Volumetric Volatility Breaker Blocks [UAlgo]The "Volumetric Volatility Breaker Blocks " indicator is designed for traders who want a comprehensive understanding of market volatility combined with volume analysis. This indicator provides a clear visualization of significant volatility areas (or blocks), characterized by price movements that exceed a specific volatility threshold, as calculated using the ATR (Average True Range). The concept is enhanced by integrating volume-based insights, offering a view of market activity that helps users to recognize when significant price changes are being supported by an appropriate level of market participation.
The indicator calculates breaker blocks for both bullish and bearish market conditions, providing distinct visual elements that identify periods of high volatility and substantial volume divergence. The focus on both volume and volatility makes this tool versatile, allowing traders to assess the strength of price movements as well as areas where price might break above or below previously established levels.
It supports adjustable parameters, such as volatility length, smoothness factor, and volume display, allowing traders to fine-tune the indicator according to their trading strategy and market environment. The highlighted breaker blocks assist in identifying zones of potential price reversal or continuation, which can be critical for making informed trading decisions.
🔶 Key Features
Volatility-Based Block Identification: The indicator uses the Average True Range (ATR) to determine the volatility of the market. When the ATR exceeds a specified threshold (smooth ATR multiplied by a user-defined multiplier), it highlights these areas as volatility blocks. The idea is to mark periods where price activity is significantly divergent from normal conditions, which often signals market opportunities.
Volume Integrated Analysis: In addition to tracking volatility, the indicator incorporates volume data, allowing traders to see the amount of activity that occurs during these high-volatility periods. This helps in identifying whether a price movement is likely sustainable or whether it lacks market support.
User Adjustable Parameters: The indicator offers customization options for the volatility length (using ATR), smooth length, and multiplier for sensitivity adjustment. These settings enable users to modify the indicator’s responsiveness to market conditions.
The option to display the last few volatility blocks allows traders to manage clutter on their charts and focus only on the most recent significant data.
Mitigation Method: Users can select between different mitigation methods ("Close" or "Wick") to determine how blocks are broken. This adds an extra layer of adaptability, allowing traders to modify the indicator's response based on different price action strategies.
Dynamic Visual Representation: The indicator dynamically draws boxes for volatility blocks and shades them according to market direction, with split areas showing the bullish and bearish strength contributions. It also provides percentage volume for each block, helping traders understand the relative market participation during these moves.
🔶 Interpreting the Indicator
Identifying High Volatility Areas: When a new volatility block appears, it signifies that the market is experiencing higher-than-usual volatility, driven by increased ATR values. Traders should pay attention to these blocks, as they often indicate that a significant price move is occurring. Bullish blocks suggest upward pressure, whereas bearish blocks indicate downward pressure.
Volume Insights: The volume associated with each volatility block provides an insight into how much market participation accompanies these moves. Higher volume within a block implies that the market is actively supporting the price change, which may be a sign of continuation. Low volume suggests that the movement may lack the strength to persist.
Bullish vs. Bearish Strength Analysis: Each block is split into bullish and bearish strength, giving a clearer picture of what’s happening within the volatility period. If the bullish portion dominates, it indicates strong upward sentiment during that period. Conversely, if the bearish side is more prominent, there is more selling pressure. This breakdown helps in understanding intra-block market dynamics.
Volume Percentage Display: The indicator also displays the volume percentage in each block, which provides context for the strength of the move relative to recent market activity. Higher percentages mean more market engagement, which could confirm the legitimacy of a trend or a significant breakout.

Multi Adaptive Moving Average (MAMA)The Multi Adaptive Moving Average (MAMA) indicator is an advanced tool for technical analysis, designed to provide traders with a detailed understanding of market trends and potential future price movements. This indicator utilizes multiple Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) and forecasting techniques to enhance decision-making processes.
Simple Moving Averages (SMAs):
Short MA (20-period): This moving average is highly responsive to price changes, making it ideal for capturing short-term trends. It helps traders identify quick market shifts and potential entry or exit points.
Mid MA (50-period): This average strikes a balance between short- and long-term trends, offering insights into the market's intermediate direction. It aids in confirming the sustainability of short-term trends.
