Trading Session Candles [NeoButane]█ OVERVIEW
Display candlesticks for the selected session, regular or extended.
█ CONFIGURATION
Options to change include displaying the regular or extended session, timezone, session hours, and session days.
█ CONCEPTS
Meant for charts with longer trading sessions or to view only extended hours trading action on US stocks that have afterhours available.
█ Notes
For trading days, '23456' refers to Monday to Friday.
NB
Ether (Ethereum) CME Gaps [NeoButane]Detects gaps in trading for CME's "Ether" cash-settled futures. This will show gaps as they happen on the 24/7 charts that crypto exchanges use. It is not usable on CME's tickers themselves, as gaps in trading are not displayed.
This indicator will only display if viewing an ETH chart.
More information on the CME ETH futures here:
www.cmegroup.com
Based on:
What's different: CME's BTC and ETH markets trade the same hours, but one may hit a limit breaker while there may be a case where the other does not.
Cryptocurrency Conversion CalculatorA calculator that gives you the amount of a coin that is equal to the inputted value.
Options to configure are the ticker, amount in USD that will be converted, and how many digits you would want to be shown after the decimal point.
Currently, this only supports USD quote currencies. Ideally in the future, the code will be rewritten. Maybe.
Crypto Total Market Cap, Exclude Tether, (USD)Total cryptocurrency market capitalization without tether, with alerts for chosen value thresholds.
The rationale is that tether is a printed supply stablecoin with a fixed value; there is no need to include its value in a combined market cap. It's debatable if that's true, but that doesn't explain what this indicator is.
The second part of this indicator is highlighting when the aforementioned adjusted market cap is above or below certain values. They are round numbers; a psychological factor. A psyop, if you will.
Options to configure are the lower and upper bound and colors. The alerts must be manually turned on, as usual.
Pure Volume Divergence [NeoButane]PVD: MACD with volume as source.
Options to configure:
OBV, PVT, or MFI as source
Display PVD or a faux zero-based oscillating CVD
Bitcoin Estimated Transaction FeeThis is the estimated fee you can expect to pay to have your bitcoin transaction confirm in 1 block. The estimation is derived from the daily total revenue miners received divided by the daily total number of transactions.
An option to change to a different currency is provided.
Notes on transaction fees:
Most exchanges do not provide an option to change the fee amount, and charge a static fee. A notable exception is Deribit.
The newer Bech32 wallet format, also known as native or SegWit, use a lower fee for the same transaction as legacy addresses. The addresses start with "bc1".
Mania was $60 USD to move bitcoin to an exchange you've only just heard of to buy a different coin with funny name :)
Cross Pair [NeoButane]Creates candlesticks of a cross pair of any symbol you want. Ideally both pairs would be denominated in the same currency.
The candlesticks are plotted, a close value is available to use for applying indicators on, and a label shows what is being used.
Options to configure are choosing the symbols, displaying the ticker without the exchange name, and removing wicks. If the exchange prefix is 'BATS', 'FRED', or 'TVC', it is automatically removed.
Stock Adjustments: None, Splits, DividendsUtilizes Pine Script's built-in function to display trading data without stock splits or dividends adjustments affecting its price.
The three main options are 'none', 'splits', and 'dividends'.
'none' displays the data and stock splits nor dividends affect price.
'splits' accounts for splits without dividends affecting price.
'dividends' accounts for dividends adjustments without splits affecting price.
A stock splits calendar may be viewed at NASDAQ's website here:
www.nasdaq.com
A dividend calendar may be viewed here:
www.nasdaq.com
NASDAQ/NYSE Short Volume [NeoButane]This shows short volume from NASDAQ and NYSE.
If you do not understand what short volume is, I highly recommend researching FINRA documentation and reporting.
The indicator looks nice in histogram and column style.
The neat thing about nesting str.replace_all is that you can get the ticker without using a mutable variable.
TRY Me - Turkish Lira Quote Currency DivergencesThis is a conceptual indicator that converts the main chart series' quote currency from U.S. dollar to Turkish Lira. Should only be used with USD pairs unless you change the 'Pair' input.
Divergences are created by the difference in price due to the incredible changes in TRY value. The candle colors turn to grey when the forex exchange is closed; this is done to show you that the quote currency value won't change.
Support and resistance levels are also possible to be drawn.
Options to configure are changing the quote pair, colors, and turning the divergences on or off.
FishNet Doubled hullMA Reactive ColorsMoving averages are used to determine trend. These moving averages are designed to determine trend with reactive coloring and utilizes a unique version of the Hull moving average. This is one of many iterations of fishnet MAs I have made in the past.
I first found fishnet MAs, which is a lot of moving averages of increasing length, from @TusenPix
YMMV on actionable information :p
Libor-EFFRThis is the 3-month Libor minus effective federal funds rate. Traders watch certain spreads for a wider spread to indicate a bad economy.
This is a conceptual indicator that tries to make sense of how important a FRA-OIS spread can be, in this case the Libor-EFFR. It may be completely wrong in calculation and understanding :)
en.wikipedia.org
www.investopedia.com
Libor was derived from the TED Spread less 3-month treasury bills due to Quandl missing updated Libor data.
fred.stlouisfed.org
fred.stlouisfed.org
For the OIS, EFFR is used because it has long historical data and is one of (maybe) the rates used for spread. SOFR was not available at the time but it appears that is what is more common nowadays.
A possible derivative of this indicator would be taking Libor and putting it against something else.
VVOscillator [nb]Multiple volume oscillators in one.
Description:
As Warren Guppet once said, be “fearful when others are buying less, and greedy when others are selling less.”
Divergences are the main point of usage of all bundled indicators.
OBV Oscillator, remade. The formula has been changed to smooth out the way OBV is calculated during a trending move
OBV Oscillator, original OBV formula.
Price Volume Trend Oscillator. Similar to OBV, except price is taken into account as well.
Price Volume Trend Oscillator, log.
Accumulation/Distribution. (close - low) - (high - close) / (high - low), then multiplied by volume
Chaikin Money Flow . Very similar to accum/dist except it was already made into an oscillator.
OBV just by itself. Change style to line for easier interpretation.
Experimental function that utilizes a part of CCI
This is the unedited "Variable Volume Oscillator v1" released for free use. In the time since I've created it, I've realized it's something I'd like to share because I like it and hope you will too.
StonkBTC - autoswitch secondary series for scalpersSince the drop in March of 2020, the U.S. ETF , SPY, has been correlated with bitcoin's moves, especially during the NY session.
This tool is meant to help traders who want to take advantage of that without having to switch the secondary series between BTCUSD and (generally) SPY when changing the ticker they are viewing.
How this works:
The indicator will automatically switch between bitcoin or equity index depending on what ticker your current chart is. Ideally this tool would be very simple to use.
Options:
Show/hide a 'track price' line
Index choice of SP500, Nasdaq 100, and Russell 2000. Further selection by ETF, futures, and CFD
Varied bitcoin price sources
Notes:
You will need a separate subscription to TradingView to view realtime CME futures data (if not, it will be delayed by 10 minutes). Because of this, the default option chosen is the CFD for the most complete chart when viewing bitcoin.

