How to enable the Plus Button on the price scale

The plus button is next to the price scale and quickly creates alerts, orders, and horizontal lines.

You can enable the display of the Plus button in the Chart settings dialog on the Scales and lines tab, or by right-clicking on the price axis and selecting Plus button from the context menu.
