The recent drop in Tesla stock, caused in part by operational problems, has brought its valuation to a more attractive level. Thanks to rising sales and a falling stock price, the price-to-sales ratio has improved to 18 from 30 in January. Given that the company's sales have grown at an average rate of 50 percent over the past five years, and the company expects shipments to grow at the same rate each year, the ratio looks very reasonable.
While the company's valuation still looks high compared to other car stocks, such a comparison does not take into account Tesla's huge potential in the autonomous driving segment.
Based on autopilot vehicle mileage data, the company could already be many years ahead of its competitors in this key segment, which looks set to change driving as we know it today. Although even Tesla is a long way from fully autonomous driving, the company is already offering its current FSD feature as a separate paid upgrade.
Tech companies and conventional automakers may challenge Tesla for autonomous driving in the future. But Tesla's vertical integration should work better in the long run than any collaboration between a tech company and an automaker. Thus, Tesla is well-positioned to capitalize on its progress in electric vehicles and fully autonomous driving. As it offers an improved autonomous driving experience, people's enthusiasm for Tesla and its stock should only grow.
TESLA END GAME Inflation + EV Bubble + Bearish TA + Crazy Elon = Extreme Volatility
-If inflation sell-offs keep up, markets will go down and so will Tesla. Bearish sentiment in that sense.
- Market is getting over-saturated with EV startups and good competition. Tesla is like the OG but it ran up too fast and quick due to pumps and speculation.
-Closed below upper support levels, and that bullish pennant that broke to the downside isn't helping.
-Who knows what Elon will tweet next...
I expect more downside before the upside.
Good investment and volatility are great for trading at support levels.

TSLA (TESLA) LONG SET UP TO $900.00Elon Musk said that you could finally buy Tesla with Bitcoin today, after having announced it would accept the cryptocurrency as a form of payment in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing in January.
“You can now buy Tesla with Bitcoin,” the newly self-named Technoking tweeted.
Musk changed his title and that of his CFO to Technoking and Master of Coins, respectively, in an SEC filing earlier this month.
“Tesla is using only internal & open source software & operates Bitcoin nodes directly. Bitcoin paid to Tesla will be retained as Bitcoin, not converted to fiat currency,” he added.
Musk also revealed last month that Tesla had bought $1.5 billion in Bitcoin.
To pay using bitcoins, the company’s support page explains that one needs to “initiate payment from your Bitcoin wallet. You can either scan the QR code or copy and paste the Bitcoin address and the exact Bitcoin amount into your wallet.” The crypto is accepted in the United States only at this time, but Tesla “will consider expanding into new markets in the future.”
As of this morning, Bitcoin, which broke the $60,000 ceiling earlier this month, stood at $56,600. Tesla shares were up 1.1% at $655.
Tesla became the newest S&P 500 member when it joined the index in December 2020

tesla- the swing traders jackpotTesla has been consolidating between 600 to 700 range since past 4 weeks. Swing traders are minting money both ways. tesla trend cannot be defined until it crosses it support or resistance. Until then it is a good swing trade idea. Tesla bulls has lots of opinion about tesla going to 3000 so as the bears having opinion that tesla going to 400. No one knows where it will go, time will tell. I believe the best strategy to trade tesla is to do a put butterfly around 600 level. There is good divergence on 30 minutes chart that indicates that tesla might go up in next week. 700 is a strong resistance, will it break?.. Let the time tell us.

