Not sure, but..normally this stock is subject to seasonal volatility, but with fundamentals improving, may become more stable for a long position. insider buying really picking up at these prices.
BULLISH IN CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYI see a bullish move from 159.71 , There is a possible bullish move ahead. The reversal have been observed in past market with circle in chart. The two reversal were successful and price moved in upward bullish direction , same way the RSI pumping of reversal was also observed two times and price moved from there to upward direction.
I think the price will cross $175 target in coming times and the stop loss level is 148.84.

Although the share could finish wave II in white anytime as it has sufficiently tapped the turquoise target zone, we rather expect Aurora to sink a bit deeper still to conclude the current movement. However, by the bottom of the turquoise zone, the share should establish the low of wave II in white and subsequently turn upwards, heading for the resistance at $2.15.
