MMRI Chart (Primary)The **Mannarino Market Risk Indicator (MMRI)** is a financial risk measurement tool created by financial strategist Gregory Mannarino. It’s designed to assess the risk level in the stock market and economy based on current bond market conditions and the strength of the U.S. dollar. The MMRI considers factors like the U.S. 10-Year Treasury Yield and the Dollar Index (DXY), which indicate investor confidence in government debt and the dollar's purchasing power, respectively.
The formula for MMRI uses the 10-Year Treasury Yield multiplied by the Dollar Index, divided by a constant (1.61) to normalize the risk measure. A higher MMRI score suggests increased market risk, while a lower score indicates more stability. Mannarino has set certain thresholds to interpret the MMRI score:
- **Below 100**: Low risk.
- **100–200**: Moderate risk.
- **200–300**: High risk.
- **Above 300**: Extreme risk, indicating market instability and potential downturns.
This tool aims to provide insight into economic conditions that may affect asset classes like stocks, bonds, and precious metals. Mannarino often updates MMRI scores and risk analyses in his public market updates.

Crypto/DXY ScoringHi!
This indicator "Crypto/DXY Scoring", a multi-purpose script, consists of various comparison statistics (including an alternative RS/RSMOM model) to show the strength of a currency against the DXY.
Features
"Contrived" RS/RSMOM alternative model
Compare the strength of the crypto currency on your chart to any asset (DXY default)
Glass's ∆
Z-comparison
Hedges' g
Cliff's Delta
Z-score for log returns
RRG graph (with adjusted dimensions) Traditional RRG graph coming soon (:
Let's go over some simplified interpretations of what's shown on the chart!
The image above provides generalized interpretations for the three of the data series plotted by the indicator.
The image above further explains the other plots for the indicator!
The image above shows the final result!
Underlying Theory
"When the dollar is strong as indicated by the DXY, it usually means that investors are seeking safety in traditional assets. Bitcoin (crypto) is often considered a "risk-on" asset, meaning investors might sell BTC in favor of holding dollars, thus driving BTC prices down."
Given the complexities associated with this relationship, including its contentious implications and a variable correlation between crypto and the DXY, this theory is one within a plethora.
That said, regardless of accuracy, this indicator adheres to the theory outlined above (:
The image above shows the purpose of the red/lime columns and the corresponding red/green lines.
Should the crypto on your chart and the DXY (or comparison symbol) exhibit negative correlation, and should the performance of DXY (or comparison symbol) hold any predictive utility for the subsequent performance of the crypto on your chart, the red columns violating the red line might indicate an upcoming "dump" for the crypto on your chart.
Lime green columns violating the green line may indicator an inverse response.
Alternative Relative Rotation Graph
In its current state, the alternated dimensions for the Relative Rotation Graph cause it to function more as a "Relative Performance Graph".
Fear not; a traditional RRG graph is coming soon!
The image above shows our alternative RRG!
Interpretation
With this model, you can quickly/intuitively assess the relative performance of the display cryptos against an index of their performance.
The image above shows generalized interpretations of the model!
That's it for this indicator! Thank you for checking it out; more to come (:
Correlation Coefficient - DXY & XAUPublishing my first indicator on TradingView. Essentially a modification of the Correlation Coefficient indicator, that displays a 2 ticker symbols' correlation coefficient vs, the chart presently loaded.. You can modify the symbols, but the default uses DXY and XAU, which have been displaying strong negative correlation.
As with the built-in CC (Correlation Coefficient) indicator, readings are taken the same way:
Positive Correlation = anything above 0 | stronger as it moves up towards 1 | weaker as it moves back down towards 0
Negative Correlation = anything below 0 | stronger moving down towards -1 | weaker moving back up towards 0
This is primarily created to work with the Bitcoin weekly chart, for comparing DXY and Gold (XAU) price correlations (in advance, when possible). If you change the chart timeframe to something other than weekly, consider playing with the Length input, which is set to 35 by default where I think it best represents correlations with Bitcoin's weekly timeframe for DXY and Gold.
The intention is that you might be able to determine future direction of Bitcoin based on positive or negative correlations of Gold and/or the US Dollar Index. DXY has been making peaks and valleys prior to Bitcoin since after March 2020 black swan event, where it peaked just after instead. In the future, it may flip over again and Bitcoin may hit major highs or lows prior to DXY, again. So, keep an eye on the charts for all 3, as well as the indicator correlations.
