I can't update my payment method
Sometimes, a new payment method cannot be verified. We cannot skip the verification process as it helps to protect your account from fraud.
Should you get any error when trying to update your payment method, try again paying attention to the ZIP code and CVV you fill in. They must correspond to the ones associated with the cardholder's credit card account.
If the card still isn't accepted, you can try another payment method. Click here to find the list of payment methods that we support.
Note: If your paid subscription failed to renew automatically and was canceled, you need to re-subscribe manually. You can get the required subscription on the pricing page. To subscribe to real-time data, open your User Profile page → Account & Billing tab → scroll down to real-time market data → click Get real-time data.
