How We Use The Forecast Model PatternsThe current position of all patterns (with the exception of the Cumulus Triangles) are not set in stone. The patterns can extend across many different price and time ranges at any given point in time. The current positions are default locations determined by analyzing the historical average position were each pattern occurred across all cycles. We currently have every pattern in this default position to help us gauge where the Bitcoin price most likely will be in the future, and to compare historical price behavior to the current situation.

4 Classic Bullish Patterns EVERY TRADER Must Know
In the today's post, we will discuss accurate bullish price action patterns that you can apply for trading any financial instrument.
1️⃣Bullish Flag Pattern
Such a pattern appears in a bullish trend after a completion of the bullish impulse. The flag represents a falling parallel channel. The market corrects itself within.
Bullish breakout of the resistance line of the channel is a strong bullish signal that can be applied for buying the market.
Best entries should be placed immediately after a breakout or on a retest.
Safest stop loss is below the lows of the flag.
Target - the next key resistance.
Here is the example of a bullish flag pattern that was formed on Gold on a 1H time frame. As you can see, after the breakout of the resistance of the flag, a strong bullish rally initiated.
2️⃣Ascending Triangle
Such a pattern forms in a bullish trend on the top of the bullish impulse. The market starts consolidation, respecting the same highs and setting higher lows simultaneously.
The equal highs compose a horizontal resistance that is called the neckline.
Its breakout is an important sign of strength of the buyers.
Buy the market aggressively after a violation, or set a buy limit order on a retest.
Stop loss should lie at least below the last higher low within a triangle.
Target - the next strong resistance.
Take a look at that ascending triangle formation on EURUSD.
Bullish breakout of its neckline was a perfect bullish signal.
3️⃣Falling Wedge
That formation is very similar to a bullish flag pattern.
The only difference is that the price action within the wedge is contracting so that the trend line of the wedge are getting closer to each other with time.
Your signal to buy is a bullish breakout of the resistance of the wedge.
Stop loss is strictly below its lows.
Target - the next key resistance.
GBPUSD formed a falling wedge on a 4H time frame, trading in a strong bullish trend.
You can behold how nicely the price bounced after a breakout of its upper boundary.
4️⃣Horizontal Range
Similarly to the ascending triangle, the horizontal range forms at the top of a bullish impulse in a bullish trend.
The price starts consolidation, then, setting equal highs and equal lows that compose a horizontal channel.
Breakout of the resistance of the range is a strong trend-following signal.
Buy the market aggressively after a breakout or conservatively on a retest.
Stop loss will lie below the lows of the range.
Target - the next strong resistance.
Dollar Index formed a horizontal range, trading in a strong bullish trend.
Breakout of the resistance of the range triggered a bullish rally.
The best part about these patterns is that they can be applied on any time frame. Whether you are a scalper, day trader or swing trader, you can rely on these formations and make consistent profits.
Bitcoin with a Breakout/ReTest Remains BullishTraders,
Two posts ago, I showed this bullish triangle. I expected one more drop down inside the triangle and I stated the price support would range between 28,300 and 28,800. We got our drop and we got our support. I remained bullish.
One post ago, I anticipated a breakout to the upside due to patterns remaining bullish. We got our breakout to the upside.
But now where are we at? Well, IMO and according to the charts, we are still positioned biased to the upside. Due to the credit rating downgrade in the U.S., markets are pulling back. Our only question is whether they will now turn bearish? Or, will they remain irrational and bullish. My bet is on the latter but we shall soon find out.
Bitcoin is pulling back with the markets to test the topside of previous resistance as support. If it holds, we'll continue up. If support fails and we drop below 28,500 ish, I will have to reassess the chart.
For now, this classic retest remains yet another bullish signal.
Best,
Stew
Correction to Last Vid ...June 4th NOT June 23rdTraders,
I made a critical data error in my last video in stating that the level we were looking to beat to become more optimistic was June 23rd. That is NOT correct. The date we are looking to beat is June 4th, the day before the SEC lawsuit again Coinbase and Binance was announced. So, you want to draw a horizontal line from that body high on that date as demonstrated in this correction video here. My apologies traders.

