GBPUSD analysis July 22 - July 27🌐Fundamental analysis
The British Pound (GBP) extended its correction compared to most other currency pairs. The British currency continues to slide as the UK Office for National Statistics (ONS) reports weaker-than-expected June Retail Sales data.
BoE officials are hesitant to back a move to normalize policy as the US Core Consumer Price Index (CPI) remains stubborn amid persistent inflation in the services sector.
Meanwhile, an expected deceleration in Average Earnings data for the three months ended May, a key measure of wage growth that drives services inflation, failed to lift expectations. about the BoE cutting interest rates in August because the current pace is still higher than needed to maintain stability to contain price pressures.
🕯Technical analysis
The British Pound corrected sharply to near 1.2920 against the US Dollar. GBP/USD weakened as gains stalled after hitting a new yearly high of 1.3044 on Wednesday.
The upward sloping moving average (EMA) near 1.2800 suggests that the uptrend remains intact. The 14-day relative strength index (RSI) fell after turning slightly overbought and is expected to find a cushion near 60.00.
On the positive side, the two-year high near 1.3140 will be the main resistance area for GBPUSD. Last week's peak around 1,304 could also halt the pair's surge and create a double top pattern for the pair to become more stable. On the other hand, the 1.285 and 1.277 support levels become the two main support zones keeping GBPUSD in the rising price channel. If there is a sell-off that pushes the pair beyond the price channel, it could extend the price slide to the 1,262 area, the lowest bottom in two weeks.

The recovery is necessary for investors to buy long-term☘️Fundamental analysis
Gold prices extended their decline during the European session on Friday, now near multi-day lows around the $2,420 region. The US Dollar (USD) continued the previous day's solid recovery from a four-month low and became the main factor pulling Gold back more than 1% on the day. Additionally, some profit-taking , especially after the recent price increase has further contributed to the decline, although the decline appears limited.
Investors now appear confident that the Federal Reserve will begin lowering borrowing costs in September and have priced in the possibility of more rate cuts later in the year. This puts US Treasury yields on the defensive and will limit the USD. In addition, risk avoidance can support safe gold prices. Furthermore, geopolitical tensions and central bank demands will help limit any meaningful devaluation moves in the non-yielding yellow metal.
☘️Technical analysis
From a technical standpoint, any further decline is likely to find good support near the 2315 area ahead of the $2,400 round mark. Next up is a break of horizontal resistance $2,390-2,385, which has now turned into support which, if broken decisively, could prompt some technical selling.
On the other hand, the highs during the Asian session, around the $2,445 region, now appear to act as an immediate barrier, above which Gold prices could rise to the $2,469-2,470 region. With the oscillations on the h2 chart remaining firmly in the positive zone, bulls could aim to retest the all-time highs, near the $2,483-2,484 area, and conquer the psychological $2,500 mark.

GOLD WEEKLY CHART MID/LONG TERM/RANGE ROUTE MAPHey Everyone,
Please see update on our weekly chart idea.
Sunday we stated we had a gap remaining at 2434 but just needed to keep in mind the conflicting resistance with the channel top.
- 2434 was hit perfectly completing this target.
We now have the final Axis target at 2505 and if momentum allows this week; we may just see this complete without confirmation. However, the ideal confirmation would need to be with a candle body close above 2434 this week to confirm this gap or ema5 cross and lock for a double confirmation.
The levels within the channel will provide the bounces, inline with our plans to buy dips in true level to level fashion, using our smaller time-frames. Buying dips allows us to safely manage any swings, instead of chasing the bull from the top.
Thank you all for your likes, comments and follows, we really appreciate it!

GBPUSD D1 - 1.30 ShortGBPUSD H8
We have traded just shy of our 1.30 psychological price level. We are looking to see some selling pressure come into play from around this price level, in hope we trade south back down towards this 1.28500 price. A more major considered area of support.
From this zone, we would be looking to catch some long positions. A rejection of 1.30 would warrant some USD strength. We aren't looking to trade the short, just merely indicated FYI.

Slight fluctuations after price reductionGold prices increased slightly in early trading Tuesday morning in Asia. Rising interest rates dampen expectations and cash flows into safe havens could limit the precious metal's decline. The pause in gold purchases by the People's Bank of China (PBoC) is likely to put pressure on XAU/USD in the near term.
From a technical point of view, XAU/USD is under pressure, but not bearish. In the small h2 time frame chart, the pair continues to be supported by two EMAs. This could be a temporary recovery in a prolonged uptrend in the near term.
After recovering from EMA 89 around 2351, gold has shown positive signs at the beginning of the Asian trading session. Pay attention to important support and resistance zones to have the best trading strategy.

