UNI (Uniswap): Channel Down BreakoutTrade setup : Price is in a Downtrend, however, it had a bullish breakout from Channel Down pattern, above $6.50 resistance, which could signal at least a temporary bullish trend reversal, with upside potential to $8.00. Stop Loss at $5.40. This is a riskier trade setup because it’s a trend reversal not a trend continuation setup. It’s against the overall downtrend. Learn to trade breakouts in Lesson 7 and Risk Management in Lesson 9. Uniswap is the biggest DEX – see On-chain data, and has been a beneficiary of the move to decentralized exchanges and non-custody trading solutions.
Pattern : Price is trading in a Channel Down pattern. With emerging patterns, traders who believe the price is likely to remain within its channel can initiate trades when the price fluctuates within its channel trendlines. With complete patterns (i.e. a breakout) - initiate a trade when the price breaks through the channel's trendlines, either on the upper or lower side. When this happens, the price can move rapidly in the direction of that breakout. Learn to trade chart patterns in Lesson 8.
Trend : Short-term trend is Neutral, Medium-term trend is Down and Long-term trend is Strong Down.
Momentum is Bullish but inflecting. MACD Line is still above MACD Signal Line but momentum may have peaked since MACD Histogram bars are declining, which suggests that momentum could be nearing a downswing. Price is neither overbought nor oversold currently, based on RSI-14 levels (RSI > 30 and RSI < 70).
Support and Resistance : Nearest Support Zone is $5.60, then $4.80. Nearest Resistance Zone is $6.50, then $8.00.

Cryptolean Uniswap UNI Update
Uniswap is trying to reverse from the key daily support level at $11.25.
A bullish reversal from $11.25 will result in a move to $12.63 and, possibly, higher to $14.28-$15.45.
A bearish break-out of $11.25 will push #UNI price lower towards $8.68.
Intraday Chart
The UNIUSDT 4-Hour chart is bearish and teasing $11.97.
A bearish breakout of $11.97 or a bearish rejection of $13.11 will push Uniswap price towards the key intraday support zone at $9.63-$10.60 and, possibly, lower towards $7.33, to close the gap formed on February, 23.
A bullish break-out of $13.11 will push price to re-test $15.24, however the price action may be slow and choppy.

UNI → Uniswap Breakout to $16.75! Next Target $30.00!?Uniswap broke out of its nearly two-year trading range and hit resistance at $16.75! Now that Bitcoin and the crypto market have taken a pause, what is Uniswap's next move?
How do we trade this? 🤔
We must be cautious with our long bias in the crypto market. Bitcoin is at its all-time high, and the crypto market is burning red hot to the upside; this is not an ideal time to long because we're near critical resistance on both Bitcoin and Uniswap. The best course of action is to wait for a pullback and a sign of another leg up. This is technically the first leg up on the weekly chart and we're a decent distance from the trading range. The RSI is also at 85.00, a significant distance from the Moving Average; this supports a pullback.
Wait for at least a 30% pullback toward the nearest minor support line from April 2022. If we get a strong bull bar in that area, there's a long trade to be had that's reasonable. Long near the $11.50 price point setting a stop loss just below the trading range resistance (now support-side) at $6.75. This allows you to take 1:1 Risk/Reward profits below the current resistance at $16.27 where once hit, you can move your stop loss up to the entry price to lock in profits. The second half of your position can be swung to $25.75, beyond the current resistance and just before the next one at $30.00. If the second half of the position doesn't pan out, you already locked in profits with the first half.
💡 Trade Idea 💡
Long Entry: $11.50
🟥 Stop Loss: $6.75
✅ Take Profit #1: $16.27
✅ Take Profit #2: $25.75
⚖️ Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:3
🔑 Key Takeaways 🔑
1. Confirmed breakout at a 130% increase in price.
2. No pullback on the weekly candle and near resistance, wait to long.
3. Look for support at 30% pullback to the $11.50 area, wait for strong bull candle.
4. Take profits at 1:1 Risk/Reward then move stop loss up to entry price.
5. RSI is high at 85.00 and a great distance from the Moving Average, supports a pullback.
💰 Trading Tip 💰
Ascending Wedges signal an increased probability of a bear breakout. Combined with three pushes up in a bull trend and strong sell bars (candles with large wicks on their tops), creates conditions where a counter-trend trade is reasonable.

UNI → Continuing in the Trading Range! Short Here? Or Long Soon?Uniswap has failed to break out of the 19th-month trading range between $4.00 and $7.30 on four occasions. Should we continue to look for a short entry?
How do we trade this? 🤔
My previous Uniswap analysis showed a couple of good short entries just before and just after the price attempted to break the trading range resistance. Since then the price has fallen to the 30EMA and stagnated. We're currently in a situation where the proper distance to a stop loss is just above the previous high above the trading range resistance. We're also sitting on the Weekly 30EMA support and are lacking a sell signal.
Until we have a re-test and failure of the trading range resistance with a strong sell signal, it's best to wait on the sidelines. Even then, we should remain cautious in what will likely become a strong crypto market bull run this year into next year, so I only advocate for a 1:1 Risk/Reward scalp.
💡 Trade Idea 💡
Short Entry: $6.85
🟥 Stop Loss: $8.55
✅ Take Profit: $5.150
⚖️ Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:1
🔑 Key Takeaways 🔑
1. UNI has yet to break out of the 18-month trading range.
2. Finding some support at Weekly 30EMA.
3. Wait for the price to get closer to trading range resistance.
4. Short scalp position is reasonable taking profit just below the Weekly 30EMA
5. RSI at 53.00, just below the Moving Average, supports pullback, then fall.
💰 Trading Tip 💰
Trading Ranges are two-legged traps for both bulls and bears. When the price rises toward the trading range resistance in two legs, the bulls expect more but don't get it and drive the price down when their trades are exited. The same goes for the bears in the opposite direction. The probability of profit is higher when longing the bottom of a trading range and shorting the top. In the case of this Uniswap chart, this trading range started after a long bear run, so it's reasonable to have a bear bias and short the trading range until its broken successfully.

UNISWAP → Failed to Break Out of Trading Range! Short Again!?Uniswap failed for the 4th time in 19 months to break out of the Trading Range between $4.00 and $7.30. Are we primed for yet another short?
How do we trade this? 🤔
If you followed my last Uniswap analysis, there was a great 1:2 Risk/Reward short opportunity on the Daily chart:
The initial chart failed to play out and was premature to the rip just above the trading range resistance at $7.30. The price soared to $8.25 then fell back into the range for another failed breakout. The trade from that failed breakout was a success!
Now that we're back in the range, we need to wait for another sell opportunity to enter our short position. Zooming into the Daily candles, we need the price to pull back toward the trading range high around $6.90 and have another strong bear candle present itself:
We also need to ensure that the RSI stays above 50.00 and ends up below the moving average, giving us proper support of the price action analysis to enter our short trade.
Until then, it's best to wait on the sidelines for that setup.
💡 Trade Idea 💡
Short Entry: $6.85
🟥 Stop Loss: $8.55
✅ Take Profit: $5.150
⚖️ Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:1
🔑 Key Takeaways 🔑
1. Failed to Break out of Trading Range
2. Strong Bull Bar Closing Near its Low
3. Found Some Support at 30EMA
4. RSI at 54.00 on Moving Average
5. Watch Bitcoins Price Movements at $46,000.

UNISWAP → Dropping to $4.80? Let's Maximize Your Profits!Uniswap has had two major sell signals followed by a drop below the Daily 30EMA. We're now staring at the 200EMA and the $4.83 support, should we short here?
How do we trade this? 🤔
It's reasonable to short in this area o the 4HR or Daily chart. Use a small position size since we're a ways into the fall from the high, set a stop loss above the 30EMA and go for a 1:2 Risk/Reward Ratio down to the $5.20 area.
The price action is currently playing out a kings crown pattern; a massive bull candle, rough head and shoulders top, and a a massive bear candle retesting the support the bull candle started on.
💡 Trade Ideas 💡
Short Entry: $5.80
🟥 Stop Loss: $6.10
✅ Take Profit: $5.20
⚖️ Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:2
🔑 Key Takeaways 🔑
1. Fell out of Bull Channel, Trend Reversed.
2. Fell below Daily 30EMA.
3. Gap to 200EMA and opening of Large Bull Bar.
4. RSI at 46.00 and below Moving Average, Bias to Short.
5. Watch for Bitcoin Trend Change at $46,000.
💰 Trading Tip 💰
The 30EMA and 200EMA ribbons are reliable support and resistance levels. They will often line up between timeframes.

UNISWAP → Bull Channel Continues! Price Target of $7.25?Uniswap is showing bull channel support and is indicating the price wants to continue upward toward the $7.25 range. Should we long here? Or is the previous channel resistance around $6.50 going to send us back to the depths?
How do we trade this? 🤔
It's reasonable to long now. We have a bull signal candle at channel support followed by an additional bull candle that's not as strong as we would like to see, but a bull candle nonetheless. It's reasonable to see if the current 4HR candle closes on or near its high before entering a long. Entering here and setting a protective stop below the channel support is ideal, take profit at 1:2 Risk Reward around $7.14 just before the Resistance Zone.
💡 Trade Idea 💡
Long Entry: $6.28
🟥 Stop Loss: $5.85
✅ Take Profit #1: $7.24
⚖️ Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:2
🔑 Key Takeaways 🔑
1. Bull Channel, Bias to Long!
2. Bull Channel Showing Support.
3. Gap to Resistance Zone (Previous High).
4. RSI at 60.00 and above Moving Average, Bias to Long.
5. Reasonable to Long Here for best Risk/Reward.

Uniswap → Down We Go! A Quick Scalp Opportunity Right Here.Uniswap has produced two strong sell signals and is setting its sights on the bottom of the bull channel and previous high of $5.62. We are still in a bull channel, so our bias should remain long. Should we Long or Short?
How do we trade this?
There is a quick scalp opportunity here. A scalp sacrifices Risk/Reward for Probability . In this case, we have several factors pointing to a pullback to channel support or the previous high at $5.62. Two pin bar bear signals, an RSI below the Moving Average, and Bitcoin failing to break Weekly Resistance.
Your position size should be proportional to your maximum loss amount for your account. Because the trade setup is a 1:1 Risk/Reward Ratio, size your position smaller than it would be if the Risk Reward were 1:2. You want to be able to run this trade 100 times and come out with a profit. If the probability of this trade is over 50% and you risk as much as your potential reward, the result is a positive dollar amount, making this a reasonable trade.
Trade Idea
Short Entry: $6.15
Stop Loss: $6.61
Take Profit: $5.69
Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:1
Key Takeaways
1. Strong bounce back into the Bull Channel.
2. Strong Sell Signal at Bull Channel Resistance.
3. Second Sell Signal at last Bar.
4. RSI near 50.00 and below Moving Average.
5. Short to $5.70.

Uniswap Bull Spike! Are we going back down to $5.70?Uniswap took off like a rocket after making contact with the 200EMA, going from $4.85 to $6.30, a nice 30% rip! We're now approaching the bull channel resistance, will we keep going up? Or will we see a rejection and fall back down to the previous support?
How do we trade this?
This isn't a reasonable to long or short this timeframe. The gap between the 200EMA and the bull channel resistance has been closed and if we're going to short, we need a sell signal bar and confirmation bar before we enter. RSI is near 80.00, a weak indicator by itself, but supports the other points of this analysis.
If the price breaks above the bull channel resistance and shows support, then it may be reasonable to long.
Key Points
1. Strong bounce back into the Bull Channel.
2. Price near Bull Channel Resistance.
3. Wait for a sell signal at Bull Channel Resistance.
4. RSI near 80.00, More Down than Up.
5. If shorting, reasonable take profit at $5.70

$UNI Uniswap's Falling Wedge... Break out?BME:UNI Uniswap's price action has been dwindling in a falling wedge...
Current price: $4.5
Only Two things can happen:
Uniswap can remain in the falling wedge and retest support around $3.2 or
BME:UNI Price action can break out of falling wedge to seek resistances: 5.9, 7.5, 9.8, 12.2
Uniswap at Resistance! Is a Drop to $5 Inevitable?Uniswap is up against the previous channel resistance around $5.50 after falling back down to $4.85. The last attempt to break $5.50 ended in a triple top, this may be a last attempt and with a failure, could lead to another pullback to the bottom of the trend. Bitcoin is currently at risk of a pullback as shown in my 4HR and Weekly analysis. Being a leading indicator, it is another data point in our trade decisions.
How do we trade this?
A short is risky without a sell signal, and a long is risky because we're at resistance. We're also in a bull trend so the probability of profit is less when shorting. Better to wait for more price action before entering a trade.
Key Points
1. Bull Channel, our Mode of operation should be "Always in Long"
2. The price is currently at a Previous Resistance Level
3. Bitcoin as a leading indicator, is at resistance
4. A Pullback to $5 is likely
5. Wait for more price action