Long MA (100-period): By smoothing out price data over a longer period, this moving average is useful for identifying long-term trends and filtering out short-term volatility.
Very Long MA (200-period): Often considered a critical indicator for determining the overall market trend, this average helps confirm the direction and strength of long-term movements.
Forecasting:
Flat Forecast: This approach assumes that prices will remain constant in the near future, which is particularly useful in markets trading sideways without a clear trend direction.
Linear Regression Forecast: This method uses historical data to project future price movements, offering a dynamic forecast based on existing trends. It helps traders anticipate potential price changes and plan their strategies accordingly.
Advantages:
Comprehensive Trend Analysis: By incorporating four different SMAs, the indicator provides a layered view of market trends across various timeframes. This enables traders to identify potential trend reversals and continuations with greater accuracy.
Predictive Insights: The forecasting feature offers traders a forward-looking perspective, enabling them to anticipate market movements and adjust their trading strategies proactively. This can be especially advantageous in volatile markets.
Customization: The MAMA indicator is highly customizable, allowing traders to adjust parameters such as the source of price data and the inclusion of the current unclosed candle. This flexibility ensures that the indicator can be tailored to fit different trading styles and market conditions.
Visual Clarity: The use of distinct colors for each SMA and their forecasts enhances visual interpretation, making it easier for traders to quickly assess market conditions and make informed decisions. The inclusion of a legend further aids in distinguishing between the different moving averages and their respective forecasts.
How to Use:
Trend Confirmation: Use the alignment of the SMAs to confirm market trends. For example, when the Short MA crosses above the Mid and Long MAs, it may indicate a bullish trend, while the opposite could suggest a bearish trend.
Entry and Exit Points: Look for crossovers between the SMAs as potential signals for entering or exiting trades. The forecasts can help in timing these decisions by providing an expectation of future price movements.
Risk Management: Utilize the Very Long MA to set stop-loss and take-profit levels, as it reflects the long-term trend and can help in avoiding trades against the prevailing market direction.
The MAMA indicator is intended to support technical analysis and should not be used as the sole basis for making trading decisions. Financial markets are inherently uncertain, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Traders should use this tool in conjunction with other analytical methods and consider their risk tolerance and investment objectives. It is advisable to conduct thorough research and consult with a financial advisor before making significant trading decisions. Always be aware of the risks involved in trading and invest only what you can afford to lose.
Uptrend & SMAThe "Uptrend and Close to SMA" indicator is designed to help traders identify when the price of a stock is in an uptrend and is trading near its Simple Moving Average (SMA) over a user-defined period. The indicator uses multi-timeframe analysis, allowing the user to select different timeframes for calculating the SMA.
Key Features:
SMA Calculation: The indicator calculates the SMA for a selected timeframe (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) based on a user-specified period (default is 150 periods).
Multi-Timeframe Options: Users can choose between multiple timeframes (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) to calculate the SMA, providing flexibility in trend analysis.
Proximity Threshold: The indicator includes a proximity threshold in percentage terms, allowing users to define how close the real-time price needs to be to the SMA to trigger a visual alert.
Uptrend Identification: The indicator identifies an uptrend when the real-time price is above the selected SMA.
Visual Alerts: If the price is above the SMA and within the defined proximity threshold, the background color of the chart will change to green, signaling that the stock is in an uptrend and close to the SMA.
Alert Condition: The indicator includes an alert condition that triggers when the price is in an uptrend and within the proximity threshold, allowing traders to be notified when their criteria are met.
Percentage Difference Display: A table displays the percentage difference between the real-time price and the SMA, providing a quick reference to see how far the price is from the SMA in percentage terms.
This indicator is especially useful for traders looking for potential buying opportunities when a stock is trending upwards but still near its moving average, indicating potential continuation or momentum.
Volumetric Volatility Blocks [UAlgo]The Volumetric Volatility Blocks indicator is designed to identify significant volatility blocks based on price and volume data. It utilizes a combination of the Average True Range (ATR) and Simple Moving Average (SMA) to determine the volatility level and identify periods of heightened market activity. The indicator highlights these volatility blocks, providing traders with visual cues for potential trading opportunities. It differentiates between bullish and bearish volatility by analyzing price movement and volume, offering a nuanced view of market sentiment. This tool is particularly useful for traders looking to capitalize on periods of high volatility and momentum shifts.
