USOIL - Bearish Counter-Trend Line Break - Time to ShortWith the recent strengthening of the USD for various fundamental reasons that we discuss in depth with our clients, we have seen a sharp decline in the price of oil (not necessarily a sell-off - don't confuse the two!).
We expect the USD strength to continue into next week and so we are looking to short USOIL after this bearish corrective structure has now broken to the downside. Enter on a pullback into lower time frame structure/Fibonacci levels.

USOIL is good to buy USOIL is currently in buy region after making a successful pullback, we can look to buy within the red zone marked on the chart, a break below 54.39 invalidate this analysis...
US OIL Broke Down-Trend, New Floor & New Roof. (DAILY) Us Oil has broken my Daily downtrend I had marked up, A slight rejection occurred before the breakout so it is time to re-graph.
My highlighted zones are the ones I feel that have to be met and seeing some rejections of any sort before placing my trades.
USOIL SHORT IDEA from 8/7/2019 to 12/7/2019Currently, on the 1 hour chart, USOIL is near its resistance at 57.77, which could be a potential drop down to our S1.
If you are aggressive, you can take a sell from there.
However, the price could break the R1 and will pivot to go down when it reaches 59.5.
This is my idea on USOIL, please note that the decision is yours.

Anyway enough about my marriage issues and lets take a look at oil... After a couple of days of bearish movement from market open this week price finally went into some consolidation today finding support at 56.00 area where the bulls took over pushing price higher.
Now the next area of interest and possible resistance would be where price meets our trend line, a bounce off this level will produce more bearish movement whereas a break of this level could see price push much higher.
So this is not a signal but something to keep your eye on and action your own trade.
Anyway im off round the wife's mothers now, apparently theirs something wrong with her boiler... i will keep you updated.
USOIL IdeaIf we look 4H we can see clearly that the buyers are slowly dying, if we look daily we can see that that trendline is holding pretty well, sell Oil thank me later !
Target 56.0
USOIL found a good support at 61.8USOIL found a good support at 61.8 fibonacci level. I'm expecting a uptrend target next structure.

We are expecting some bullish movement this week from oil as we have bounced off this level and we are looking at bearish movement from USD CAD because you all know that USD CAD have a reverse correlation with oil rite ;p
This trade has been a long time coming and I have been sitting patiently waiting for price to hit this level ( not literally.. I do have a life haha )
