Sessions
Initial Balance Monitoring PanelInitial Balance Monitoring Panel
Allows you to have an instant view of 16 Crypto pairs within a monitoring panel, monitoring Initial Balance (Asia, London, New York Stock Exchanges).
The code can easily be changed to suit the crypto pairs you are trading.
The setup of my chart would also include this indicator and the " Initial Balance Markets Time Zones - Overall Highest and Lowest " (with all IBs enabled) as shown above.
Initial Balance is based on the highest and lowest price action within the first 60 minutes of trading. Reading online this can depict which way the market can trend for the session.
The indicator has been coded for Crypto (so other symbols may not work as expected).
Though Initial Balance is based off the first 60 minutes of the trading markets opening, but Crypto is 24/7, this indicator looks at how Asia, London and New York Stock Exchanges opening trading can affect Crypto price action.
As the current Market sentiment is bullish if the price action fell below all Initial balances I would be looking at completing Technical Analysis for a long trade and to see if price action can find support from the trading sessions Initial Balance:
Please see below an example of this....
IOTAUSDT signaled red (that it had dropped below all IBs) but then found support and moved on up.
Also a similar example as above for BTCUSDT....
If the signal is green do your technical analysis, but as shown below once the highest Initial Balance has been broken price can increase.
LINKLUSDT
I would like to say thanks to AnyDozer from StackOverFlow for helping me get my idea onto the charts and wugamlo for allowing me to use some of his panel code.
Pre and Market OpeningsPre and Market Openings is to enable you to quickly visualize the opening markets and how they could influence trading.
The below script has used the market time data from the below links:
Tokyo/Asia www.tradinghours.com
London www.tradinghours.com
New York www.tradinghours.com
The below script aims to plot:
Daily Asia Open
Weekly Asia Open
Daily London Open
Weekly London Open
Daily New York Open
Weekly New York Open
Using background colour it also shows market sessions (pre-market) for London and New York and regular for London, New York and Asia.
There is also plotted text for days of the week and sessions.
As you can see from the picture below that these market openings can act as support and resistance:
BTC
ETH
Yesterday's RTH&ON sessions OHLCsThe indicator plots the OHLC levels of both trading sessions of the day before: the overnight session and the Regular Trading Hours.
Kviateq - Session Pivots for CryptoPretty much the exact same indicator as my other Session Pivots, however this one also shows the weekends and the session times are set to Bitmex exchange (note: I'm in a GMT+7 timezone myself).
Sessions (Nephew_Sam_)Indicator combines the 3;
1. 3 Sessions - with an option to set your own times
2. 4 Killzones- with an option to set your own times
3. Daily Dividers
If you dont want any of the the above or want to decrease your killzones, just uncheck the relevant checkbox under settings - inputs/colors.
Note: Most of this code it taken from other open source scripts, therefore I will leave this as an open source code too.
Simple Sessions## Background ##
Simple Sessions is based on the very awesome "Sessions on Chart" by Aurocks_AIF.
I really liked how the background colours worked but wanted to simplify it by removing some parts that I didn't use. I then simplified much of the code, put it into my standard template format and re-published. Hopefully the code is a bit cleaner and easier to read now.
## Usage ##
The default indicator shows the following sessions:
* Sydney in Navy
* Tokyo in Purple
* London in Green
* New York in Red
The good news is that using Green and Red for London and New York, gives a nice distinct yellow for the overlapping sessions. Sydney and Tokyo are by in similar colors by design.
By default, only London and New York show, but you may turn on Sydney and Tokyo in the settings.