🔶 Key Features
Volatility Measurement Length: Controls the period used to calculate the ATR.
Smooth Length of Volatility: Defines the period for the SMA used to smooth the ATR.
Multiplier of SMA: Sets the minimum threshold for the ATR to be considered a "high volatility" block.
Show Last X Volatility Blocks: Determines how many of the most recent volatility blocks are displayed on the chart.

Up/Down Block Color: Sets the color for bullish and bearish volatility blocks.
🔶 Usage
The Volumetric Volatility Blocks indicator visually represents periods of high volatility with blocks on the chart. Green blocks indicate bullish volatility, while red blocks indicate bearish volatility.
Bullish Volatility Blocks: When the ATR surpasses the smoothed ATR multiplied by the set multiplier, and the price closes higher than it opened, a bullish block is formed. These blocks are generally used to identify potential buying opportunities as they indicate upward momentum.
Bearish Volatility Blocks: Conversely, bearish blocks form under the same conditions, but when the price closes lower than it opened. These blocks can signal potential selling opportunities as they highlight downward momentum.
Volume Information: Each block can display volume data, providing insight into the strength of the market movement. The percentage shown on the block indicates the relative volume contribution of that block, helping traders assess the significance of the volatility.
The volume percentages in the Volumetric Volatility Blocks indicator are calculated based on the total volume of the most recent volatility blocks. For each of the most recent volatility blocks, the percentage of the total volume is calculated by dividing the block's volume by the total volume:

Trend Follower IndexDescription
The purpose of this index is to give an idea about the possible direction of the trend. The index is overbought between 70 and 100, and oversold between 30 and 0. Unlike a typical RSI calculation, the 6-bar simple moving average of the price is calculated first. Then, the 21-bar RSI value of this moving average is calculated.
Why
The 6-bar average is often one of the best averages to show the direction of prices. Closes below this average give strong indications of a trend reversal. To display this average on the horizontal plane, I used the RSI function and took 21 bar as the reference length. Because in my research, I realized that 21 bar length is the most ideal upper and lower points. That's why I coded an indicator that shows where a trend is going and how far that trend needs to go.
Use
It becomes oversold when the Moving Average falls below 30. Here we encounter 3 types of colors;
Light Blue: Indicates that the average is between 30 and 20. It indicates the stage when small purchases begin and the decline rate of the trend begins to decrease.
Blue: Indicates that the average is between 20 and 10. It indicates the stage when purchases begin to become more frequent and the rate of trend decline begins to decrease slightly.
Green: Indicates that the average has fallen below 10. It is the ideal level for purchasing. This indicates the stage when buying pressure has increased significantly and the trend is ready to reverse upward.
As the level decreases, purchases should increase.
Again, when the average value exceeds 70, it becomes overbought. Here we encounter three types of colors;
Yellow: Indicates that the average is between 70 and 80. It indicates the stage when small sales begin and the rate of increase in the trend begins to decrease.
Orange: Indicates that the average is between 80 and 90. It indicates the stage when sales begin to become more frequent and the upward trend begins to decrease somewhat.
Red: Indicates the average is above 90. It is an ideal level for sales. It now marks the stage where selling pressure has increased significantly and the trend is ready to turn downwards.
As the level increases, sales should increase.
Originality
First of all, this moving average is not an RSI. RSI is only used to establish the average on a flat basis. The RSI is merely a helpful tool in determining how much the moving average will rise or fall.
The 6-bar average of the value obtained by calculating Bar (Opening + Closing + High + Low) / 4 gives information about the main trend. In my research and usage, I have observed that as long as the price remains above this average, the price continues to move upwards, and when it remains below it, it is willing to move downwards.

Acceleration Line (Blue)
The Acceleration Line is calculated as the difference between the 8-period SMA and the 20-period SMA.
This line helps to identify the momentum and potential turning points in the market.
Signal Line (Red)
The Signal Line is an 8-period SMA of the Acceleration Line.
This line smooths out the Acceleration Line to generate clearer signals.