Yale Confidence Index [nb]These are the Yale confidence indexes that show individual and institutional sentiment.
Options include:
showing two different indexes at once
labels for them
to filter through a moving average
highlighting when the first chosen index is greater than the second
shifting the series 6 months ahead
showing an average of both indexes
U.S. One-Year Confidence Index
The percent of the population expecting an increase in the Dow in the coming year.
The One-Year Confidence Index is the percentage of respondents giving a number strictly greater than zero for "in 1 year." Note that the question is worded to mention the possibility that the respondent could predict a downturn, and so this question will obtain more such responses than more optimistically worded questions used by some other surveys. However, the issue is how the answers change through time, and the wording of the question has not been changed through time (except to add the 1-month and the ten-year categories, which were not on the earliest questionnaires).
U.S. Buy-on-Dips Confidence Index
The percent of the population expecting a rebound the next day should the market ever drop 3% in one day.
The Buy-On-Dips Confidence Index is the number of respondents who choose 1 (increase) as a percent of those who chose 1, 2 or 3. This question was never changed.
U.S. Crash Confidence Index
The percent of the population who attach little probability to a stock market crash in the next six months.
The Crash Confidence Index is the percentage of respondents who think that the probability is strictly less than 10%. There were slight wording changes in this question, but inessential.
U.S. Valuation Confidence Index
The percent of the population who think that the market is not too high.
The Valuation Confidence Index is the number of respondents who choose 1 (Too Low) or 3 (About right) as a percentage of those who choose 1, 2, or 3. The wording of this question was never changed, and it was always the first question on the questionnaire.

Japanese indexes aren't updated so I did not include them.
Many Inflation RateThis is a assortment of countries' inflation rates, sourced by Quandl. The countries are represented by their ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 codes in the options, and at the moment include:
ARG, AUS, CAN, CHE, DEU, EUR, FRA, GBR, ITA, JPN, NZL, RUS, USA
Included is a correlation to the current chart and the selected inflation rate. The correlation compares the monthly moving averages of YOY inflation and the chart closes over a period of two years. At the moment this doesn't seem to be the most efficient method of correlation/comparison, should there be one to begin with.

US Inflation Rate [nb]This is the United States inflation rate, based on the total Consumer Price Index published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Option to toggle:
A line to display the inflation rate in December. It does not change until the next December.
What the color change to red is indicative of:
According to the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) regarding inflation rate, "2% is a bae number to be around". This does not imply a strict 2% inflation for success and allows room for federal rate cuts should they be needed.
Although FOMC declared 2% to be "bae" in 2012, James Bullard, of federal banking fame, claims that started to become the norm in 1995. Therefore the inflation rate line will only turn red 1995 onwards, and serves as a friendly reminder that inflation has been over at or over 2% for more than one month.

Bitcoin CME Gaps [NeoButane]Simple script that checks for gaps in price from CME. tickerid(x, y, sess) doesn't seem to be applying correctly for the ticker specified at the moment so there are a couple of 'gaps' peppered on lower timeframes.
Gaps are legitimate price levels to look as a support or resistance. The theory is that volume needs to be gap filled, but I currently believe it's an easy entry/exit trade for those who can move the market. I don't think there is sound analysis behind the why, but it is real.
Daily Auto Fibonacci ToolCalculates Fibonacci retracements based on daily highs/lows, and further beyond that if specified. The main difference between this and other auto Fibbing tools is ease of visibility.
Options:
Take highs/lows from a few days back or take highs/lows from each daily candle
Hide retracements before today
Show labels for each retracement level
Hide/Show retracement levels
Change colors quickly and uniformly (in script)
Retracements used:
