Trading Reflection: Embracing Low-Risk, Low-Stress TradingWould you risk $266.38 for a potential return of $757.23?
That's the kind of trade setup I'm focusing on these days.
My Trading Philosophy
Over my 19 years of trading experience, I've encountered many "trading gurus" who claim that achieving a profit factor of 2 is impossible—that it's merely a textbook scenario and unrealistic. I chose to keep my thoughts to myself, but their perspective revealed a lot about their trading approach:
1. Constant Break-Evens and Overtrading: Chasing big wins often leads to overtrading and settling for break-even results, reminiscing about those rare "good feelings" when trades went their way.
2. High-Stress Environment: They operate under constant stress, obsessing over being "right," frequently intervening in trades, and deviating from their trade plans—all justified by their years in the industry.
Finding What Works for You
There are countless ways to trade, and results will vary depending on your strategy. Personally, I prefer a method that allows me to:
- Spend Just 15 Minutes a Day: I review my trading pairs, set alerts, and let the market notify me when it's time to act.
- Use Candlestick Confirmations: I decide whether to engage in a trade based on candlestick patterns at my predetermined entry points.
This approach ensures my profit factor for the final target is always at least 2—often even higher.
Mathematically, I can be profitable with only a 40% accuracy rate.
This allows me to seek trades with high returns and live my life freely for the rest of the day.
Current Trade Idea: Bearish Crab Pattern
I'm eyeing a Bearish Crab Pattern on the 15-minute chart. It might not be picture-perfect, but it offers a profit factor of 2, and I have RSI divergence supporting my idea.
Trade Management
- Once the market touches 164.02 or breaks and closes below 164.21 , I'll shift my stop to the entry price to attain a risk-free trade.
- Remember to include our stop-loss buffer when setting your stops.
Final Thoughts
Trading doesn't have to be high-risk or high-stress. It's about choosing a strategy that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
Whether you prefer a fast-paced environment or a more relaxed approach, the choice is yours.

Upsizetrade
AUDUSD M15, Intraday TradeI just shorted AUDCAD, Bearish 5-0 Pattern on the 1-hourly chart, and now AUDUSD on this Bearish Gartley Pattern.
It seems like the Australian dollar may have a bearish movement for the next couple of hours.
If you have been following, you should know I don't usually trade on the M15 chart, but this one has an upsize trade component.
What is an upsize trade?
An upsize trade is a trading setup that allows me to stretch my final target to the next pattern completion. It's a Trade Management skill that I've used for years.
Before using it, You must be very familiar with the product and strategy.

GBPUSD Update: Potential Bearish Flag Trading Setup IdentifiedTrade Setup:
- Entry: Sell at retest of trendline
- Target: Extended towards Bullish Butterfly Pattern completion zone
- Trade Management: Utilizing upsize trade strategy
Analysis:
While many analysts see consolidation, I've identified a potential Bearish Flag trading setup on GBPUSD. The series of lower highs on the 4-hourly chart indicates a possible continuation of the bearish trend. I'm waiting for a retest on the trendline to execute a short position on GBPUSD. Using my trade management system, I plan to implement an upsize trade strategy to extend the target towards the completion zone of the Bullish Butterfly Pattern.
Trade Management:
- Upsize Trades: Leveraging trade management system for increased position size.
- Entry: Selling at the retest of the trendline.
- Targets: Extending targets towards the completion zone of the Bullish Butterfly Pattern.
Risk Management:
- Prioritize risk management to safeguard capital.
- Adjust position sizes according to risk tolerance and trading strategy.

EURUSD Update: Shorting Opportunity IdentifiedTrade Setup:
- Entry: Sell at 1.0797 (Retest Level)
- Target: Extended towards potential Bullish Harmonic Patterns setup
- Risk Management: Implementing trade management system for upsized trades
Analysis:
While many analysts are focused on the potential Bullish Butterfly Pattern and ABCD Pattern on the 4-hourly chart, my attention is on a shorting opportunity using a trade management system. I'm looking to short EURUSD upon another retest at 1.0797, aiming to extend my targets towards potential Bullish Harmonic Patterns setup.
Trade Management:
- Upsized Trades: Stretching Final Target to next pattern completion.
- Entry: Selling at the retest level of 1.0797.
- Targets: Extending targets beyond traditional levels towards potential Harmonic Patterns setup.
Risk Management:
- Always prioritize risk management to protect capital.

GBPJPY Trading Plan: Bullish Inverse Head and Shoulders PatternIn our GBPJPY analysis, we are observing a potential short-term buying opportunity on the 1-hourly chart. Here are the details:
1. Setup: Bullish Inverse Head and Shoulders Pattern
2. Timeframe: 1-Hourly Chart
3. Key Levels:
- Entry Point: Trendline retest (Blue)
- Caution: A close below the right shoulder would invalidate the setup.
This setup presents a unique aspect with its slanted neckline. While the longer-term bias may be towards shorting GBPJPY, the short-term focus is on a potential buying opportunity.
Feel free to share your insights, and let's navigate this market together.
Potential Short Opportunity on Bearish PatternsDespite GBPUSD demonstrating a Weaker Bull Trading setup, my analysis suggests a more bullish outlook compared to EURUSD.
However, I'm currently eyeing a shorting opportunity on a lower timeframe. The emergence of a Bearish Gartley Pattern retesting at 1.2752 or a completion of a Bearish Bat Pattern around 1.2803 appears promising for a potential short position.