What is Inverse Head And Shoulders?
An inverse head and shoulders, also called a "head and shoulders bottom", is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends. This pattern is identified when the price action of a security meets the following characteristics: the price falls to a trough and then rises; the price falls below the former trough and then rises again; finally, the price falls again but not as far as the second trough. Once the final trough is made, the price heads upward, toward the resistance found near the top of the previous troughs.
A true head & shoulders pattern doesn't occur very often, but when it does, many technical traders believe it's an indicator that a major trend reversal has occurred. A standard Head & Shoulders pattern is considered to be a bearish setup and an "inverse" head & shoulders pattern is considered to be a bullish setup.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
* An inverse head and shoulders is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends
* An inverse head and shoulders pattern, upon completion, signals a bull market
* Investors typically enter into a long position when the price rises above the resistance of the neckline.
$TSLA may see another 5% drop soonHello fellow traders. TSLA saw a drop of 12% from ATH the past three weeks. It looks weak here after being rejected twice at the 21ema. RSI moved below 50, and MACD is approaching the 0 level quite fast. Additionally, ADX crossed below 20 and -DI crossed above +DI. Momentum is not in favor of TSLA for sure. Another bearish sign is that the 14ema is about to cross below the 21ema. if that happens, we could see some more downside. Unless bulls step in soon I think a retest of the 50ema is very possible. That would send the price down about 5% or roughly $750. However, TSLA still has to break below that support, which has held the price twice already, and the 0 fib retracement level.
On the positive side, OBV is still rising--albeit slightly--so traders are buying at these levels even though the price is bouncing up and down. I have accumulated a decent amount of shares but if/when we retest the 50ema I will be ready to load up even more because I believe the price will bounce nicely from there.
Good luck and safe trades!

$TSLA in accumulation againHello fellow traders and dear padawans. As we can see from the chart, after the March 2020 crash TSLA has been trading on a clear pattern of accumulation followed by steep rallies. It looks like we are in another accumulation ranging between $790 and $900. Although volume has been decreasing that OBV keeps going up like a rocket, which gives me confidence there will not be a big correction (given the market as a whole doesn't go through correction). RSI is holding above the 50 level but not on overbought zone, which is what we want to see. The MACD has been on a steady rise since the crash. It is now taking a breather from that long run. Last time it happened was on the previous accumulation on the $600s. Also, after that dip last week the price moved above the 21 and 14 emas. Today it found support on the 14ema and moved back up, which is a good sign.
I bought a fair amount of shares when the price dipped to $795. I am still accumulating at these levels, specially when the price falls and responds to a fib level or ema on the daily or intraday timeframes. Along with APPN Tesla is by far the most profitable stock in my portfolio, and one of the most profitable that I trade so I keep buying on every dip and repeating the same process.

Almost 30% Tesla correction Tesla has been in a steep uptrend since it broke out from the $500 zone at the end of November and price seemed to be overstretched at the moment. I think Tesla will hit between $710-$720 before finally triggering a huge selloff for a correction back to the $500 zone. Price is forming a rising wedge, showing bearish divergence, and it has yet to retest the $500 zone it was struggling to get past before late November. I would never sell Tesla but I'll definitely be looking for buys around that $500 zone that should become a new support.
MTF killer zoneThis MTF Killer Zone, its drawn when yesterday or the last period closes, it so powerful .
The way I use it is buying and selling as a support and resistance zone (but its not support and resistance analysis) or at a retest when it break, and if its not touched by the price today or in the current period ... than the zone will be still valid for any time in the near future (3 to 4 days or periods in this example).
You can use it as a target if you already have an open position in the market, or using a time frame for entry and another for target.
I can send for you on request different time frame the MTFkillerzone, such as weekly and monthly also good for yearly.
I recommend to use it only major pairs, also any other financial instrument ( Commodities , indices, bonds, and equities) .
Enjoy the setup please! :)
Tesla "Long"As announce today and based on the dilution decision of the Tesla to sell some of its shares of its company for 5 billion $ value what is the meaning of that for stock holders?
As Tesla is investing in Berlin and Texas for new factory lines and consecutively higher production rates, this 5 billion dollar absorption of Finance has a clear asset value and debt reduction of Tesla within 3 months. This perhaps will lead to risk reduction and lowering of current debt ratio of the company. The positive side of point of view is that now each stock has a higher value with 5 billion dollar cash flow in. Though it seems a dividend dilution for investors but in fact this strategy is a risk management approach for higher production rate and especially for future.
With this move not only the current valuation make more sense but it also will have a long term impact for holders. In addition, with S&P joining in 14th and 21th of December higher means of support for this company will be provided and will bring a positive insight especially for emergence of Electric vehicles, new batteries and solar energy products in prospective years.
TESLA at $700 before end of year?TSLA stock is very bullish just after the announcement of its S&P 500 inclusion.
Why $700?
I just found an old similar pattern...
