$TSLA: Conservative ApproachLots of attention with Elon Musk regarding TWTR; therefore, TSLA is also reacting.
I'd say be a little conservative on TSLA and keep in mind how the broader markets are behaving -- not just on a small time frame like 1-5 minutes.
Yes, it may be a fantastic company with a great product, brilliant leader, etc.; however, as technicians we need to focus on 'what is happening' in the now without the human biased emotions of thinking what the company 'could be' or 'could not be' in the future. Does it fall today? That is up to the markets. Keep focused on what the broader markets are doing so you don't get stuck holding the bag due to 'thoughts and theories' forecasted 5-15 years from now.
Never know, we could see that retail trader/investor spike at the open (FOMO chasing the price up) and trend lower the rest of the day. This doesn't go for just TSLA, but broader implications.

DWAC Donald Trump vs Elon MuskAfter it took some of the market capitalizations of both Twitter and Facebook:
now Trump media is facing a real opponent: Elon Musk. one of the most admired men in the planet.
Musk transformed TSLA into a cult, the first meme stock, before meme stocks were cool.
And it looks like the only one who can save Twitter too. In which he bought a 9.2% stake, worth $3Bil.
In this situation, considering also Trump`s appreciation for Putin and that the US should leave NATO, i think its SPAC won`t get too much sympathy in the near future.
In fact, i even expect a retracement to the 23.50 support.
and you know that i am not bias when it comes to the stock market. i was the first calling the 150 price target for DWAC (it reached $175):
Looking forward to read your opinion about it.
Short-term bearish reversal in play for TWTRAfter the monster 25% rally in pre-market earlier today, TWTR has now reached a key resistance zone around $49 per share. We are seeing strong selling pressure occurring on above-average volume, which apart from profit taking from the Longs, also comes from the VWAP resistance line anchored all the way back to the huge downside gap for the stock on April,30th 2021. This is the first test of that level since the current bearish trend for the stock began back in late October last year. Thus, we believe that there is a high volume of pending SELL orders around that VWAP line, which will put heavy pressure on the price. In addition to that, we also expect to see a substantial pick up in the VIX in the coming sessions, which will put further pressure on stocks that have overextended themselves to the upside in recent sessions.
Since the market opened today we've had a pin bar forming on the 45 min chart followed by an inside bar after that. This is a typical and reliable bearish reversal signal, that we believe could send the price sub $45 in the near term. We will keep our Stop Losses tight at $51.18, in case the stock makes another push higher, even though that from what we are seeing this is unlikely to happen.
Good luck!
Kind regards,

!!! Twitter !!! Analyzing the excellent entry by Elon Musk.Analyzing the excellent entry by Elon Musk !!!
Below 0.25 Fibonacci speed resistance he didn't think twice and made a great investment.
With this trend the next target is at the 0.618 line for the next few months.
Congratulations Elon musk, but let me know first...lol.
This is just an idea.
Be careful.
TWTR Elon Musk just took a 9.2% stake in TwitterIf you haven`t sold TWTR at $65.50:
then you should know that Elon Musk just took a 9.2% stake in Twitter valued at close to $3 billion as of Twitter's closing price on Friday.
With 80.2Mil followers, Musk has the 7h most-followed Twitter account.
That being said, Twitter remains an unprofitable business since its launch.
Strong resistances at $48 and $54.50.
Looking forward to read your opinion about it.
Twitter ToppingCatching up on alerts from Friday last week when NYSE:TWTR signaled a spike. I like a stop loss above the recent short term consolidation with a bearish trade back down to the rally's 50% Retracement Level. Earnings are 4/28/22 and IV has returned to normal. I like either a short shares trade or a long Put to play this rally ending and price retracing to 36 over the next few weeks.