Forex Session Breaks DST AWARE!There seems to be no open source forex trading session DST (Daylight Savings Time) aware scripts which I think is absurd. This amazing community deserves better. So I adapted some code by icostan adding DST capabilities.
Original code by icostan here
I added DST code. Warning may not be perfect yet. Could be a bug or two. It only supports 3 major sessions right now but you can add your own rules for the other timezones by copying my logic.
It is open source so please add the other sessions and regions as needed and update me please.
KZ SessionsThis shows killzone sessions for London NY, Asia sessions.
In addition to the opening hours of session, the pre-market and closing time periods are also marked with a grey color
Generally these are consided period of high activity and can experience more volatility in these periods
I also have enabled it to display the session times even on weekends. There is no session open at such times but heightened activity is noticed in these periods even on weekends.
If want to disable showing it on weekends, then remove ":1234567" from all the lines in code
Simple Market Session by GavThis is a simple script to highlight market sessions.
It highlights Sydney, Tokyo, London, and New York sessions with transparent background colors.
You are able to change session times, color, and transparency.
NRD Sessions Basic FunctionsThis script is an extension and modification of a popular BackGround color script.
Added
1. Style and programming standards to make is easier to read and modify
2. broke out Asia to Sydney and Tokyo Sessions
3. added override to show ICT Kill zones for London and New York
4. Made all this configurable via settings Menu
Enjoy
watch this space as I intend to do more complex session scripts to allow for High and Lows and Mondays too :-)
Pre-session rangeSimple tool to capture high and low of pre-session period (not restricted to stock market, by any means!) and then plotting it on your trading session time.
ICT Sessions [Killzones]This indicator was initially Created by @BryceWH.
Modification by @leonsholo
The indicator uses New York Time
I modified it to match my own criteria which includes:
- I adjusted the time zones.
- Added tags to the settings to make it easy to know which kill zones you are toggling on or off.
- Added the Asia session
- Added the London Close session
How The Indicator Works
Plots the Asia, London, New York and London Close Kill zone as overlay boxes using current daily high / lows.
Marked ranges will move as days range / high and low widens.
Middle fills can be turned on and off.
Colours can be changed to match your preference.
Created this indicator because I didn't like highlighting the whole chart background as seen in other ICT Kill zone indicators on trading view and wanted something visually clearer.
Boxes height can be changed. Positive number puts the box outside current days high and low, negative number puts box inside current days high and low.

bitpul Sessions + sma [MHMK]Background colors that show open-close of the major market sessions ( Tokyo, London, joint time, New York, free time).
I added two sma to get more confirmation for the reversal - You can hide smas
MF Custom Sessions (PST)Public Version - This is a session timing indicator for people in the PST time zone and represents each major session with a different color time block for intraday studies.
NSDT Session Background ShadingA simple script to add background colors to specific timeframes. Great for trading futures so you can separate sessions for easier viewing. Use for stocks to separate pre, open, and post market times.
There are three timeframes that can be set and all colors can be modified.
Session breaksThis indicator marks the start of each trading session around the world, starting with Tokyo at 0am UTC, London at 7am UTC, NY at 12pm and Sydney at 9pm, is non-intrusive (light gray vertical lines) and works with both UTC and exchanges' local time and handles DST / timezone offsets as well.
You can easily see that sometimes it acts as pivot-point especially on high volume.
And last, it is supposed to replace the "Session breaks" option that you can find in "Settings - Appearance" that only displays the end of session for the current exchange.
Sessions_for_cryptoCoinCollege's article found that between September 1, 2019 and January 15, 2020, Bitcoin price movements tended to be the most driven by US time.
Japan time was the least active. This is similar to forex.
In the article, it was defined as follows:
NY time: 00:00 to 8:00 (NYK時間)
Tokyo time: 8: 00-16: 00 (TKY時間)
London time: 16:00 to 00:00 (LDN時間)
This indicator colors the time zone according to its definition.

Forex/Crypto/Custom Market SessionsCredit goes to TradeMasterSavis for providing the original code
I merge the 2 sessions together allowing you to toggle between the two. I also add a 3rd custom session type and the ability to change the duration of each trading session. This would solve any problems ran into the case of Daylight savings time switch or if you just want different session duration.
NYSE Session for 24/7 marketsThis script is used for analyzing the correlation between 24/7 markets with regards to the price action during NYSE session. Defaults to showing daily session open/high/low but there is the option to show the weekly session data.