Long-Term Average (Green)
The Long-Term Average is a 200-period SMA of the Acceleration Line.
This line provides a broader context of the market trend, helping to distinguish between long-term and short-term movements.
█ SIGNALS
Buy Mode
A buy signal occurs when the Acceleration Line crosses above the Signal Line while below the Long-Term Average. This indicates a potential bullish reversal in the market.
When the Signal Line crosses the Acceleration Line above the Long-Term Average, consider placing a stop rather than reversing the position to protect gains from potential pullbacks.
Sell Mode
A sell signal occurs when the Acceleration Line crosses below the Signal Line while above the Long-Term Average. This indicates a potential bearish reversal in the market.
When the Signal Line crosses the Acceleration Line below the Long-Term Average, consider placing a stop rather than reversing the position to protect gains from potential pullbacks.
█ UTILITY
This indicator is not recommended for standalone buy or sell signals. Instead, it is designed to identify market cycles and turning points, aiding in the decision-making process.
Entry signals are most effective when they occur away from the Long-Term Average, as this helps to avoid sideways movements.
Use larger timeframes, such as daily or weekly charts, for better accuracy and reliability of the signals.
█ CREDITS
The idea for this indicator came from Fabio Figueiredo (Vlad).
GMMA Toolkit [QuantVue]The GMMA Toolkit is designed to leverage the principles of the Guppy Multiple Moving Average (GMMA). This indicator is equipped with multiple features to help traders identify trends, reversals, and periods of market compression.
The Guppy Multiple Moving Average (GMMA) is a technical analysis tool developed by Australian trader and author Daryl Guppy in the late 1990s.
It utilizes two sets of Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) to capture both short-term and long-term market trends. The short-term EMAs represent the activity of traders, while the long-term EMAs reflect the behavior of investors.
By analyzing the interaction between these two groups of EMAs, traders can identify the strength and direction of trends, as well as potential reversals.
Due to the nature of GMMA, charts can become cluttered with numerous lines, making analysis challenging.
However, this indicator simplifies visualization by using clouds to represent the short-term and long-term EMA groups, determined by filling the area between the maximum and minimum EMAs in each group.
The GMMA Toolkit goes a step further and includes an oscillator that measures the difference between the average short-term and long-term EMAs, providing a clear visual representation of trend strength and direction.
The farther the oscillator is from the 0 level, the stronger the trend. It is plotted on a separate panel with values above zero indicating bullish conditions and values below zero indicating bearish conditions.
The inclusion of the oscillator in the GMMA Toolkit allows traders to identify earlier buy and sell signals based on the GMMA oscillator crossing the zero line compared to traditional crossover methods.
Lastly, the GMMA Toolkit features compression dots that indicate periods of market consolidation.
By measuring the spread between the maximum and minimum EMAs within both short-term and long-term groups, the indicator identifies when these spreads are significantly narrower than average by comparing the current spread to the average spread over a lookback period.
This visual cue helps traders anticipate potential breakout or breakdown scenarios, enhancing their ability to react to imminent trend changes.
By simplifying the visualization of the Guppy Multiple Moving Averages with clouds, providing earlier buy and sell signals through the oscillator, and highlighting periods of market consolidation with compression dots, this toolkit offers traders insightful tools for navigating market trends and potential reversals.

Multiple Instrument Automation ScreenerI have developed a Pine Script indicator on TradingView designed to demonstrate how to automate execution for ten instruments. This example utilizes a straightforward, Simple Moving Average (SMA) indicator. You can use it as a template, but use your indicator.
The indicator computes long/short signals based on the crossing of the SMA using the security function
It acts as a screener, presenting calculation results in an organized table format.
Utilizing the varip variable, the indicator sends alerts for multiple instruments sequentially rather than simultaneously.
For every generated signal, the indicator builds and sends a JSON execution command to a third-party tool, ensuring seamless integration and automation. You can use your own format.
Sent alerts look like this:
{"ticker": "DOGEBTC","action": "buy","price": "0.00000199","time": "1719754620658"}
Details and Limitations
Instrument Limit: The example is configured for ten instruments for simplicity. However, it can be expanded to handle up to 40 instruments.