Currently, we've moved back into negative correlation between Bitcoin and DXY, and positive correlation with Bitcoin and Gold:
Negative Correlation b/w Bitcoin and DXY - if DXY moves up, Bitcoin likely moves down, or if DXY moves down, Bitcoin likely moves up (or if Bitcoin were to move first before DXY, as it did on March 2020, instead)
Positive Correlation b/w Bitcoin and Gold - Bitcoin and Gold will likely move up or down with each other.
DXY is represented by the green histogram and label, Gold is represented by the yellow histogram and label. Again, you can modify the tickers you want to check against, and you can modify the colors for their histograms / labels.
The inspiration from came from noticing areas of same date or delayed negative correlation between Bitcoin and DXY, here is one of my most recent posts about that:
Please let me know if you have any questions, or would like to see updates to the indicator to make it easier to use or add more useful features to it.
I hope this becomes useful to you in some way. Thank you for your support!
Cheers,

Market Relative Candle Ratio ComparatorIntroducing the Market Relative Candle Ratio Comparator, a visually captivating script that eases the way you compare two financial assets, such as cryptocurrencies and market indices. Leveraging a distinctive calculation method based on percentage changes and their averages, this tool presents a crystal-clear view of how your chosen assets perform in relation to each other, both for individual candles and over a range of previous candles.
Tailoring the script to your preferences is a walk in the park, as it allows you to easily adjust input symbols, moving average lengths, and other parameters to match your analytical approach. The visually arresting column chart it creates employs vivid red and green colors to underscore the differences between the two assets on each candle. Simultaneously, the lower-opacity columns depict the accumulated differences over a specified lookback period. This vibrant blend of colors and opacities results in a dynamic visual experience, enabling you to better grasp market trends relative to each other.
The reverse bool input is a handy feature that lets you invert the effect of the input symbol (DXY by default) in the comparison. When you set the reverse input to true, the script multiplies the calculated DXY percentage change by -1, effectively reversing the comparison. This is particularly useful when examining assets with an inverse relationship or when you'd like to analyze the input symbol's impact in the opposite direction.
For instance, if the input symbol represents a market index that generally moves in the opposite direction of the selected cryptocurrency, enabling the reverse input will help you better visualize and understand the relationship between the two assets by inverting the input symbol's effect on the comparison.
In the accompanying chart, you can observe the comparison of Bitcoin's movement relative to the Dollar, Gold, Bonds, and the S&P 500. The indicator reveals that in the last day, Bitcoin outperformed Bonds, Gold, and the Dollar but not the S&P 500!
BTC / DXY, BTC / US10Y
The combination of the DXY and US02Y can be used to gauge market sentiment and assess the state of the global economy.
When the DXY is rising, it indicates that the U.S. dollar is strengthening relative to other currencies, which can lead to increased risk aversion among investors as the U.S. dollar is often seen as a safe-haven currency.
When the US02Y is rising, it suggests that market expectations for future inflation and interest rate increases are increasing, which can lead to a decrease in the value of riskier assets such as stocks.
In general, the combination of the DXY and US02Y can provide important information on the direction of global market trends and the state of the economy, and as such, they are important indicators to consider when making investment decisions.
DXY Overlay CompareOverlays the DXY chart over the top of any other chart. When the dollar strength increases, asset prices can drop and vice versa. Was created personally to compare with the price of Bitcoin.
Fiat Currency and Gold Indices (FGXY) CandlesA modification of my previous indicator "Crypto Index (DXY) Candles". The idea was to create a similar currency basket to the standard DXY, but from the perspective of other currencies. Still using the standard DXY weights, this indicator allows you to create a tailored index for other currencies, provided that a currency pair exists for each of the 6 components. This means that even currencies that aren't included should work in theory; just find the 3 character currency prefix used by tradingview and give it a shot! This indicator is useful for gauging how well countries/currencies are holding up and when paired with the standard DXY may help see potential inflection points. For use on longer time frames (~1h-~3d) as some of the data being pulled seems to have issues on lower timeframes.
