Tallgrass shares are in evidence as was unveiled that the company it's going to be acquired by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners for $22.45 per share (22.7% premium)in cash, totalizing a deal of $4.02 billion (about $3 billion in equity and debt). In this season of Mergers and Acquisitions, the deal is expected to be close in the second quarter of 2020, and puts Tallgrass on the spotlight of the market during this deal, considering that its progress might be attached to the future performance of its shares.
