USDT DOMINANCE: STILL MORE TO DROP.Hello traders, Here's a quick update on USDT Dominance in 4 hours timeframe. The USDT.D dropped as expected. The dominance has been continuously getting rejected from the resistance trendline and then finally after the weekly close, it dropped making a long red candle. According to the T.A, the dominance can still drop up to the 5.7% level which could be a good area for BTC to reach the $32.2k resistance level. What's your thought on this? Do let me know. Bitcoin To Continue Higher as Tether Dominance Goes LowerWe continue seeing bearish signals on the Tether Dominance Index (USDT.D) chart. Yesterday we looked at the long-term chart and the RSI (weekly), the signals were clear there. Looking at it closer today, our view remains the same. - We can see prices moving below EMA10 on a full bearish candle. - The RSI is trending down strong. These signals are pointing lower. Tether Dominance Overbought | Long-Term RSI AnalysisHere we have a pretty clear as well as strong signal coming out of the weekly RSI for the Tether Dominance Index (USDT.D) chart. Each time the RSI went to overbought, or just got close to it, Tether Dominance would enter a correction phase. We have now USDT.D overbought which can signal that it is about to move lower based on past history. USDT DOMINANCE: IS IT TIME FOR THE DOMINANCE TO FALL???Hey there members. Welcome to this important update on USDT Dominance in 3 days timeframe. This update is going to be a crucial one as it will decide whether the market will make a bullish move or whether it will break down further. So, let us analyze this chart. Ever since the September 2020 rejection of USDT.D, the dominance has been maintaining the support and resistance trendline in a very healthy manner. Back in September 2020 when the USDT.D got rejected, it dumped from 4.89% to 1.91% which was around a 60.6% drop. The 2nd rejection was on June 2021 when the dominance reached 5.5% making a new ATH. It dropped from 5.5% all the way to 2.45% and it was around a 55% drop. Coming to the current scenario, the USDT.D has made a new ATH at 7.27% and after reaching this level, we can clearly see a rejection taking place. But, will this rejection be strong enough to drop the price all the way down to the 3% level? Or whether the USDT.D will rally higher than its ATH? The answer lies within the chart. From my analysis, the USDT.D has strong support at 5.9% and another support at 5.2%. If the USDT.D breaks down below these two support levels then we can expect the dominance to drop down towards the 3% level. I will update more on this in the coming days. USDT DOMINANCE: A RALLY TOWARDS A NEW ALL TIME HIGH???Once again welcome traders, to today's USDT Dominance update. The USDT Dominance is moving as analyzed in my previous update. BTC and other altcoins dropped to the support zone and some went down below the support level. I personally had my entries in ETH, RUNE, and BTC and I am still holding it with close SL cause all my long positions are on spot. The USDT.D has its resistance at 6.5%, 6.6%, and then 7.1%. If the USDT.D breaks the 6.6% resistance then 7.1% could be the last hope for the dominance to get rejected making a double top in a longer timeframe. USDT DOMINANCE UPDATE.Hello traders, welcome to this update on USDT.D. This is the chart that is not allowing me to trade. This is making me skeptical to enter into any trade apart from my spot holdings. The USDT.D clearly broke out, did the retest, and bounced back. Looks like it can rally higher up to 6.48% to 6.8%. I am not entering into any leveraged trading as per the current scenario but I will surely post some possible altcoins which can rally higher if the market is in the bull's favor. USDT DOMINANCE: SHOULD WE BE WORRIED???Hey guys, welcome to this USDT.D update in 6 hours timeframe. If you are viewing my post for the first time then do not forget to like and follow. I share updates on the crypto market including margin trading, futures, spot, and scalping. All ideas are my biased opinion and I invest at my own risk. I don't force anyone to buy or sell, I simply share my ideas absolutely for free and it is your sole decision whether to trade on them or use them to understand the market. The USDT.D is still above the 5.5% resistance trendline in a longer TF which is now technically acting as support for the dominance. If you view the same chart in a longer TF then you'll notice that the USDT.D has actually retested and getting ready to bounce back. In this 6-hour TF, the dominance is breaking out of the triangle which looks like a descending triangle to me. Usually, the descending triangle is a bearish pattern but in some cases, it could be bullish too and we call it a 'Reversal Pattern'. If the dominance has to bounce then it may reach all the way to 6.5% to 7.2%. This means that BTC and other altcoins will drop. A breakdown on the other hand could drop the dominance up to 5.5%. We still have roughly 4 hours for the candle to close so let's see what will happen next. Until then, trade safely.
