SPAC: Special Acquisition to "IPO private companies"Dipping your toes into the wild "reverse IPO" SPACs.... A SPAC, Special Purpose Acquisition Company, is a company that uses its funds to transform existing private companies to list them on the Stock Market. Read up on the SEC.GOV on these "special" financial instruments from Wall Street and friends before risking a penny on these things. We'll use a special SPAC acquiring a company very close to home: D-Wave Systems of Vancouver (Burnaby), Canada regulated under Canadian and BC Laws. For D-Wave's IPO via XPOA (the SPAC) to QBTS ("quantum bits") this will be done on the NYSE listed. D-Wave Systems is currently private and a leader in Quantum Computing with North American headquarters and control. A former Canadian star is graduating to the US. It was a Canadian technology company and will become one of the few (or only?) pure play US company in the Quantum Computing space. There is a customary US publication ban until proper regulatory approval is received. The "may not be distributed in the United States" allows the company to get past stockholders to understand the restructuring. Track the official Public filings available from the SEC in the US. The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) being the regular lists any public information as filed by the company at: www.sec.gov The Latest public news is www.sec.gov A Shareholder vote to be voted on TOMORROW August 2nd 2022 Price action shows it has very good changes of being approved especially given the Provincial/State Canadian BC Court Approval last week which was public with restrictions on the company relating to publication in the US prior to Shareholder approval. $BTC analysis - Time to buy | heading to big resistanceBTC have big resistance at $28800. as you can see on weekly chart ,we have witnessed huge volume on upper side after so much time. last week sellers failed to force down the price of Bitcoin. which can make bulls more strong. Even in shorter time frames like 1D or 12 hour its showing good sign of huge rally toward 28k. My advice to you will be you can long it till 28k with small SL at 22500 or anything which u think right.

BANKNIFTY NEXT WEEKL 1st AUGUST, ELLIOT WAVE & TREND ANALYSIS Price almost traded in between 37200....38000 for 4 days as we expected last week. if price immediately breaks 3800 level on monday price can move above 388000 level in next 5 days trading sessions. But friday we saw price rejection from upper levels , so i am expecting a small correction of price till 0.38 of fib level. If we analyse according to Elliot wave theory , currently price is in third wave , if price breaks 37100 support , we can expect little correction till 36200 in next trading sessions.

Formation of clean bullish Wolfe Waves on BitcoinBullish Wolfe Waves appear on Bitcoin's 1 hour chart. This could be an indicator for short term reversal. Point 5 having a relative increase in trading volume makes me more confident in this setup. I would be using the 1-hour Fair Value Gaps / Imbalances as areas to take some profits with my last target being the local high marked with a green line. Golden pocket doesn't look that significant as it was visited with a reaction prior but we might see another retracement there or from an area close below it if we decided to dive a bit deeper with point 5. Bear in mind that FOMC is really close (pun intended!) and an interest hike might mess things up for those longing. Trade safe.

Banknifty - Cypher PRZ at Wolfewave TargetBanknifty had wolfewave and near to its target , interesting thing is wolfewave target and cypher prz are at same level. Current supply is tested thrice (including current attempt to break) Looks like it will trap bulls by giving breakout ... Upside a significant supply with left shoulder is waiting to pull price down. Previous quasimodo failed to break low hence we can say strong low has formed. and also two flag limits below (one with FTR) shows strong demand and which is hard to break . *Cypher might turn into shark so next potential reversal zone will be at 886