Gold price edges lower as PBoC keeps Gold buying on hold☘️Fundamental analysis
Gold prices attracted some selling during early European trading on Monday. Gold lost momentum as the People's Bank of China (PBoC), China's central bank, kept its gold purchases unchanged for the second month of June, according to official data released on Sunday. It should be noted that China is the world's largest consumer of gold bars, and a pause in gold purchases could affect gold prices.
On the other hand, growing speculation that the US Federal Reserve (Fed) will cut interest rates in the third quarter could push up unprofitable gold prices. Furthermore, political instability in France after voter opinion polls showed the final round of voting in the French parliamentary election pointed to a hung parliament, which could spur Safe haven assets like Gold. Traders will pay closer attention to Fed Chairman Jerome Powell, who will testify on Tuesday ahead of June US Consumer Price Index (CPI) inflation data on Thursday.
☘️Technical analysis
Gold price decreased slightly during the day. Technically, the yellow metal maintains a bullish bias on the daily chart as it holds above the 34 EMA and 89 EMA. The precious metal maintains a breakout above the formed descending trend channel formed on May 10. RSI reacts at the 50 zone, signaling that gold will still maintain its upward momentum today.
The first upside barrier for XAU/USD will appear at the psychological $2,400 level after overcoming Friday's peak around 2392.
On the downside, support for the yellow metal lies at $2,370, a break out of a key multi-day high.

GOLD 4H CHART ROUTE MAP & TRADING PLAN FOR THE WEEK Hey Everyone,
Please see our updated 4h chart levels and targets for the coming week.
We are seeing price between two weighted levels. We have 2397 Goldturn resistance and 2385 and 2376 as Goldturn support levels with 2397, as weighted resistance and 2376, as weighted support. We will see levels within this range tested side by side until one of the weighted levels break to confirm direction for the next range.
We have 2397 open gap and will need ema5 to lock above 2397 to confirm the range above. We also have 2376 as the weighted support area and will need ema5 lock below this level to open the retracement range below.
We will keep the above in mind when taking buys from dips. Our updated levels and weighted levels will allow us to track the movement down and then catch bounces up.
We will continue to buy dips using our support levels taking 30 to 40 pips. As stated before each of our level structures give 20 to 40 pip bounces, which is enough for a nice entry and exit. If you back test the levels we share every week in the past 24 months, you can see how effectively they were used to trade with or against short/mid term swings and trends.

Gold trades with caution above $2,350, as focus shifts to US NFP☘️Fundamental analysis
Gold prices reversed initial gains to trade cautiously above $2,350 on Thursday. The continued weakness of the US dollar coupled with sluggish US Treasury yields kept gold prices restrained amid market weakness due to the US Fourth of July holiday.
Gold prices traded with a slight positive trend during early European trading hours on Thursday. Gold's trading range today is relatively narrow because today is a bank holiday. Traders also seem reluctant and prefer to wait for the release of monthly employment details from the US Nonfarm Payrolls (NFP) report on Friday before positioning for the next move. a move in direction.
Meanwhile, the downside for gold prices appears to have eased following solid expectations that the Federal Reserve (Fed) will begin an interest rate cutting cycle later this year. Weaker US macroeconomic data released on Wednesday pointed to signs of weakness in the labor market and a weakening economy. Furthermore, the most recent FOMC meeting minutes showed that the majority of policymakers said US economic growth was gradually cooling. This led to an overnight drop in US Treasury yields and dragged the US dollar (USD) to a three-week low, which could further support gold.
☘️Technical analysis
From a technical perspective, the strong breakout above the 2333 and 2344 resistance zones has pushed gold back to its 3-week high around 2365. Daily chart oscillators have begun to gain positive traction. , favoring bullish traders. 2365 Resistance Broken Some follow-through buying and sustained strength above the $2,385 area would reaffirm the prospect of a return to 2400 circular resistance.
On the other hand, gold's ability to turn around is lower. The first key support zone is the break out zone of 2344. The next relevant support level is anchored near the 2333 zone, which if broken, could leave Gold prices vulnerable to further weakness below the most important mark of 2319. gold Closing candles below the 2319 area is not allowed if you want to continue your uptrend.
