Applying Warren Buffett and Peter Lynch valuations : SNAP stockWhen I was new, I traded just the picture of prices.
Later after living through a full cycles, I learned stocks were actually businesses.
Business sell stuff to customers and generate revenue each year.
Businesses have cash flows and earnings.
Thats why when we look book 10 to 20 years, most businesses are more valuable today then back then.
Valuation looks at what things are worth today and also looks at future potential.
Financial math is discounting the the future growth to make sure you get the best deal you can.
Valuation keeps you grounded.
You can still day trade, swing trade, and option trade all you want. Valuation just helps you know the true value inside the business so you avoid some losers and pick more winners.
Cheers and good luck on your journey!

Bullish trend line broken on TSM following Buffet newsThis is a potential put setup with a strike somewhere between 55-70$ that I am currently looking into. If the stock price drops below 85$ I will likely enter some puts on TSM. Between Senator Tuberville loading up with his military affiliations and Warren Buffet selling 86% of his TSM shares recently, I think a big move is coming.

Warren Buffett Given Regulatory OK To Buy 50%Warren Buffett has been steadily buying this stock over the last few months and now owns 26.8%
With regulatory approval now allowing him to own up to 50% will be interesting to see where this stock ends up.
Indicators look good. Price at a support area, RSI showing good value, and MACD looks like momentum might be coming back into the stock after its recent pullback.
One way to buy this kind of stock could be with a stop or a stop limit order so if it does wiggle up on open then you enter the trade. If it does break through resistance and head downwards then your order wont trigger and you wont be in the trade.
Could be worth keeping an eye on and adding it to your watchlist to do more research.
Btc longHello to all my friends, this is my analysis of the signs I saw, such as the roof of the two peaks and the PR that I threw with Fibonacci, and the trend line that I drew, and if this trend line breaks, I will enter into a short deal and there will be divergences. When you saw Makdi and rsi, the market is falling 😎
"Spit Shining Warren Buffett's Shoes.."If we follow through on this $315 mark then I'm shorting every bounce like Michael Burry during the housing bubble crisis.
Bill Gates will be left spit shining Warren Buffets shoes for pennys if he holds on to this stock in 2022.
Will you hold onto a parabolic stock at the top?
Or will you short the market in 2022?
Choose.

Rules By Warren Buffett (Educational)Hello everybody, today, we are going to talk about Warren Buffett and his rules and advice.
Who is Warren Buffett?
In an abbreviation, he is an american businessman and investor with an property of over 100 billion dollars.
He is an old-school, but in some way, his rules are really impressive and are working.
He also wrote an preface for the best book ever written on investing, The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham.
1. Reinvest Your Profits
When you first make money, you may be tempted to spend it. Don’t. Instead, reinvest the profits.
2. Be Willing to Be Different
Don’t base your decisions upon what everyone is saying or doing. Have your own reason to buy the stock.
3. Limit What You Borrow
Buffett has never borrowed a significant amount — not to invest, not for a mortgage.
In other words, if you can´t buy it twice, you can´t afford it.
4. Be Persistent
A young boy who sold Coca-Cola for a nickel ended up being a majority shareholder of Coca-Cola. This transition does require persistence.
Warren is an Realistic Optimist. He believed they will succeed but with planning, effort, and persistence even when times are tough.
You don´t have to make deals every day, just watch markets and paper trade.
5. Know When to Quit
Once, when Buffett was a teen, he went to the racetrack. He bet on a race and lost. To recoup his funds, he bet on another race. He lost again, leaving him with close to nothing. Buffett never repeated that mistake.
6. Know What Success Really Means
Despite his wealth, Buffett does not measure success by dollars. In 2006, he pledged to give away almost his entire fortune to charities.
7. Stay In Your Circle Of Competence
Imagine Circle with 3 layers. In the smallest layer, inside the circle, are things that you really know. In middle of circle are things that you think you know, but you don´t. And in an outer layer, the biggest one, are things that you don´t know.
Warren recommends to stay in the smallest layer and just buy what you really understand.
Otherwise it doesn´t mean that you have to be closed to every opportunities, but first of all, learn something about it. And this leads us into another topic:
8. Always Learn
This is really important to understand, because you have to learn new things, that´s no rule, it´s an habit that you need to make.
Learn about market every day, read articles, books, papertrade, watch youtube.
In these days is super easy to learn something, all you need to have is good wifi connection and phone or notebook.
Warren reads up to 500 pages every day. Try to beat him :) (good luck)
9. Two Legendary Rules
These 2 rules are good to know, it seems really clear, but someone had to tell you:
1. Never Lose Money
2. Never Forget Rule Number One
And that´s serious guys! Never lose money, that´s not your style.
10. Diversify
When you are buying penny stocks, you have to buy one large-cap stock, because penny stocks are volatile and can drop to 0. It can make you big profits or big losses.
With a large-cap stock, you will protect your portfolio from total crash, because large-cap stocks are not as volatile and as risky as penny stocks.
You should diversify in sectors too. If in your portfolio are only oil companies and price of oil will go rapidly down, well, good luck. When you have money in oil companies, you should buy some stock from another sector, for example real estate or healthcare.
Quotes By Warren Buffett
„Cash was never a good investment."
„I´d rather buy a wonderful business at a fair price, than a fair business with a wonderful price."
„Big oppportunities in life have to be seen."
„No matter how great the talent or efforts, some things just take time. You can´t produce baby in one month by getting nice women pregnant."
End
So, seems like we are at the end. Thanks for your effort to read it all, because my view is that it is really educational and you should know it.
If you agree with me and Warren Buffett, please make sure you liked and i´ll see you again at another post. Have a nice day.