Alert Rate Limit: There is a rate limit of 15 alerts in 3 minutes. Exceeding this limit may cause some alerts to be stopped. This can be managed by tracking the alert times and delaying some alerts, though this may affect the entry prices.
Timing of Signal Generation : The indicator processes signals at the bar close to the active instrument. Due to its computational complexity, there is a slight delay in collecting all records, potentially causing signals to reflect a few seconds before the bar closes. Care should be taken when executing based on these signals.

Trend: SMA with ATR Bands and EMA [Oxyge]Brief introduction:
Easy to use trend indicator to help find entry positions
How it works:
1, short-term trend judgment: EMA is greatly influenced by short-term trends, so it is very good to use it as a tool for judging short-term trends. At the same time, the filtering function has been added:
Long: green
Short: red
No direction: blue
2, the general trend judgment: the use of 30SMA as the default trend line, while increasing the ATR band to increase the scope of judgment.
How do I use (assuming it is now a period of long market):
1, first look at the 30SMA and ATR band, if the slope is positive (> 45 °), then ready to go long!
2. When price comes to the ATR band, the ATR band is my point of interest
3. Wait for a test of the ATR band: the EMA turns green, which means that the short-term trend is already nice and long.
4. Stop Loss Placement: Stop Loss is placed at the most recent low.
Closing
Enjoy it!

Order Blocks Indicator [TradingFinder] Lightning|CHOCH |OB | BOS🔵 Introduction
In "Price Action," an "Order Block" is essentially an area on the price chart where significant players such as institutional traders have executed their moves by placing noteworthy orders. These points often indicate areas where price either attempts to break through (resistance) or returns when it reaches there (support).
Therefore, when discussing the identification of order blocks, we typically refer to finding points where the price has stalled for a while and has accumulated strength before making a significant move in one direction.
Essentially, order blocks assist traders in understanding where large players with "smart money" have likely placed their bulk orders in the market. Traders use these order blocks as part of their overall analysis to identify probable levels where price may change direction.
This version of the order block indicator is designed for traders, adding many indicators to their charts. The minimal design helps minimize disruptions to user focus.
🔵 Identification of Order Blocks
To identify order blocks, first, a "Level Break" must occur. To identify a "Demand Zone," a "High Level Break" is required, and to identify a "Supply Zone," a "Low Level Break" is needed.
Demand Zone :
Supply Zone :
🔵 "Change of Character" or "Market Shift Structure"
"ChoCh" or "MSS" is the "Break Level" that is contrary to the previous trend. For example, if a "Bearish Level" is established in the market and consecutive "Low Levels" are being broken, the price turns upward, breaking a "High Level." This break is called "ChoCh" or "MSS."
🔵 "Break of Structure"
"Break of Structure," or "BoS" for short, is the "Break Level" in the direction of the current trend. For example, if a "Bullish Level" is established in the market, when the price breaks a "High Level," a "BoS" has occurred.
🔵 Features
🟣 Major Level
This feature helps you easily identify major levels. These levels form when the price breaks another major level.
🟣 Refine Order Block
The "Refinement" feature allows you to adjust the width of the order block based on your strategy. There are two modes, "Aggressive" and "Defensive," in Order Block Refine. The difference between "Aggressive" and "Defensive" lies in the width of the order block. For "Risk Averse" traders, the "Defensive" mode is suitable because it provides smaller stop losses and larger reward-to-risk ratios. For "Risk Taker" traders, the "Aggressive" mode is more suitable. These traders prefer to enter trades at higher prices and this mode, where the width of the order block is greater, is more suitable for this group of individuals.
🔵 How to Use
After adding the indicator to your chart, you will see a visual similar to the image below. Green order blocks are "Demand Zones" and red order blocks are "Supply Zones." The midpoint of the order blocks also indicates 50% of it.
Refine Order Block is defaulted to On and refines the order blocks. If you want the order blocks to remain original, you should set it to Off.
Refine is defaulted to "Defensive" mode. If you want it to be in "Aggressive" mode, you should change its mode through Refine Type.
Displaying "Major Levels" is turned off by default and to display them, you should set "Show High Level" and "Show Low Level" to "Yes." You can use these lines to identify liquidity or determine stop loss and take profit levels.