V-BOTTOMTrading V-Patterns
The recognition of patterns and its body of knowledge of how to react and what to expect helps a trader's success.
Traders are always analysing 'Trends' and 'Reversals.' Their eternal question for traders is 'Can the trend continues?'. Knowing trends and trend reversals are critical for any trader’s success.
Chart patterns classification of 'Continuous' or 'Reversal' patterns helps
traders to identify specific patterns and expect their outcome from current price action.
Traders move prices between key support and resistance areas (a tug of war) as their perception shifts between optimism and pessimism. This movement of price adhering to key support and resistance areas create chart patterns.
Reversal patterns exhibit a total shift of trends from bullish to bearish or bearish to bullish in a single pattern structure.
Examples of the reversal patterns are 'Head and Shoulders, Double Tops and Bottoms.
A knowledge of reversal patterns helps traders to estimate the 'end of trends' to execute trades in a timely fashion for maximum gains. This knowledge also helps traders to time the trades in the opposite direction and to place smaller stop levels.
Here I discuss one of the key reversal patterns ('V Chart Pattern') and present examples of how to trade them.
Please note, all V patterns are classified as a bullish 'V-Bottom' and complimentary
bearish patterns ('V-Top').
V Patterns As the name implies, the 'V' chart patterns have the letter 'V' shape and prices shift their momentum from an aggressive sell-off (Bearish) to aggressive rally (Bullish) in its structure.
The 'V' pattern consists of rapid price action and may not be suited for all
casual investors.
The 'V' patterns are formed when its trend is sharply switched from bearish to
bullish (in case of V-Bottom) or bullish (or sideways) to bearish (in case of V-Top patterns).
Trading V-Patterns.
EURUSD Chart it’s a mirror example of how a V-bottom structure looks like.

Mastering Engulfing Candle Trading
📚Engulfing candles are an essential feature of technical analysis in forex trading. An engulfing pattern happens when a larger candle engulfs the entire body of the previous candle, signaling a potential reversal of the current trend. Engulfing candles, which can be either bullish or bearish, are trusted by many traders for their reliability in predicting future price movements. However, to become an expert in engulfing candle trading, one needs to learn how to identify the best ones and leverage their body size effectively. In this article, we will look at the crucial steps to master this trading strategy.
🔎Identifying the Best Engulfing Candles
One of the key aspects of trading using engulfing candles is knowing how to spot the strongest signals. The best engulfing candles should be resistant to the noise and inconsistent movements that can often occur in the forex market. The first step towards identifying the best engulfing candles is to focus on the size of the preceding candles. Candles with small bodies and long wicks produce too much noise and can lead to false signals. Instead, seek engulfing candles that develop after a significant price move, ideally with a larger body and shorter wick. Higher timeframe charts - like the 4-hour and daily - offer better accuracy in identifying reliable engulfing patterns.
💪Leveraging Body Size for More Efficient Trading
The size of an engulfing candle’s body plays a crucial role in determining the strength of a trend. A larger body indicates more significant price movement and more active participation from traders. The size of the engulfing candle can also help ascertain the potential strength of the new trend. Bigger body sizes usually signal a stronger trend, whereas smaller bodies usually represent a more moderate price move. Traders can leverage body size to adjust their trading strategy – for instance, employing wider stop losses for more significant movements or using tighter take profit targets for moderate trends.
I have collected couple of good engulfing candles that we were trading with our team.
Take a closer look at their body sizes and the previous candles.
Such candles alone can provide fantastics trading opportunities.
🔔Conclusion
Engulfing candles are an essential tool in forex trading, and their size can significantly help traders identify the best entry signals. Traders who master engulfing candle trading can develop a more accurate technical analysis strategy that yields high returns. By continually analyzing candlestick patterns and using other technical analysis tools, traders can build robust investment strategies that enable them to become profitable forex traders.

XAUUSD: 1915 supports long, 1937 shortThe first plan: BUY1915~1910
Second plan: SELL1937
What happened over the weekend in Russia's domestic affairs is over and the impact on gold has passed.
We can see that it opened higher today, but the range is not very large. From the perspective of space, the upward rebound is not strong enough. But speaking of technical aspects, there are indeed many bullish signals in four hours, but the strength is not enough, but the market is bullish. Heavy volume, but the gold price has not made a new breakthrough. Instead, it has chosen to fluctuate downward and fluctuate back and forth. It is inappropriate for me to go long above 1920, and it is naturally inappropriate to chase short.
1920 will become the point of long-short competition, and we will follow the trend to enter after one side wins.
The best solution for us is to wait for it to fall back around 1915-1910 and do long, and set 6-7U SL according to our own different price points.
The upper pressure level is at 1937, if you are given the opportunity, you can directly go short.
XAUUSD: Today's downtrend remains unchanged and continues to breThe 1-hour chart is subject to the suppression of the moving average system, and still maintains a good downward trend. In terms of operation, it is recommended to be bearish rather than chasing short, wait patiently for the rebound to short the band, short-term rebound 1924~1920, stop loss 1930, target 1908-1892.
Gold fell 1% yesterday to hit a three-month low after Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell testified before Congress. The prospect of more rate hikes from the U.S. central bank overwhelmed any support for gold from signs of weakness in the U.S. labor market. To be honest, the recent market is really difficult to operate. Last night’s review found that the U.S. dollar index and gold basically fell at the same time this month. This situation has happened before, but it cannot last for a long time. It depends on when the stalemate is broken.
From a technical point of view, gold continued to fall the next day, and the daily line closed with a big negative line with upper and lower shadow lines, and the overall trend is still in the downward trend since the new high.
XAUUSD: Pay attention to short selling near 1940~1936If you pull back strongly, pay attention to yesterday's high around 1940, and if you pull back weakly, you can go short in the 1936 area, so don't buy bottoms in advance
Short is the general direction at present, don't go against the trend or the market will naturally take care of you, follow the trend!

