The pair is overbought because the price is close to the upper band of the BB indicator. So we are looking to sell the pair with the upper BB line acting as resistance. The next target is 32652 area.

The news in specifics is the US NY Empire State Manufacturing Index which came in far worse than expected at -32.90 when forecast was -8.70. I think a descending triangle is forming and a good sell area would be between 33095.9 and 33214. Price may break support and aim to clear liquidity labelled "$$$" and test the one hour order block at 32683 level.