Crypto Index (DXY) CandlesA modification of @loxx's "Dollar Index (DXY) Candles" allowing for a user selected basket of tickers using the same weights as the standard DXY. Ticker Inputs are in descending order so highest weight is at the top by default, although weighting can be changed manually by modifying the symbol's corresponding weight input in the settings. The Idea was to get a bird's eye view of the crypto space using some of the more relevant names in the space. User's can use the toggle in the settings for viewing the default DXY for comparison. Indicator should be used as a confirmation when looking at long term trend changes in the space, shorter time frames may, or may not be as useful.
ILM COT Financial Table - CFTCUse this indicator on Daily Timeframe
Please refer to the below link for CFTC Financials
www.cftc.gov
This script shows the Financial COT for the respective instrument by deriving the CFTC code.
Option is provided to override the CFTC code
User can also configure the historical CFTC data view
The script calculates the Long% vs Short% for various categories (Dealers/Asset Managers/Leveraged Funds/Other Reportables) and color codes the column appropriately.
The goal of this script is to show all the financial CFTC data on a single page to digest the data better in a tabular form
Fixed the default TradingView Library which has some errors with CFTC code mapping.
For example, SPX CFTC Code #13874+ which is the most important one where big players take positions is not there in the default Library.
Dollar Index (DXY) Candles [Loxx]Dollar Index (DXY) Candles is an educational/experimental indicator that attempts to recreate the Dollar Index DXY: TVC:DXY .This is useful so others traders can see how the DXY is calculated.
The U.S. Dollar Index (USDX, DXY, DX) is an index (or measure) of the value of the United States dollar relative to a basket of foreign currencies, often referred to as a basket of U.S. trade partners' currencies. The Index goes up when the U.S. dollar gains "strength" (value) when compared to other currencies.
The index is maintained and published by ICE (Intercontinental Exchange, Inc.), with the name "U.S. Dollar Index" a registered trademark.
It is a weighted geometric mean of the dollar's value relative to following select currencies:
Euro (EUR), 57.6% weight.
Japanese yen (JPY) 13.6% weight.
Pound sterling (GBP), 11.9% weight.
Canadian dollar (CAD), 9.1% weight.
Swedish krona (SEK), 4.2% weight.
Swiss franc (CHF) 3.6% weight.
USDX = 50.14348112 × EURUSD^-0.576 × USDJPY^0.136 × GBPUSD^-0.119 × USDCAD^0.091 × USDSEK^0.042 × USDCHF^0.036
These candles won't match the ticker DXY dollar for dollar, but it comes very close. Either way, the general trend and volatility of this synthetic recreation is the same as the DXY.

München's Momentum WaveMUNICH'S MOMENTUM WAVE:
This momentum tracker has features sampled from Madrid's moving average ribbon but has differentiated many values, parameters, and usage of integers. It is derived using momentum and then creates moving averages and mean lengths to help support the strength of a move in price action, and also has the key mean length that helps determine HL/LH or rejections into trend continuation. This indicator works on ALL TIME FRAMES, ALL ASSET CLASSES ON ALL SETTINGS!!
HOW DO I USE IT?
*First off, I have arranged the input settings into groups based on the parts of the indicator it affects.
*You want to use the aqua/white/yellow (Munich's line) as your leading indicator, this is a combined average of the MoM indicator.
* When using Munich's line you want to look at the relation to the mean line (the flat line that adjusts based on price action. You will often see rejections of this line into trend continuation. I personally have caught perfect LH/HL bounce trades off of this indicator.
* Use the Background and other colored moving averages to help pre-determine moves based on the -3 offset value of Munich's line. This was by design not to create 'accurate' results, but to help predict momentum swings based on sharper moves in price action better than if all values lined up to the current bar.
Cheat Code's Notes:
I hope you guys find this indicator to be useful, this is most likely the best indicator that I have written. Simply for the fact it is useful on any chart, any timeframe with any setting. If you guys have any issues with it, shoot me a pm or drop a comment. Thanks!

StonkBTC - autoswitch secondary series for scalpersSince the drop in March of 2020, the U.S. ETF , SPY, has been correlated with bitcoin's moves, especially during the NY session.
This tool is meant to help traders who want to take advantage of that without having to switch the secondary series between BTCUSD and (generally) SPY when changing the ticker they are viewing.