Trading A "WV" Pattern - Trade Setup ExampleHello Traders, here is an example of how to trade a "WV" pattern which given the right conditions is a high probability trade setup.
I'll let the chart speak for itself, however here are some key notes.
A "WV" pattern by itself is a strong pattern, however its best to find setups which combine multiple factors.
In the example above you have 2 strong factors:
1) "WV" pattern (Retrace to Trendline)
2) Retrace to the 200 MA
Either one of those by themselves would not give you a strong enough setup to enter, however when you combine both the trendline retrace and the 200ma you have a very strong setup.
You can see how price reacted in a very strong manner and had a significant bounce, this is testament to how strong a setup can be when factors are combined.
Thanks everyone and best of luck trading!
❗️USE STOP LOSS AND BECOME A BETTER TRADER❗️
🟩STOP LOSS IS:A stop-loss order is an order that automatically closes a losing position once the price hits the pre-specified level.
We usually calculate SL in pips, but there can be many ways to set it. It can be time based, percentage based or volatility based. For some investors SL is some piece of critical news, which alters their perception of the value of the asset. Regular stop losses can be many and varied too, for example trailing stop. Also, we sometimes move SL to entry after the half close to protect the gains and make our position risk free. However, all situations I listed above have one thing in common and it is the fact that the SL was used!
🟥Honestly, I am amused by the massive number of people who send me screenshots of their MT4 with several open trades on the same pair all of them without SL and with 90% of account lost. And they ask me what should they do? A great illustration of what is would take to recover from such a loss, is on the drawing above. With the 90% loss, you have only one tenth of the original account left. That means you need to make ten times more money than you have left just to recover your losses. 999% gain needs to be made just to have your old account back. It took you a day to blow it, and might take months to recover the losses. This is the brutality of the trading. The market is unforgiving and will punish you if you treat is without respect. If you are careless or if you make mistakes. The market always comes back to collect, waiting for the moment you drop your guard and relax for a second.
Please always use Stop Loss, because, as it happens, it stops you from losing too much!
I Hope you guys learned something new today✅
Wish you all Best Of Luck👍

ALGO the Star 🌟: a Fresh Look pointing at +80% Shwatup doe! Hope you are healthy wealthy and blessed <3
It is a wild and beautiful day in the world of crypto, I hope all of you are experiencing it in joy!
Now here we are looking at ALGO on the daily time frame, zoomed way out so BIG PICTURE ya; and what do we see?!
⭐️
I have been simply drawing trend lines on this chart throughout the past month or so and hadn’t noticed this star pattern forming, that is until this last parabolic upswing that seems to want to connect the 5-point star pattern to its peak point of $0.94 USD ... the 4.236 Fibonacci extension of our recent low of $0.27 that happens to coincide with the trend line of our previous peaks.
Coincidence?
Maybe we should ask the stars... ✨
As I said in my last idea titled ALGO Bullish Trend... , “if .47 is broken, we could see a quick move to the .53 area” Well, here we are bounced off .53 to support at .49 and now back up sitting right under .53 , at .5064 , with .52 looking like it wants to become support for further uptrend. With a breakout over .52 turned support confirmation, this trade comes into play.
If this star pattern plays out, we may see some resistance at $0.68-$0.70
There looks to be STRONG support at $0.42, and strong support at $0.47 and $0.49, with strength and VOLUME building here at the $0.50-$0.52 level
Long open for possible +80% gains from $0.52 to $0.94
These are my ideas and I am simply sharing my ideas with you.