Capitalizing on the Bearish Trend
The entirety of the NZDUSD landscape is signalling a potential shorting opportunity.
Technical Insights:
The volatility trendline, once a counter-trend reference, has been breached and closed below. Now, we await a retest of this trendline as an entry point for a shorting opportunity.
Extended Target:
For those inclined, extending the target to the completion of the Bullish Bat Pattern on the Weekly Chart at 0.5626 could be a strategic move.
Always employ your own risk management strategies and validate with your analysis. What's your perspective on NZDUSD? Share your thoughts below.
Navigating the Bullish TrendBased on the Weekly Chart, GBPUSD is on a Bullish Trend, but that doesn't mean we can't look for a shorting opportunity. I've been eyeing the Upsize Trade, which is perfect if you love to extend targets.
Recently, the Bearish Bat Pattern has been confirmed on the 1-hourly chart. I'm waiting for the market retest back to 1.2245 for a shorting opportunity. If things go well, I might stretch my final target to the Bullish Shark Pattern completion on the Daily Chart at 1.1937.

Aggressive Approach on USDCAD!Get ready for some action! The USDCAD trade is heating up, and here's why you should be excited! 💪
On the Weekly Chart, a key support level has been broken, signaling a potential trend reversal. 📉🚫 This opens up an aggressive shorting opportunity for traders who thrive on bold moves! 📉💥
The Bearish Shark Pattern has formed at 1.3587, and all signs point to a potential bearish trend continuation. 🦇📉 But remember, aggressive trading requires careful risk management! 🛡️💼
Should the market retraces to 1.3175 before the Bearish Shark, I will long USDCAD with the help of Bullish Shark Pattern and I might be using a trade management known as the Upsize Trade.
Stay tuned as we dive deeper into this aggressive approach, and remember, trading is all about seizing opportunities! 📈✨
The Art of TradingOn the right, the Bearish Crab Pattern on the daily chart is going to form at 105.29. Like you, I did have the impulse to buy it up and short it down, but that couldn't be the way. At the minimum, the strategy has to be tested.
If you have that thought, you could wait for buying opportunity on the lower timeframe.
I'm waiting for the retest of the trendline on the 1-hourly chart to long.
I want an Upsize pleaseAn Upsize Trade is the name of 1 of my trade management.
On the 4-hourly chart(left) is a complete ABCD pattern. I'm waiting for a retest at 158.98 for a buying opportunity.
When the retest happens, I'll be stretching my final target to the Bearish Bat and Bearish ABCD Pattern which completes at 168.11.
This is a high-risk approach and it could harm your account if you do not know how to execute it the right way.
Earning both waysTo be successful in trading, you can be a Casanova.
This means you need not be loyal to your trade. You can buy GBPUSD during breakfast and sell it by lunch.
That will be my trade plan for this week.
GBPUSD on the 1-hourly chart(left). I'm waiting to buy on the blue line(1.2202) and short on the right line(1.2277).
On the blue line, I'm waiting for the retest that will almost guarantee an RSI Divergence, and on the red line, it coincides with the 4-hourly chart(right) of a potential Head and Shoulders formation.
I told you so...This is 1 crazy trade that we did on 22 Feb 23 (links within the TradingView Post). If you have been following us for years, you would agree that my interest in sharing LIVE analysis than to show how much I had earned in a trade.
That is because I do not find how that could benefit you.
With that said, the purpose of my sharing my analysis as it is; is to show you the thought process of how traders react at every turn.
Currently, we are 40pips away from our target of 0.6688(+219pips), which gives us a profit factor of 8.11. That means for every $1 we risk, my potential profit is $8.11.
That means even with a 20% accuracy rate by setting every loss at -50pips, my net profits in pips is 411pips.
This significantly reduces the level of stress when we trade and give us more time to do the things we love to do.
In an unlikely scenario that the market retests back to 0.6786 would allow traders to consider if they would hop on the latest trade with their first target points to the recent low on the 1-hourly chart. In this example, that would be 0.6721, giving the First Target a 65pips profit potential.
I would recommend having good risk management and planning your own trade, and not following the trade blindly.
An upsize trade coming upA Potential Bearish Bat Pattern is looking to complete at 0.9314. This allows me to trigger my upsize trades and gives me an opportunity to stretch my final target to the completion of the Bullish Shark Pattern on the daily chart.
In order for that to happen, a series of confirmation need to be in place, 1 of which require a violation of the Buy Zone/ Demand Zone(blue box).
A Big Fat Trading IdeaBased on the Daily Chart Analysis, GBPUSD is on a Bullish Trend. On the current timeframe, I'm waiting for a Buying Opportunity of the Bullish Bat Pattern trading setup, and the potential entry price I'm looking at is 1.1988.
This has great potential for me to upsize my target level if you know where to look.
Very interesting setup on USDCADThis is a very unique situation, where both Weekly and Daily Chart's Point X points to the same potential Bullish Deep Gartley Pattern at X and the 4-Hourly and 1-hourly chart had the same Point X for the Bearish Shark Pattern setup. I'm waiting to engage the Shark Pattern 🦈 and the potential completion point is at 1.3447. Candlestick Pattern confirmation is required.
When it happens, I will be using trading management to "upsize" the trade.
GBPUSD - High Risk TradeWell, this is not your typical high risk trade, but this is the cliche setup that I'll shout, "High Risk, High Return!"
Let me explain why this trading setup is High Risk.
The candlestick did went beyond the PRZ, in layman term the price confirmation zone mark as red rectangle. It touches Point X but didn't violate it(close above X).
The chances of this trade get stopped out is high but the stop-loss that is base on the usual stop-loss level is much lower and this is a potential combo trade aka upsize trade. Which means more than 2 as my profit factor for this trade is 💯 true for my final target
OMG! Did I miss a trade?OMG! I was doing a qualifying call, and I might have missed the trade! And this is why I don't usually trade off the 15-minutes chart.
From my experience, this trade is gone, but a retest on 128.98 happens; it is a great second-chance entry.