Could UNI reach 11? I know its pretty optimistic setup, but technical picture looks pretty good and UNI haven't made any major bull trend since January 2022.
These are the few signs that telling me to go up.
1. RSI made Divergence already in 1W TF.
2. Checked 4.046 area twice and able to close candle above in 1W, 1M TF.
3. Now its checking 4.046 area third time.
4. Can not close the candle below red line in 1W and 1M TF.
Uniswap: You’ve still got work to do…! ☝️Uniswap is chilling in a sidewards movement, although it still has got work to do! So far, the altcoin seems hesitant to reach for our red target zone between $3.99 and $0.88, moving closer only gradually. However, our crypto-friend should take heart soon! We expect it to dive into the red zone pluckily to complete wave b in red. This done, Uniswap should turn upwards and head for its next destination: the northern turquoise zone between $13.03 and $16.03, where wave 4 in turquoise should end.
#Uniswap in a Bear Flag, UNI May Lose $5Past Performance of Uniswap
Uniswap is within a broader, multi-month consolidation. Following recent losses, UNI remains under pressure but continues to trend above the all-important support of around $5. Clear from the daily chart, the trend is shaped by the Bull Run from June to August 2022. However, since buyers are unconfirmed, this has given way for sellers to take charge.
#Uniswap Technical Analysis
UNI has support at around HKEX:5 , flashing with March 2023 lows. The local resistance is at $5.7. The immediate trend is bearish, and the recent recovery resulted in a bear flag in a trend shaped by the slip from April 19. Traders can look to ride the trend, shorting on every recovery below $5.7, expecting more losses below last week's lows at HKEX:5 towards $4.7. This forecast will be null once UNI expands above $5.7, preferably with growing volumes.
What to Expect from #UNI?
UNI is down 30% from 2023 highs and remains within a broader consolidation. Critical support is at $5. If this level is lost, the token may drop to June 2022 lows in the long term in a bear trend continuation formation.
Resistance level to watch out for: $5.7
Support level to watch out for: HKEX:5

#Uniswap Weak But Bulls Soaking In Selling PressurePast Performance of Uniswap
There are lower lows in the daily chart. However, what's evident is that buyers have the upper hand, rebuffing attempts to push UNI lower. As it is, the immediate support is at $5.3, flashing with March 12 lows. In the days ahead, it will be critical to observe how prices will react at the top of the current consolidation at around $6.
#Uniswap Technical Analysis
UNI prices are down 21% from February peaks but remain bullish from a top-down preview. Even so, buy trend resumption will highly depend on how bulls will flow back and build from yesterday's gains. Already, the March 28 bar is bullish though trading volumes are comparatively low. Ideally, a high volume break above $6 may be the base for the next leg-up that may see UNI race to March 2023 highs at $6.6. If bears flow back, any dip below $5.3 with equally high volumes would confirm sellers of late February. In that case, UNI may drop to $5, retesting critical support levels of H2 2022 and Q1 2023.
What to Expect From #UNI?
The token is technically bullish but tethered to $5, a psychological support level. If there are gains above $6 as confirmation of March 12 gains, UNI may surge in a resumption of the December to February trend.
Resistance level to watch out for: $6.6
Support level to watch out for: $5.3

Uniswap: Shake a Leg! 🦵Uniswap should shake a leg now and start moving upwards. The altcoin should push further off the lower edge of our pink trend channel, where it has recently finished wave d in magenta, and soon make it above the resistance line at $9.82. There, our crypto-friend should climb into the turquoise zone between $13.03 and $16.03 to complete wave e in magenta as well as wave 4 in turquoise. Afterward, we expect Uniswap to head southwards again. The altcoin should return below $9.82 and continue the descent until the support at $3.33. Shortly before this mark, it should stop, though, to conclude wave 2 in green. However, there is a 33% chance that Uniswap could slip below $3.33. In that case, the altcoin would develop wave alt.2 in green earlier (and lower).
#Uniswap in a Bull Flag, Down 10% with Resistance at $6.5Past Performance of Uniswap
On March 15, UNI prices fell 10%, swinging back to bearish territory and reversing gains of early this week. The downtrend remains, and the token is within a bull flag with support at around $5.5, flashing with last week's lows.
#Uniswap Technical Analysis
The uptrend is valid at spot rates. However, for buyers to stem recent losses, they must break above the descending channel and surge above $6.5, ideally with increasing volumes. Before then, confirmation of yesterday's losses may see Uniswap prices drop to $5.5, an opportunity for sellers to double down. Further dips below this reaction line flashing with the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level of the November to February trade range may see UNI slip to November lows at around $5.
What to Expect from #UNI?
Buyers are upbeat, but sellers are adamant, reading from the recent UNI arrangement. As it is, traders remain optimistic, but whether this will pass depends on if bulls will flow back. Comprehensive gains above the descending channel of this bull flag will cement the December to February uptrend.
Resistance level to watch out for: $6.5
Support level to watch out for: $5.5