"Be greedy when others are fearful" Warren Buffet - SPXLately, I have been feeling quite greedy because I see fear across all markets.
I stand by what Warren has to say about the markets.
Ask yourself "if 70% of people are bearish for a great depression 2.0 will it happen yet?"
Ask yourself "Do I feel fear or greed when others are fearful?"
I bet he's buying entire companies right now and you guys are panic selling your retail investments.
I have a diagram showing the simple truth about market psychology (smart money vs dumb money)
So again ask yourself "Who am I?"
Stay safe stay healthy and stay profitable.

$BRK.B $BRK.A long term entry at 199.99BRK.B - Berkshire Hathaway aka Baby Berk
I've been a long time fan of Warren Buffett's strategies and mentalities. While this is not a dividend play, the entry under 200.00 is very comfortable for the long term. I picked up my shares at 199.99 (under 200, I wasn't kidding )
SPX Looking WeakSo upon looking at several factors I believe the price of stocks are fully priced atm, and that 2900 was the top for the SPX, I believe the bottom will be around 1580 or 1800 and will take about a year for us to reach the bottom, so by the year 2020 we will see bullish momentum again and that is when I will be looking to enter stocks again. Right now in my opinion the best asset to hold is bitcoin and gold,
Reason for 2900 being the top,
1. End of 5 wave count based on elliot wave analysis
2. Stocks are overpriced based on Marketcap over GDP
3. Time analysis, we have been in a bull market for 10 years
4. Stocks look similar to the late 1930's
BRK.B What is going to happen next?Looking at $196 at Support and $212 at Resistance

EMA 20,50: short term downtrend

Volume of trade: Normal
Market Sentimental: Consolidation (Consfused)
Reason: Trade War, causing short term emotional panic

USDCHF channel breakout [Long]KS on the 1h is bullish which could confirm the breakout but the indicator I like to pair with the cloud is on the cusp of turning bearish
I use 1h charts to trade forex but the 3h made me put a hold on my long position because it's just not quite convincing enough yet
If we see the KS and TS continue the crossover and the 0.236 line I will reopen and hopefully see the 0.382 or higher as a viable target. If not it's a good entry point back into the channel and continue shorting it as it corrects back to the KS.
I am a relatively new forex trader full disclosure having traded stocks in the past but have been practicing and felt like this is the first post I can put out feeling confident in my knowledge. Hope it helps and remember to trade on what YOU think will happen
