BTC Volume in Fiat

This indicator shows volume in Fiat. You will get wierd numbers if you use it on non BTC-FIAT pairs.

Realised this indicator also show volume in BTC when viewing altcoins, so adapted it to reflect this.

Also added option to type in Exchange Fee so you can get a sense of how much the exchange makes. Please note you have to convert the fee to a decimal, so if the exchange takes 0.25% like Bittrex you have to type in 0.0025. I hope you enjoy.