LTI_FiltersLinear Time-Invariant (LTI) filters are fundamental tools in signal processing that operate with consistent behavior over time and linearly respond to input signals. They are crucial for analyzing and manipulating signals in various applications, ensuring the output signal's integrity is maintained regardless of when an input is applied or its magnitude. The Windowed Sinc filter is a specific type of LTI filter designed for digital signal processing. It employs a Sinc function, ideal for low-pass filtering, truncated and shaped within a finite window to make it practically implementable. This process involves multiplying the Sinc function by a window function, which tapers off towards the ends, making the filter finite and suitable for digital applications. Windowed Sinc filters are particularly effective for tasks like data smoothing and removing unwanted frequency components, balancing between sharp cutoff characteristics and minimal distortion. The efficiency of Windowed Sinc filters in digital signal processing lies in their adept use of linear algebra, particularly in the convolution process, which combines input data with filter coefficients to produce the desired output. This mathematical foundation allows for precise control over the filtering process, optimizing the balance between filtering performance and computational efficiency. By leveraging linear algebra techniques such as matrix multiplication and Toeplitz matrices, these filters can efficiently handle large datasets and complex filtering tasks, making them invaluable in applications requiring high precision and speed, such as audio processing, financial signal analysis, and image restoration.

Multi MAs mit LabelA MA (Moving Average) is useful to identify a trend of an assets. The TradingView builtin indicator "Exponential Moving Average" is useful, but limited in some aspects:
Bound to the active timeframe (e.g. h1)
One MA per indicator instance. Makes it confusing when using multiple
In reality to want to have multiple MAs with different types (EMA, SMA), length and timeframes on your chart to identify trading opportunities. As an example you can use the daily EMA12 and EMA21 to identify the trend and EMA200 on the h4 to enter a trade. That's what this script is used for.
The provided script is an extension to the indicator powered by chipmonk (link to profile below). The original script let you add up to 8 EMAs that can be bound to any timeframe and length. The timeframe and length is displayed on the chart next to EMA.
Unfortunately you can only add EMAs (Exponential Moving Averages) and no SMAs (Simple Moving Averages). That's why the script was extended. You can now choose the type (EMA or SMA) for up to 8 MAs.

Relative Strength Trend Indicator (RSTI)This indicator is called the "Relative Strength Trend Indicator" (RSTI), designed to assess the relative strength of a trend.
Here is a detailed explanation of how it works and how traders can interpret it:
Indicator Operation:
1. Data Source (src): The indicator considers a data source, typically the closing price (close), but this can be adjusted according to the trader's preferences.
2. Period Length (Length): This determines the period used to calculate the simple moving average (SMA) of the data source. A longer period smoothes the indicator, while a shorter period makes it more responsive.
3. Multiplier (Multiplier): This is a multiplication factor applied to the Average True Range (ATR), adjusting the width of the bands.
4. Signal Length (Signal Length): This period is used to calculate the simple moving average of the relative strength (l_strength). It determines the sensitivity of the signal to changes in relative strength.
Interpretation of the Indicator:
1. Upper Strength Band (Upper Level): This line is drawn at 80 and represents a high strength level. When relative strength exceeds this value, it may indicate a potential overbought market.
2. Lower Strength Band (Lower Level): This line is drawn at 20 and represents a low strength level. When relative strength is below this value, it may indicate a potential oversold market.
3. RSTI Strength: The main line of the indicator, representing the calculated relative strength. When this line exceeds 50, it may indicate an uptrend, while a value below 50 may indicate a downtrend.
4. Filling Zones: These colored zones between levels 80 and 50, and between 50 and 20, can help quickly visualize relative strength. A colored zone above 50 indicates positive strength, while a colored zone below 50 indicates negative strength.
Qualities of the Indicator:
1. Adaptability: The use of ATR and the flexibility of parameters (length, multiplier, signal_length) allow the indicator to adapt to different market conditions.
2. Visual Clarity: Colored filling zones and horizontal lines make it easy to visualize relative strength levels.
3. Strength Signal: The signal line (RSTI Strength) allows traders to quickly spot changes in relative strength, facilitating decision-making.
