I can't see the crosshair line

You are likely not seeing the crosshair line because you have selected a cursor type that doesn’t support it. So far, only “Cross” and “Dot” cursor types support the crosshair, while "Arrow" and "Eraser" types do not.

You can change your cursor type in the top left corner of your screen.
