Uber
UBer Callls :)Uber broke down out of the channel and looking like it wants to break back in so your boy placed calls @march/12th$52.00 strike
why??
reopening play?? stocks not that expensive so it could appeal to more people and by that i mean a younger generation who has just started trading. so maybe they will funnel some of that new money into the company.
obvy thats not the only reason im buying but it a good short term swing trade. as a lonng term this would be a good buying point where you can scale your position into the company
LOVE YALL :) best of luck

I am holding calls w/ $55 strike and 3/19/21 expiry. Gives UBER plenty of time to see $55 or >$60.

UBER unusual options activity for $70 1/2022 - bullish long termUBER on 4H: Will UBER hit $70 before 2022?
RECENT NEWS
UBER tumbled last Friday after Britain’s top court said its drivers should be treated as “workers” rather than contractors.
TECHNICAL OBSERVATIONS
UBER has been trading within an upward channel. We are sitting at support, watch to see if we can move up here. One concern is if we pullback further, there is a gap below $55 which we may attempt to fill.
OPTIONS ACTIVITY
This week there were $40.50 Million worth of Uber calls bought. One that jumps out to me was a LEAP options $70 strike price expiring 1/21/22 because there were $37.3 Million worth of those purchased last Wednesday.
SUPPORT & RESISTANCE
Support: $58 | $55 | $53
Resistance: $60 | $63.40
THE WEEK AHEAD: TWTR, TEVA, UA, UBER, ZNGA EARNINGS; MJ, SLVA little late to the game this week, but don't think I missed much.
EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENTS IN UNDERLYINGS WITH HIGHLY LIQUID OPTIONS:
TWTR (53/84),* announcing Tuesday after market close.
TEVA (16/63), announcing Wednesday before market open.
UA (42/68), announcing Wednesday before market open.
UBER (11/59), announcing Wednesday after market close.
ZNGA (11/63), announcing Wednesday after market close.
Pictured here is a plain Jane 16-delta short put in TWTR in the March monthly, paying 1.48 at the mid price as of today's close with a 46.52 break even/cost basis if assigned, 3.18% ROC at max as a function of notional risk. If you're of a nondirectional bent, consider the March 19th 49/70 short strangle paying 3.00 or the 44/49/70/75 iron condor, paying 1.30.
Due to the obvious skew here, I'd also consider a double double, but it would require going ten wide on the call side due to only 5 wides being available on the call side in March at the deltas I'd want to camp out, so it's less than ideal: 2 x 42/2 x 47/70/80, paying 2.42, delta/theta 1.41/4.55.

HyreCar provides cars to drivers for Ride SharingBackground
Have you ever gotten into an Uber and wondered how this driver afforded such a sick ride? Lots of times they are driving as a second job or in retirement. But other times its because of rental companies that will rent their fleets of cars to drivers rather than have them sit idle on a lot.
HyreCar has created the gig-economy service to service the gig-economy services by connecting car owners with ride sharing drivers.
Fundamentals
Founded in 2014 and listed in 2018
Offers owners a way to earn passive income from unused vehicles
Provides drivers a vehicle for earning money with ride-sharing services
Competitive advantage is the included insurance and automated platform for connecting driver to owner
Last three quarters revenue YoY of +65%, +47%, +84%
Last three quarters EPS of -0.25, -0.22, -0.10
Used a Paycheck Protection Plan Loan in April during COVID impact on business. The $2m PPP loan is likely to be forgiven.
Technicals
140% gain since the beginning of November
Currently extended 45% above the 50d MA
High, tight flag forming. Over 100% gain in less then 8 weeks with only 10-25% correction.
ATR is too high for entry. 10d ATR (x2.7) would require a 27% stop and very small position of R3.69
Summary
HyreCar has an interesting business model and is finding growth by moving from individual car owners to companies that have fleets of vehicles not being used. They weathered a tough situation with the COVID pandemic in early 2020 that brought ride sharing demand to a low. Now that we are getting clear of the pandemic, business is starting to pick back up. The large PPP loan incurred to keep paying employees will likely be forgiven as offered by the government for businesses that used it to pay employees.
This is a good one to put on the watch list and potentially buy when it breaks out of the high, tight flag. Or wait for a little more growth in the company and enter in the future.
Google Pay to start doing GDOT bank accounts in their platformGDOT Green Dot is famous for their proprietary banking products like prepaid debit cards. If you've ever checked out in the Walmart and you see the little rack of prepaid money cards at the cash register, those are all Green Dot products.
Other side of their business is called banking as a service, or BaaS.
Apple Pay Cash is a Green Dot-powered product, Apple Pay's person-to-person transfer service. That's a Green Dot product.
Uber uses Green Dot's infrastructure to instantly pay their drivers for rides. If you pay for an Uber drive, that money will instantly show up in the driver's account, and that's a Green Dot product.
Google Pay just announced they're going to start doing Green Dot bank accounts through their platform. (fool.com)

Every Decade you get one. While everyone is chasing the "next thing" or focussing on short squeezes and pump and dumps... Quietly BNGO has emerged from the depths of penny land. While analysts will attempt to scare you out of this stock by touting a 1000%+ run, and touting it as a penny stock similar to ZOM, a look a little closer reveals the company is just retouching its IPO price from two years ago. This is far from a P&D or a GME Short Squeeze hype play (I am all for the GME play, F' Citron) instead this is a new monetization play with some of the smartest Scientists on earth backing it. Stop and think for a second... Why am I chasing a crowded EV play, its TSLA or nothing, why am I chasing a mature e-commerce play like ETSY or Amazon, why am I chasing a MJ play in a foggy market, why am I chasing a mature fin-tech play, why am I chasing a SPAC above $12. If you are looking for true growth you must search for a market that has yet to be monetized. For the next decade the monetization of the human genome will be the largest growth play on earth. I think we have a winner. It's time to yell BINGO! Sale your car, house, child, sale your body, kidney almost anything you can to buy more shares of this. The moon is imminent. ST PT $25 by March 2021. LT PT $415 by March 2023. FANG will go BANG!
$UBER Shorts? We could see bay tumble to $50 from its All time high of $60.03 before picking up orders at $49.78 around the time of earnings for a bull rally back to the A.T.H’s. will keep this updated in the comments.

Ehang - The Sky is The Limit - EHWe've been following Ehang since before its IPO. Back in 2016 it became the world's first AAV capable of carrying passengers. Still a long way to go, but on May 27, 2020, EHang obtained the world's first commercial pilot operation approval from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (“CAAC”) to use its EHang 216 passenger-grade AAVs for air logistics purpose. The EHang 216 received a special flight operations certificate (SFOC) from Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) for test flights in Québec, Canada. One of the things we love about this company is one of its founders Huazhi Hu who has the obsessive passion/determination in his company.
TA:
We're really planning for a long term hold here so not much TA to it. We bought around $10.98 and planning on holding long term. Currently up +240% return. Overbought signals at the moment and could see a pull back soon as we try and find support but we're still sitting at a relatively small market cap of $2 billion.
Shoot us a like and follow and we'll be back with some updates.
Cheers!
