Memecoin TrackerMemecoin Z-Score Tracker with Buy/Sell Table - Technical Explanation
How it Works:
This indicator calculates the Z-scores of various memecoins based on their price movements, using historical funding rates across multiple exchanges. A Z-score measures the deviation of the current price from its moving average, expressed in standard deviations. This provides insight into whether a coin is overbought (positive Z-score) or oversold (negative Z-score) relative to its recent history.
Key Components:
- Z-Score Calculation
- The lookback period is dynamically adjusted based on the chart’s timeframe to ensure consistency across different time intervals:
- For lower timeframes (e.g., minutes), the base lookback period is scaled to match approximately 240 minutes.
- For daily and higher timeframes, the base lookback period is fixed (e.g., 14 bars).
Memecoin Selection:
The indicator tracks several popular memecoins, including DOGE, SHIB, PEPE, FLOKI, and others.
Funding rates are fetched from exchanges like Binance, Bybit, and MEXC using the request.security() function, ensuring accurate real-time price data.
Thresholds for Buy/Sell Signals:
Users can set custom Z-score thresholds for buy (oversold) and sell (overbought) signals:
Default upper threshold: 2.5 (indicates overbought condition).
Default lower threshold: -2.5 (indicates oversold condition).
When a memecoin’s Z-score crosses above or below these thresholds, it signals potential buy or sell conditions.
Buy/Sell Table:
A table with two columns (BUY and SELL) is dynamically populated with memecoins that are currently oversold (buy signal) or overbought (sell signal).
Each column can hold up to 20 entries, providing a clear overview of current market opportunities.
Visual Feedback:
The Z-scores of each memecoin are plotted as a line on the chart, with color-coded feedback:
Red for overbought (Z-score > upper threshold),
Green for oversold (Z-score < lower threshold),
Other colors indicate neutral conditions.
Horizontal lines representing the upper and lower thresholds are plotted for reference.
How to Use It:
Adjust Thresholds:
You can modify the upper and lower Z-score thresholds in the settings to customize sensitivity. Lower thresholds will increase the likelihood of triggering buy/sell signals for smaller price deviations, while higher thresholds will focus on more extreme conditions.
View Real-Time Signals:
The table shows which memecoins are currently oversold (buy column) or overbought (sell column), updating dynamically as price data changes. Traders can monitor this table to identify trading opportunities quickly.
Use with Different Timeframes:
The Z-score lookback period adjusts automatically based on the chart's timeframe, making this indicator suitable for intraday and long-term traders.
Use shorter timeframes (e.g., 1-minute, 5-minute charts) for faster signals, while longer timeframes (e.g., daily, weekly) may yield more stable, trend-based signals.
Who It Is For:
Short-Term Traders: Those looking to capitalize on short-term price imbalances (e.g., day traders, scalpers) can use this indicator to identify quick buy/sell opportunities as memecoins oscillate around their moving averages.
Swing Traders: Swing traders can use the Z-score tracker to identify overbought or oversold conditions across multiple memecoins and ride the reversals back toward equilibrium.
Crypto Enthusiasts and Memecoin Investors: Anyone involved in the volatile memecoin market can use this tool to better time entries and exits based on market extremes.
This indicator is for traders seeking quantitative analysis of price extremes in memecoins. By tracking the Z-scores across multiple coins and dynamically updating buy/sell opportunities in a table, it provides a systematic approach to identifying trade setups.
MEME
Bart Pattern [LuxAlgo]As a sequel to our 'meme indicator' series... The Bart Pattern Detector identifies confirmed regular and inverted Bart patterns using edge detection.
Settings
Median Lookback: Lookback period of the median filter used for the edge detection, with a shorter period allowing to detect shorter-term and less spaced patterns.
Edge Detection Sensitivity: Sensitivity of the edge detection method, with higher values making the method less sensible to edges of low magnitude.
Range To Edges Threshold: Threshold for the range to edges ratio, with lower values detecting Bart patterns with flatter ranges between the edges.
Show Inverted Barts: Show inverted Bart patterns.