TWITTER (TWTR) | Possible Rejection Area!Hi,
Just an idea to look for the fundamentals of Twitter. Technical analysis suggests that TWTR can see a short-term rejection from the shown area.
Criteria:
1. Strong areas around the current price
2. The trendline (not the best one but still there)
3. Channel projection
Do your own analysis and be cautious!
Regards,
Vaido
Twitter TA, TWTRPrimarily Twitter is the platform that hosts many of the conversations regarding NFT's and new digital assets
I find this very bullish for Twitter, an influx of new users (including my self) will reflect well on the stock price
Over time I will enjoy seeing if Twitter remains the dominate space for communication about NFT's or migration occurs to another platform
Regarding the TA, I see price recovering along the dotted line, coinciding with a bounce within 2.618 of the downtrend circle drawn
Short term bear, long term I see twitter increasing dramatically from its current price
I have posted in the past about NFT's and Twitter.
Free Speech For The Win. $DWACTrading within the channel continues. No shares available at the moment to short. Very risky going against the stock. Looking very Bullish in the immediate short term and long term. Of note, competitors $TWTR and $FB are down tremendous.
TWTR Predictions"Twitter ( TWTR ) reiterated its 2023 revenue outlook of $7.5 billion" I have my doubts. While its financials look to be in line with expectations, the stock is down 53%. When the company gave an ambitious revenue vision, it was clear that investors weren't buying it, and the stock dropped one after another, and they have cast a critical vote. We have reason to believe that the stock will consolidate at the $25-48 price level for a long time.
DWAC Truth Social app launching on Presidents Day, Feb. 21If you haven`t bough DWAC at my fist call, before it skyrocketed to $180:
Then you should know that Truth Social's app profile page App Store seemed to point to the service launching on Feb. 21: Presidents Day.
even though i don`t see a necessarily a correlation between the ride of DWAC and the fall of FB and TWTR, this was a mk cap comparison:
I think Donald Trump will keep the stock`s momentum before the launch. Trump made statements suggested that people are leaving other social media platforms in anticipation for Truth Social.
My price target for Presidents Day, Feb. 21 is the $113 resistance.
Looking forward to read your opinion about it.
The Week Ahead: TWTR, UAA, GPN, PFE Earnings; ARKK, XBI, XRTEarnings Announcements in Options Liquid Underlyings with >70 rank and >50% 30-Day Implied:
TWTR (93 rank/90 30-day implied) (Thursday, before market open)
UAA (80/68) (Friday, before market open)
GPN (71/51) (Thursday, before market open)
PFE (76/42) (Tuesday, before market open)
Pictured here is a directionally neutral TWTR short strangle paying 1.34 on a buying power effect of 3.71 (on margin), 36.1% ROC at max; 18.1% at 50% max. It announces earnings on Thursday before market open, so look to put on a play in the waning hours of Wednesday's session if you want to take advantage of the ensuing volatility contraction post-announcement on Thursday.
For those more of a defined risk bent, consider the February 18th 25/30/44/49 iron condor, paying 1.14 at the mid price as of Friday's close on buying power effect of 3.86, 29.5% ROC at max, 14.8% at 50% max with 2 x expected move break evens.
UAA is probably small enough to short straddle/iron fly, with the February 18th 19.5 short straddle paying 2.42 on buying power of 3.93 (on margin), 61.6% ROC at max, 15.4% at 25% max. The risk one to make one iron fly would be a "stays within the expected move" sort of play with the February 18th 15.5/19.5/19.5/23.5, paying 2.03 on 1.97, 103% ROC at max; 25.8% ROC at 25% max.
The GPN February 18th 130/160 short strangle was paying 2.97 on buying power of 14.97 as of Friday's close, 19.8% ROC at max, 9.9% at 50% max. The bid/ask is showing wide in after hours, and I don't particularly like the five wides where I want to pitch my tent. This is probably why I haven't bothered to play it before.
Although PFE's 30-day is a bit <50%, I figured I'd price out a setup because of its high options liquidity. Unfortunately, it's not very compelling at the moment, with the 16 delta 48.5/58.5 in the February 18th contract paying a scant .89 on buying power of 6.12 as of Friday's close -- 14.5% ROC at max, 7.3% at 50% max.

Pick your Cathie Woods poison (ARKF, ARKK, ARKG), I guess. Otherwise, sell premium in XBI or (there's one I haven't seen in a while) ... XRT, although you're probably going to get more bang for your buck out of KWEB, with its higher 30-day.

DWAC Trump Media & Technology Group to rival Twitter & FacebookBesides the Ideological Investing as a strong push back against the “liberal media consortium” that banned President Trump, Twitter and Facebook retraced from their highs while DWAC was rising.
Trump Media & Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp. DWAC have entered into a definitive merger agreement.
The transaction values TMTG at an initial enterprise value of $875 Million, with a potential valuation of up to $1.7 Billion depending on the performance of the stock price post-business combination.
TRUTH Social will be a competitor to Twitter and Facebook .
TMTG+ will compete with Netflix and Disney+.
TMTG news will compete with CNN and iHeart Radio.
They have also plans for a Tech Stack that includes web hosting (vs Amazon Cloud) and payment processing software (vs PayPal).
Could this be the new Twitter / Facebook platform?
Don`t know if you have seen my comparison here:
or my first call on DWAC:
Looking forward to read your opinion about it!
TWTR Was the Twitter sell-off predictable ??If you considered this short call signal at $65, then yes:
Twitter is now close to its 2013 IPO price $26 per share. Just that the stock debuted on the NYSE at $45.10 a share.
So you can buy it lower now.
I would think twice, though:
The company is not profitable and its co-founder, Jack Dorsey, has stepped aside as the company's CEO.
Twitter can also lose market share because of TRUTH Social!
My price target is $30.5.
Looking forward to read your opinion about it!