4. Responsiveness: The combination of smoothed moving averages and relative strength indicators allows responsiveness to trend changes while reducing false signals.
It is essential to note that while this indicator can provide valuable insights, it is always recommended to use it in conjunction with other technical analysis tools for informed decision-making.
SMA Crossover Support & Resistance [Rami_LB]This indicator draws a horizontal line on the price chart at the point where two pre-defined SMA (Simple Moving Average) lines intersect. It is most useful for identifying crossed SMA lines on the 1-hour chart and then trading on smaller chart intervals.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to customize the values of the SMA lines individually for each currency pair, as these values can vary from one pair to another. To do this, switch to the 1-hour chart and adjust the SMA parameters until you visually observe that these settings would yield favorable results based on historical data. Certainly, you can also adjust the length of the lines accordingly when you switch from the 1-hour chart to smaller timeframes.
Please note that this indicator allows traders to visually identify potential trend changes and crossovers between short-term and long-term moving averages, aiding in decision-making for trading strategies.
Smart MAThe Smart MA indicator is a tool designed for traders seeking insights into market trends, with its foundation rooted in moving averages. It offers two distinctive color options, with "Crossing" as the default choice and "Direction" as an alternative. Let's delve deeper into these options:
1. "Crossing" Color Option (Default):
Key Features:
Utilizes the interaction between fast and slow moving averages.
The color of the base moving average (MA) line dynamically changes based on crossovers between these moving averages.
Offers real-time visual signals for potential shifts in market sentiment.
Interpretation:
With the "Crossing" color option as the default setting, the base MA line's color responds to the interaction of the fast and slow moving averages.
A crossover where the fast MA crosses above the slow MA may prompt the base MA line to change to a bullish color (e.g., teal), indicating a potential bullish trend.
Conversely, if the fast MA crosses below the slow MA, the base MA line's color may alter to represent a bearish sentiment (e.g., red). This color shift provides a visual marker for a potential bearish trend, potentially guiding traders towards shorting opportunities.
2. "Direction" Color Option:
Key Features:
Focuses on the directional trend of the base moving average (MA).
The color of the base MA line signifies the direction in which the base MA is moving.
Aids in quickly identifying the prevailing market trend.
Interpretation:
Uptrend - Bullish Direction: When the base MA slopes upward, indicating an average price increase over the chosen base MA length, the base MA line's color may shift to a bullish hue (e.g., teal). This visual cue signals a potential uptrend, suggesting favorable long positions.
Downtrend - Bearish Direction: If the base MA slopes downward, signifying an average price decrease over the selected base MA length, the base MA line could change to a bearish shade (e.g., red). This color shift acts as an indicator of a potential downtrend, implying possible opportunities for shorting.
Customization:
Both color options allow traders to adjust the indicator's parameters, including base MA length, MA type, fast MA length, and slow MA length, to align with their trading strategies and preferred timeframes.
In summary, the Smart MA indicator, based on moving averages, provides traders with two color options: the default "Crossing" and "Direction" as an alternative. The "Crossing" option leverages fast and slow moving averages to offer real-time visual cues for dynamic market shifts. The "Direction" option simplifies trend analysis by focusing on the directional trend of the base MA. The choice between these options depends on your trading style and the depth of analysis you require. With the Smart MA indicator, you're equipped to make informed trading decisions in today's financial markets.

Interactive MA Stop Loss [TANHEF]This indicator is "Interactive." Once added to the chart, you need to click the start point for the moving average stoploss. Dragging it afterward will modify its position.
Why choose this indicator over a traditional Moving Average?
To accurately determine that a wick has crossed a moving average, you must examine the moving average's range on that bar (blue area on this indicator) and ensure the wick fully traverses this area.
When the price moves away from a moving average, the average also shifts towards the price. This can make it look like the wick crossed the average, even if it didn't.
How is the moving average area calculated?
For each bar, the moving average calculation is standard, but when the current bar is involved, its high or low is used instead of the close. For precise results, simply setting the source in a typical moving average calculation to 'Low' or 'High' is not sufficient in calculating the moving average area on a current bar.
Moving Average Options:
Simple Moving Average
Exponential Moving Average
Relative Moving Average
Weighted Moving Average