Mode: Determines how detected Bart patterns are displayed.
Usage
This indicator can be used to study past Bart patterns and how the market responded to them. Their detection is not done in real-time. Additionally detected edges are used to indicate the current market sentiment.
If you don't want a meme on your chart, you can also use the simple mode - but don't worry, we won't judge you if you don't...
Details
The origins of Bart patterns can be hard to pinpoint but most likely originate from social media around 2018. This pattern has been mostly covered in the cryptocurrency market similarly to how the McDonald's Pattern became a popular meme within the community. See our McDonald's Pattern Indicator that was created by us as our first 'meme indicator' in the series
The Bart pattern as its name suggests occurs when price forms a structure resembling the head of the Simpson character "Bart Simpson". This is characterized by a rectangular structure, which is a sideways market delimited by sharp volatile edges.
The Bart pattern is sometimes traded before completion, waiting for a breakout of a support/resistance located within the sideway part of the pattern.
The cause of this pattern is still discussed by traders, with some attributing it to over-leveraged market participants and while others attributing it to exchanges themselves through spoofing.
Notes
Barts patterns are very volatile structures, characterized by sudden price jumps, be careful when trading them.

watermarkJust for fun... watermark graphics! The steps are:
1. Choose an image, probably no more than 20x20 pixels
2. Use an image library to convert each pixel into a table cell, as shown in the script.
I used they Python "pillow" library for step 2. This library allows you to iterate over each pixel, grab the RGB value, and generate table cells. You can use the width/height attributes of each cell to size the watermark.
Be careful, because Pinescript has a maximum character limit around 60,000 or so, and this script will reach that limit quickly. You also run into some limitation on table size, I think. That's why I suggest using no more than a 20x20 image.
Pictured in this chart is a legendary trader... message me if you would like to commission your own watermark.
watermark_asciiJust for fun... You can make an ascii watermark! The steps are:
1. Convert an image into ascii, e.g. using an online generator.
2. Split the ascii into strings that are no more than 4096 characters (pinescript limit).
3. Stack them together as cells on a table (as shown in the script).
I use code generation for step 2, by splitting the ascii file into chunks, then joining each line with a plus sign to make a large string concatenation statement, which I manually copy/paste into pine. Ideally, you could make this whole script into a template with a couple parameters.
Unfortunately, Pinescript doesn't use a monospaced font, so there will be some distortion. Feature request!
Coin Flipper ProHave you ever wondered how your win rate compares with flipping a coin? Well now you can check with Coin Flipper Pro!
This script produces a random position direction like flipping a coin and sets up a long or short trade based on you desired risk % and target ratio.
Have fun!
Meme Countan adaptation of td count that removes the cap on 9, but instead updates the shoulder when we go past 9. that way it's sort of like a tweaked shoulder in strong mo, hopefully it gives more meaningful s/r levels.
💧PineScripters.com Watermarking Tool by CryptorhythmsYou guys know the deal about the watermarks.
This one is available for anyone to use :)
💧WCSE Watermarking Tool by Cryptorhythms💦WCSE Group Watermarking Tool by Cryptorhythms
👋Heirophant and the Cryptorhythms Team here with a script that is sorely needed....
💭I got to thinking about how so many scammers on telegram and other media reuse other peoples charts and analysis (sometimes selling them). I find the whole scheme repugnant. Consequently I wanted to help legitimate groups keep their intellectual property ownership and brand integrity.
👮This is for Chartists and Signals Groups both Public and Private. It helps to prevent copiers from stealing/reposting charts & signals. It watermarks the chart with an ascii art drawing.
WCSE is the first of many groups to get one of these! Please dont ask for access as this is for their admins only.
But dont despair - there will be a public library watermarking script with a ton of funny trading memes in it for you to mess around with (estimated release in a week or so - just adding more watermarks).
💬 If your group is interested in a custom watermark, contact me and let me know! (They are free!)
If you follow/subscribe to me, I apologize for any spam. Please dont unfollow, after this weekend there will be much less script publication spam.
🖖Happy Trading & Live Long and Prosper!