How this works:
The indicator will automatically switch between bitcoin or equity index depending on what ticker your current chart is. Ideally this tool would be very simple to use.
Options:
Show/hide a 'track price' line
Index choice of SP500, Nasdaq 100, and Russell 2000. Further selection by ETF, futures, and CFD
Varied bitcoin price sources
Notes:
You will need a separate subscription to TradingView to view realtime CME futures data (if not, it will be delayed by 10 minutes). Because of this, the default option chosen is the CFD for the most complete chart when viewing bitcoin.

DXY COT Commercial Net PositionsThis script was created due to the lack of position of US Dollar Index Futures (DXY).
It is designed to perform a much more liquid and inclusive position analysis.
As the exponential ratios do not mean anything to positions, weights are used as multipliers instead of exponential functions.
Swedish Krona (SEK) Futures are not directly quoted in Quandl, therefore weighted in Euro / dollar parity.
By perceiving these positions as inverse correlations, you can also identify where the world economy is doing well.
COT Commercial Net Positions are calculated as (Short - Long) because of Commercials act according to the reverse of the market.
In this way, you can follow up normally instead of reverse correlation.
Because except in extreme cases, in which case capitals usually shift to Gold.
This is not the case, since there is no capital inflow to other currencies, it is not a strong sell position to the dollar index.
When there is a shift in bonds, we see the effect of the dollar in general.
I created for the Dollar Index in order not to deviate from the concept.
I wanted to share it with everyone as I thought that you have important clues about how investors take positions.
Modified currency weights :
Euro : % 61.8
Japanese Yen : % 13.6
British Pound : %11.9
Canadian Dollar : % 9.1
Swiss Franc : % 3.6
NOTE : You can use it for all instruments except crypto coins, especially US Dollar Index (DXY).
Since the COT data is taken, it will not repaint in 1 week (1W) timeframe.
The log can also be repaint according to the time of data publication.
It will repaint in lower time frames.
I hope it will help your analysis and your scripts, regards.

MY_NL no OVThis is the same as "MY_DXY corrected price" script, Price is divided by 1000 instead of 100, and not in overlay mode. St. calls it NL, I call it "price in the 'DXY currency'"
Dollar / Stocks Correlation OscillatorMakes visual the theory that "a strong dollar is bullish for equities/stocks"
...but oh man, these two are definitely not that strongly correlated.
What's the deal with that? Still learning. Glad for any comments.
Strenght and MomentumThe scope of this script is to measure momentum and strenght of EURO and DOLLAR using their indexes.
Forza (line) above 0 means EURO is stonger than DOLLAR
Momento (histogram) above 0 means EURO has a positive momentum against DOLLAR
The added value to see MACD and RSI directly on EURUSD chart is that indexes consider also other pairs so their RSI and MACD has a larger view on forex markets.
Script has also an option for multi timeframes.
I think that could be used as filters for LONG or SHORT positions in lower time frames.
ATR Pips [LazyBear] [Fixed by Elixium]This is ATR in pips. This was requested by user @ElixiumCapital on Twitter. ATRPIPs in his words:
How to use: Change the chart to the Daily time frame. The indicators value e.g. 0.0105 means that the average daily range of the past 5 trading days is 105 pips. (On standard pairs like EURUSD, GBPUSD)
"ATR PIPs is useful for finding markets with your desired amount of volatility, for example I prefer to trade forex pairs with the highest amount of volatility in the past 5 days, setting the length parameter to 5 days. And setting my stop loss at 25% to 33% of the the indicators value."
Fixed: Default parameters and a critical bug.
Dollar normalized volumeAn indicator that multiply the closing price with the current volume. (close X volume)
This will show the relative interest in the underlying asset regardless of the price change over time. For the case of FXCM, when the price fell from $16 to $1, its volume spiked 16x at the same time given the fact that 16x more shares can now be purchased with the same amount of dollar.
Enjoy! and remember to give a thumbs up.
[LAVA] Early Warning IndicatorCombined the RSI inverse of gold to USD with the Dollar index (or whatever stock symbol that may be inverted/complementary) with another asset/currency, like bitcoin, you can basically be well informed when a potential move is on the horizon. Settings allow for inverse settings and de-combining the two pairs as well as a nice cloud look if all the lines get annoying.
